IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. We spent 10 days at this property for our family vacation and would do it again in a heartbeat. It was clean, in a great location, with stunning views from the balcony. We got to see several sea turtles from the lawn which was amazing. The only real drawback is that the beach is not easily accessible from the lawn due to the condition of the stairs & handrails, but there are no shortage of great beaches within a very short drive. We had a greaat time & highly recommended this property.

The condo was lovely with beautiful views of the ocean. There were plenty amenities provided including towels, beach chairs and cooler. We loved the central location and the clean unit. All in all a wonderful stay !

This place was just wonderful! It was perfect for our family of 4, my husband and I with our 1 and 3 year olds. The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. The layout was great and hearing the ocean as we slept was the best!
The park next door was so nice for our family, the kids loved the swings. The beach area is not technically a “baby beach” but has some coral that breaks up the waves and makes it wonderful for little kids to safely explore the sand and water.
The pool and hot tub are great as well!
We will certainly be staying here again when we return next year.

We loved our view, having our own bedroom/bathrooms, and it was a really quiet part of the island! Having our own washer/dryer was a game-changer too. We had an amazing time!!

We are 3 adults and former island residents. This is an Older, oceanfront property in a local, laid-back neighborhood. Listing and photos are accurate. Very peaceful, slept well. No AC but kept the windows open for abundant cooling breeze. While there are amazing snorkel spots elsewhere, Reef out front has surprising amounts of life - turtles, fish, etc. Great to be able to pop into the ocean for a swim anytime! Pool is small but little kids will enjoy it, and the park playground is right next door. Lots of food options in walking distance. The Okazuya is still the best, and the ABC Store deli is a very good value & good quality. Overall a very relaxing stay at a lovely property.

Really enjoyed staying here for a friend's wedding in April 2022. Location was great and easy access to multiple areas. Loved waking up to the ocean everyday and even saw a whale from the balcony :) would definitely stay here for another trip to Maui!

We are 3 adults and former island residents. This is an Older, oceanfront property in a local, laid-back neighborhood. Listing and photos are accurate. Very peaceful, slept well. The view and sound of the ocean was the absolute best!! We had never experienced that before. The condo itself is a bit dated but our u it was wonderful. It was clean and the management were in great communication with us the entire time. We were able to have packages delivered to management with easy pickup, they dropped off more garbage bags when we were in need, dropped off a new air mattress and vacuum to replace the broken ones. We were very impressed! We couldn’t get the TVs to work on their Wi-Fi (although they came out to fix them once, they just couldn’t get them sorted.) Our devices worked just fine on the Wi-Fi and the TV in the living room worked when we plugged it in to the internet cable. The rooms were spacious and the living area and lanais were great for extra space. It was not small like I had envisioned. This unit was truly a God send and we felt so blessed to be able to stay here for as long as we did. Thank you for sharing your unit!!

The property is on the ocean with sand near by. However, all major beaches, surfing and charters are 10 minutes away. This condo is within a smallish community without the traffic of fellow tourists! Take advantage of eating local in smaller restaurants where life is thriving g after Corvid. The folks who live & work here are helpful, kind and welcoming! This is one of the nicer properties which we have stayed. It’s a favorite and will be for you as well.

Amazing Stay!
We loved our stay! We loved the condo. Jeff was really great to work with. We had a family of 7. There was enough room for all of us. Not far from Old Lahaina. Loved the whales off the lanai!! Saw a mama and her calf!!

A great getaway
The property was in a great location and it was nice to be able to snorkel right outside the condo. Pool was nice. Condo was clean and had everything we needed.

Amazing and great location
Super clean. Spacious. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, cooler for your use at beach. Would easily stay here again. Beach waves at night were lovely to fall asleep to. Only thing is no AC, but my family survived. Just sleep with windows and doors open.

Beautiful condo on the ocean
I had the pleasure of staying at this condo for a week in August with my family. There was ample room for six adults to feel comfortable. The condo was just as clean and beautiful as the pictures posted online. The place was well maintained and it had everything we needed to feel at home.
There was a generous amount of: seating, kitchen supplies, pillows/bed linens, bath/beach towels, beach chairs and cleaning supplies. All of the beds (including the sofa bed) were comfortable. There wasn’t any A/C, but the large fans worked great. It was also a bonus to have onsite laundry in the condo.
It was fun to see some sea turtles swimming by the beach in front of the property. Plus, there was a number of other beaches and hiking trails close by the condo to explore.
This was the first time I used VRBO and it was a positive experience for me. The property manager was very friendly and responsive to my messages. My family enjoyed our time at this condo. We would recommend it to our family and friends.

Million dollar view
This was updated, clean and convenient to everything fun. Incredible view of the ocean and Lania. The only drawback was there is no air conditioning.

June Vacation
Amazing location and great sunset views. Best snorkelling we found on the island right in front. No A/C :( and no curtains in the master bedroom made for early mornings. The screen doors off the living room needs to be fixed as it doesn’t close properly. Overall the property was in great condition and we had an enjoyable stay!!

Beautiful ocean view, great value
This ocean front 2 bedroom, two bath condo is updated with a very well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a sofa bed that is actually comfortable. Spectacular ocean views. We appreciated the "starter kit" of paper goods, laundry and dishes soap, which lasted all week. They also had nice assortment of cooking oils and spices, which can be a pain and pricy to purchase for one time use. Ideal for those who like to eat in. Bedroom mattresses a bit soft for my taste, but not bad. The best part is the location. Walking distance to grocery and shops. Close drives to great beaches (Flemming, Kapalua) and snorkeling (Kapalua and Honolua). Resort has an ocean break wall, fun tidepools at low tide. It's also a hangout spot for a few turtles that we watched each day and is situated next to a beach park and a M/W/F farmers market. No high rise buildings around. Paki Maui has a small but nice pool and hot tub and Cabana with grills. A great family spot, no hordes of people or extra charges like a resort. Free parking, no other fees.
Stayed here with two couples and two teens.
Top floor unit has great sunset views and nice and breezy. Check in was easy and management company was great. Will return to this unit. After 30 years of visiting Maui, it is the best all around value I have found. Perfect for two couples or a family. FYI. All units at Paki Maui are different, with separate owners. I met some people who were not happy with their place. Be sure to stay in unit 424!

Better Than The Pictures!
Loved our stay at Paki Maui...got in at night and so was in for a beautiful surprise when I opened my eyes in the morning to the beautiful view from our bed. Just breathtaking. Pictures did not do it justice!
Can't say enough for Jeff, the property manager, or Rosie, our on site help, plus the others who were always so quick to respond and help with any problems we had. We were the first to use the facility and the washer/dryer weren't in yet. Sent a text off and Jeff quickly responded explaining situation, apologizing and bringing $20 in coins and soap to compensate. (W/D arrived at end of our stay and worked great) Had a few other things come up primarily as we were first and everytime they responded back very quickly and were so helpful. Once when Jeff stopped by he took a lot of time to share some great snorkeling spots and his recommendations for the Hana Highway which we really appreciated. (we downloaded the Shaka Guide Maui App-highly recommend, just be sure to do it before trip where you have good internet!)
Had such a treat that first morning. Whales! Saw them almost every day so keep an eye out. My husband liked to take a bar stool out so he could see comfortably over the railing. Spend many days traveling to different beaches, to snorkel, watch the turtles, enjoy the sounds and view of the ocean.
Rental Details:
The bed was very comfortable (and I have a VERY nice bed at home!) Sheets, pillows super soft and comfy. Towels too, just great quality, even the shampoo, conditioner, lotion they provided had a lovely pineapple scent, Very nice size too, It was so nice I was happy I had a bit of lotion left to take home,
The kitchen was well stocked, coffee maker, water purifier, rice cooker, blender. Plenty of pots, pans, bowls, knives, etc. Aluminum foil, plastic bags, etc, olive oil, himalaya salt, nice spice blends, etc. We were the first and there weren't any condiments and so we left what we had left; not sure if they will leave condiments or not, we have enjoyed using what others left at other VRBO's but know some throw everything out.
There was also a nice large cooler on wheels that we enjoyed using, and great beach chairs that seemed to be everywhere in Maui....saw them at Costco...FYI they can be carried as a backpack and have a lined cooler on back that you could fill to take with you...We didn't notice that at first.
Would love to come back again. Enjoyed 11 wonderful days!
