About this house rental
With Approximately 3000 sq./ft. of living space, there is room for the whole family and more! Elevator access to the first floor of the unit leads to two bedrooms serviced with a hall bath. The Front of the property is an open living area with kitchen, Dining area and large living room. All with access to a front deck with Ocean Views. The Second Floor has three additional bedrooms and a den for a second living area. There are two additional baths. There is a large deck with access form both the master bedroom and Den. The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County! Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC VRBO is a property advertising website only. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final. The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate. Fee Break Down: (These items are included in your quote) Base Rent + The Following: - $75 Processing Fee - $75 Accidental Damage Insurance Policy Charge (Non-refundable) - $150 Amenities Package - 3% Credit Card Convenience Fee * Cleaning fees and unquoted fees may apply to off season and rentals less than one week.* Please Note: This property does not accept group rentals or tenants under the age of 25. Reservations signed for by parents / legal guardians are not permitted. Discovery of any reservation created under false or misleading pretenses is subject to eviction without reimbursement.

We really like this location, building, and the size of the condo. Unimpressed with everything else. Property was visibly dirty upon arrival. Directions for entering the property were incorrect, resulting in a need to contact one of the rental staff (the staff was clearly busy, loud in the background, etc.) and had to walk us through getting into the home. Not sure we will stay again.

Overall great experience here at Vista-Mar Unit 305. Great location, great ocean views from both balconies. Short walk to the beach. Pool and hot tub very nice. One block to the park which was a great asset if you have kids. Unit very nice overall. Would stay here in the future. Management company very responsive to our questions.

This was the first time we did not have to bring linens which was a plus. However, the fitted sheets for the full beds did not fit. They were too small!Also, there was a lot of dust on the TVs and baseboards. Still a very good vacation week.

Great experience. This is the 5th summer that we stayed here. The only complaint this year is that the elevator shut down during check-in (probably caused by someone holding it too long).

My family and I have rented a unit here for the last three years. This year due to a tax law change the unit was rented thru the Powers Group They were very professional. Unit was clean and close to the beach. A couple of minor problems that property management was able to rectify. Only issue was the beds. They are very hard and uncomfortable.

The unit was clean and had plenty of space for our stay. The neighbors were all extremely night. The view from the balcony was beautiful. And we were within walking distance to so much! We hopped on bikes right next to the unit everyday and road all over town. I would recommend this unit to everyone and I look forward to coming back again! Also, the realtors made communication and contact so easy. I love that any concern we had we heard back right away. Thanks again!

Excellent choice for 12 people. Only negatives: key box on door hard to open, door stuck and lock did not work on storage shed near pool, and ice makers on both refrigerators did not work. These are only minor items that can be fixed and should not keep anyone from renting this property.

We have stayed in one of the 5 bedroom units each summer for many years, great location amenities and space. Awesome pool area, we had it all to ourselves a couple days. Unit was very clean and had minimal knickknacks. Kitchen with everything you need to cook, plenty of storage space for beach stuff in closet downstairs. Only improvements would be some deeper cleaning of things like dusty air vents, larger TVs in the bedrooms and more seating for the 2 beautiful spacious balconies.

The unit was perfect for our family members. Two floors made spreading out possible. Very clean, but needs updating. A note on the frig indicates the place will be going through a renovation. The place has the potential to be a real gem. We had an issue with the outside storage closet but management took care of it in a timely manner. Look forward to seeing the renovations.

The bathrooms were old and dirty. The bedspreads smelled, the pillows were old and lumpy. The furniture was falling apart and dirty. The carpets were in need of cleaning. The lighting was dark and some lights didnt work. We shouldve gotten money back for having to clean it ourselves. We will not be staying here again! Especially with Covid around and such a late check in you'd think it would be super clean but there were poop stains in the toilet and dust and soap scum around the sink in the master bathroom. Yuck!!!! Soooo not worth the money to stay here. The owner should be ashamed of themselves for not fixing these issues. Sinking couches, wobbly kitchen chairs, broken screen doors for the sling glass doors. Terrible!!!

Very good time!!

Our unit was a bit run down looking. There were simple things that could be down to improve the overall appearance. It could also use a deep cleaning not just running the vacuum and scrubbing toliets. We were there early in the season so was expecting it to be tidier.The beds were not the most comfortable but I've come to expect that from shore rentals. Location was great so I'd probably try a different unit next time.

It is a great property, excellent location, very spacious. The only negative if the property is that mattresses are very old and hurts when sleeping. Kitchen utensils can be replaced also, they are very old and most of them are broken.

Great place for family close to the beach
Great place with plenty of space. Close to beach and walking distance to the park. Very convenient for our family. Only complaint was it could have been cleaned a little better prior to our stay.
