Just bring your favorite streaming apps and you will never miss your favorite sports or shows. There is a foosball coffee table located in the living room. Church Street House is within walking distance to the downtown area of Oneonta for shopping and restaurants, and centrally located for all of the baseball camp tournaments. I am Jerry, your host. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, very convenient to All Star Village and Cooperstown Baseball World, as well as the local restaurants and shopping areas, and just 20 minutes to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Please respect local noise ordinances and quiet hours. PLEASE NOTE: The Wilber Park community pool is approximately 1 mile from the house. There may be a fee for access. There are taxis and the public bus, but Uber and Lyft are scarce. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.
