Location to Coves, Restaurants and walking footpaths and 5 mins from ferry. Didn’t use the car except to arrive and leave.

Only comment would be mattresses on a couple of beds. To be fair we were an older fussier bunch.

The location is great, the cottage has everything we needed. There were some nice touches when we arrived, cake/tea/coffee/milk etc - so lovely. Everything like house rules etc was very clear. My dad has dementia and the layout was really easy for him to navigate. We loved our stay and will return and definitely recommend! Super special few days away in a lovely home and great garden. Beware if you take a dog the garden isn’t fully enclosed, there’s a patch in the hedge they can get through if you have a little escape artist like ours.

the central heating was very poor and kept going off so it was very cold and we had to leave the place after just 2 days also the stairs are very steep and not very good for elderly people. The garden is not fully enclosed as advertised there are large holes in fencing. There was no advise told to us about where to find all the manuals for such things as the boiler and television we only found out where they were kept by accident when looking for other things. There is a good games room and lounge. I would not recommend going here unless its a scorching hot day as the place is very cold and heating of poor quality. For the price I paid I expected better for instant the heating could have been better before arrival as it was it was an ice box. Better go only if weather is very hot not suitable otherwise. The television was not tuned in and there was 3 controls which was very confusing hence we could only watch DVDs.

The location was perfect for walking to the beach & The Waterfront restaurant. Also short drives to all the attractions we wanted to visit.
