Come and Relax at the Beach! Experience our completely renovated and generously proportioned vacation home. We are located with just a block from the downtown Carlsbad Village, and with only steps to the sandy beach/beach access. Walk to local village boutiques, cafes, restaurants and the train station. Upper Floor (2nd floor) One king size bed and one full size sofa bed. Your vacation home surrounds you with premium-quality finishes and furnishings at it’s finest, it boasts the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel/resort, yet, you can live like a local by taking advantage of the fully equipped kitchen for cooking. This first floor unit is in a twenty-one unit, garden low rise apartment building. The complex has a total of three, two story buildings surrounded by beautifully landscaped courtyard and grounds as well as an inviting swimming pool and BBQ area that boasts two natural gas, stainless steel BBQ grills, all of which are conveniently located at the center of the complex. For your convenience and enjoyment, we also provide a beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and body boards. Come and enjoy the beach life and the charm of Carlsbad at a great location you cannot beat. Location , Location, Location!!! Never had to move my car! On-site gated parking. Units were spotless! Don't hesitate book it! I'm coming back next year for a longer stay I loved it so much! N

Clean and cozy property with everything you will need to enjoy your time in Carlsbad. Great location just a block off the beach with cafes/restaurants about a block away. Easy walk to train and more restaurants/breweries/ice cream shoppes etc. The beach chairs and umbrella with cart is a great bonus. Will stay here again!

We stayed for 3 nights over Christmas weekend while visiting nearby relatives. The condo was exactly as advertised, clean, neat, seemingly updated, and nicely stocked with essentials. The king size bed was comfortable. The neighborhood, one block from the beach, was quiet - although that may be different during the summer months. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The condo complex has a pool and outdoor amenities, but it was too cool that weekend to use them.

This is the first place I’ve stayed where I can’t find anything constructive to say to improve things. Location is perfect-daily walks to the ocean, downtown for eating and ice cream and overall just an excellent and safe location! The unit itself was as clean as clean can be when we checked in for our stay. Everything was perfectly stocked, towels abundant and the check-in process was seamless. We split our time mostly between Carlsbad and LaJolla (which was about a 20-25 minute drive) and spent a day visiting friends in LA. We usually take our summer vacation in Sarasota and up until this past week that’s been our gold standard. After one day here we all agreed we have a new gold standard. This was the perfect family vacation. We will be back!

We parked our car when we arrived and never used it again until we left. We were able to walk to everything, easily. We will stay here again.

This was the perfect place to spend with my friend to celebrate her special birthday. It was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked and great, the bed was uber comfortable, and we could walk to Carlsbad Village. We had a great time in a great place.
