Over all pleasant

Nice hotel in a central location.

The property is relatively new and they have a good breakfast location.

You could hear traffic from the room location, facing the street. Next time I would request a room away from the street.

Great room, need more staff and those working could be more helpful and friendly.

The room was very clean. My stay was very comfortable and the accommodations inside the room were excellent. Parking was plentiful and easy to access.

There were 2 people checking in ahead of me. There were 2 Hyatt clerks at the desk but I had to wait for the one busy clerk to be checked in. Also, I booked based on food being available for dinner and the restaurant was closed due to staff storage. I had to order door dash. Many restaurants close by, too bad Hyatt does not have a delivery agreement with any of them. Lastly, I have a broken arm, they put me on the 4th floor at the very end of the hallway. A lot of walking and pulling of luggage. Nice if they had noticed cast and broken arm and gave room accordingly.

It was OK. But next time I'll check everything the moment I enter the room.

location was very good, near all amenities.

one of our beds was making creaking on one side every time I rolled or changed position on it. It was too loud and would wake up kids middle of the night. I brought it to the staff's attention twice, on second and third (last) day of our stay. They said they would fix it. Then offered a new room. But it was too late and we had to leave next day. I just asked them to let us check out a few hours later, so instead of 11 am we checked out 1 pm.

Excellent stay and very comfortable beds.

Very good overall. The frozen berries and yogurt were excellent. Cooling tray for milks. Setup was very nicely thought out. Pet friendly very much appreciated. Room keys worked very easily. Cleanliness. Very comfortable bed, which is unusual in hotels.

Didn't like the pancakes and missed having waffles. Pet fee.

We enjoyed our stay. Other the heating and air, our room was very comfortable. Large bathroom!

Very clean. Comfortable. Common areas were aesthetically pleasing and clean. Kids lived the pool.

Wished it was closer to beach.

Was a nice, clean location. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was excellent with good choices. The only negative was the pool size. The pool is extremely small. At one point there were 6-7 kids and 4 adults in the pool and the pool was crowded. That is the only negative about our stay.

Very poor experience in a Hyatt hotel. I was expecting more quality.

Good location

They don’t fix the room every day. They don’t provide fresh towels every day. They don’t restock the food on breakfast. They don’t replace the coffee in room every day.

I highly recommend staying at the Hyatt for your next beach getaway.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel located in a convenient location between the beach, shops, and Norfolk/Portsmouth.

Breakfast a little inconsistent: was great some days, O.K. other days.

There was. No microwave in our unit. Also our room was down a hall and around a corner kinda secluded from main are. It wasn't bad. Just be sure to ask for a hotel on the main hallway. The short corner is a little creepyish. The front desk wasn't very welcoming..they were not rude, but they were not welcoming either. So they did their job.

The hotel was typical hotel. Breakfast was not bad. We were only there 1. Night.

We didn’t stay long, less than 12 hours, but we would stay here again.

The parking was easily accessible and included. The safety features were great.

The a/c was loud when it cut on.

Comfortable beds, and great breakfast.

Beds were really comfortable, the shower was great, and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful!

My room was not cleaned for four days after I checked in despite notifying the front desk that I wanted it serviced.

The staff and cleanliness where excellent, very comfortable room! Overall I would recommend your facility.

I felt the breakfast was good and selection decent, however being a tea drinker I was disappointed that each day there was no hot water available for tea.

Won’t stay again. Too noisy and too much money.

Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Not great. Waffles were old and cold.

Place was noisy. You could hear all traffick. Walls must be paper thin. Then they charged me a 75.00 pet cleaning fee when I had no pets!! It was too much money. Won’t do that again.

This was a very clean hotel with a great location and I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

everything was extremely clean and the location was great. The breakfast selection was also very good.

The price seemed a little high and the pool was on the smaller side.

Think twice if you’re a light sleeper.

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the room. The bed was comfortable and temperature was just right. The only downside was the noise from the traffic outside my window. We didn’t have a restful night as we had expected. For that reason, we will not visit a second time.

Traffic noise outside the bedroom window disrupted sleep throughout the night.

it had spacious rooms. parking was included and the rooms were clean. check in was easy. requested more sheets and they had them for me quickly.

it was a little expensive for off season. there was no bacon for breakfast.

Beyond my expectations.

Breakfast was pretty good. Fresh fruit was wonderful. The shower was excellent. My room and whole facility very clean and in good repair.
