Good location very close to Papeete shopping centre and the ferry to Moorea. A/c in the bedroom and the living room. Balcony with a view over the city rooftops.

Apartment was not clean. Dishes and cutlery were dirty and had to be washed before use. No 24 hour reception as advertised, no microwave as advertised, toaster did not operate; blocked drain on the balcony meant most of the balcony had 10-20 mm of water laying on the floor, and couldnt be accessed for most of our stay. I managed to partially clear the blockage. Shower near upstairs bedroom had almost no water pressure making showering difficult and downstairs toilet had components missing from the flush button, making toilet flushing difficult. Overall, a poorly maintained property. I have advised the managers by email of the issues, no response at time of posting this review. Finally, I had to purchase a mobile phone SIM card on arrival at Papeete airport in order to ring the manager so she could meet me at the property to give me the front door keys. So much for 24 hour reception.
