Situated in Swansea, this lovely house for $263 per night is a great choice for your next break. Newly built modern villas, with stunning lake views over Lake Macquarie. The property has a comfortable master bedroom with Queen sized bed and plenty of storage space. A second bedroom contains a bunk and a single bed. There are built in robes in the second bedroom with ample storage space. A modern kitchen allows for a dine in or alfresco options for the family. There is seating to capture the views on the front deck and a BBQ setting out the back. A fully appointed laundry is available for your convenience, which includes a large washing machine, and dryer, ironing board and iron. There is a large grassy backyard for all to enjoy, and a corrugated iron outdoor bar area, with historic relics. The property has been lovingly built, up cycling elements from the original 1950's house in a contemporary way. Swansea is situated between the shores of Lake Macquarie and the nearby beaches of Blacksmiths and Caves Beach. There are ample opportunities to enjoy water sports, swimming, fishing, beach activities or just sitting and watching the sunset from the deck. There is a boat ramp across the road for the boating enthusiasts, and jetty to enjoy, with parklike surrounds. Swansea boasts a variety of restaurants and eating options for those who would rather not cook at home. Whether you want to have a hit of tennis, play ball sports on the oval or walk the beautiful foreshore, there are plenty of options for everyone. Also note there is possibility of booking the second apartment simultaneously enabling family or friends to stay in close proximity.

Mal's place is perfectly located at the heart of Swansea. Everything is accessible and convenient especially those must-see places at Swansea. Home is very cozy place to stay in. Best spot is staying at the living room over looking the water view! My husband and my friends really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much Mal for a great accommodation experience and very warm welcome.

Amazing little home right infront of the lake, nice backyard for privacy and having a BBQ. 2 minute drive from the main shops and 5 minutes from caves beach. Perfect for a relaxing break.

This is a great place to stay just across from the lake with a beautiful view. The facilities are all new and top notch. It's in a quite neighborhood but close enough to Swansea for stores and places to eat and drink. Plenty of facilities to grill, or fix your own meals.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The view from the balcony and lounge room over the lake is stunning. The home had everything we needed, it was comfy, quiet, and brand new, and the kitchen was well equipped. Being directly opposite the lake meant we could take walks long the edge of the lake, and having the boat ramp literally a stone's throw away meant we could put our boat in quickly and easily so we could explore the waterways and catch our dinner for the night (which included a whiting, flathead and bream). Thoroughly recommended.....
