A second living area with flat screen tv, wii console and board games is great for the kids 3 double bedrooms, master with queen size bed, built in robes, 2way ensuite access and ocean glimpses. Bedroom 2 with queen size bed, bedroom 3 with 2 sets of single bunks. Fantastic covered entertaining deck with stunning northern rural views, access to laundry and 2nd toilet. Enclosed rear yard perfect to store the boat and extra security for the kids. Other features include hot/cold outdoor shower, 20m approx walk to paved beach walkway,1 minute drive or 10 minute walk to coffee shops/ reasturants/ hotel. Owner was outstanding to deal with, very positive. property is very well presented, has a great layout with two living areas. Facilities were excellent and added to the comfort and ease of looking after everyone. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Overall very neat, tidy and clean. good sized rooms. Had a good time, except the water pump for the toilet/s wouldn't cut in after flushing, so had to go out and reset several times. not a problem though, took 30 seconds if that. We would certainly recommend this to anyone for a few quiet days away. If only we had longer down there.

The place is very clean and well kept. has all amenities for our stay. Will definitely come back. Just a small suggestion that the bunk beds could be improved to avoid the squeaking noise during sleep.

Main bed really firm requiring a folded blanket under the sheet, towel supply basic & bbq not cleaned from previous guest/S. Otherwise very clean & tidy house with a lot of cooking/ kitchen equipment. Would recommend staying here
