There was literally nothing open after 9pm at the property. We can to go into a port town to find things to do in the evening.

Vi lagte frokosten selv.
Vi hadde booket er rom med 2 soverom og 2 bad litt høyt oppe i bygningen. Men vi fikk et rom med 2 soverom og bare 1 bad og i 2 etasje. Og dette måtte vi dele med masse MAUR. De krøp i store flokker rundt omkring. Fikk heldigvis bytte til et nytt rom uten maur, men her var det også bare et bad. Hvor ligger feilen???? Resepsjonen sa bestillingen de fikk av booking.com var med kun 1 bad. Men jeg bestilte med 2 bad . Det ble en, litt slitsom start på oppholdet vårt

How clean and comfortable it was
Slightly out of the way, but having supermarket and restaurant on site was good although only open until 9pm, I would have preferred to smoke on terrace but I was allocated a room near the entrance so didnt have far to go

Highly recommended. We booked here as a last minute stay and we were pleased to find it is exactly like the photos on the website. The apartments are modern and very clean. The kitchen has everything needed. We had a two bedroom apartment which was plenty of space as a family of four. The communal areas were very clean as well, everyday we saw staff cleaning the pool etc. There is a groceries store at the front of the hotel which has a good range of items as well as some sandwiches, ice cream and hot food. There is also a cafe by the pool. Undercover car parking was also provided. I would recommend a car if staying here or you will need to get taxis to go to restaurants etc. The location is quiet and peaceful.

Det var fint, nytt och fräscht med välutrustade rymliga lägenheter. Både frys och diskmaskin.
Det var otillgängligt placerat. För att ta sig till stranden behövde man gå på en farlig trafikerad väg utan trottoar och det kändes inte bra med tre barn, särskilt inte på kvällen.
Personalen var inte så hjälpsam. Vi fick ingen information när vi kom till hotellet och när jag ställde frågor fick jag knappt några svar. Personalen i receptionen var ointresserad av att hjälpa. Brandlarmet gick på juldagen och stod och tjöt på hela hotellet i en timme kl 20-21 och ingen personal kom. Vi tog ut barnen från lägenheten men fick ingen information. Våra barn blev väldigt rädda, särskilt som det hade hänt en dödsolycka på hotellet dagen innan då både ambulans och polis var på plats.

Køkkenet havde meget lidt udstyr - hvilket gjorde det svært at lave mad.
Hotellet ligger et godt stykke fra de gode strande, og området lige omkring hotellet er ikke særligt interessant.

Probably the best self-catering accommodation we’ve encountered. Nice pool, a bit small for the size of the place, but it never got too busy, probably because there’s an adult-only pool which was quite busy with sunbathers.
Loads of space, nice furnishings, good appliances, good cleaning, large balcony. Loved it.
The Spar Express supermarket on site was very handy. Good range of stuff, except a limited range of mueslis. Open 0800-2100.
The pool bar was nice. Better food than we expected, and we ate there 2 nights.

Hard to find fault with the place, but if you put me on the spot:
The toiletries provided were a couple of “gel” packets, which we decided was soap/shower gel. We hadn’t brought any as we assumed “toiletries provided” would be the usual shampoo & shower gel, and face soap. Anyway, it was not a big issue as we had a shop on-site.
The location, a bit removed from the town, was both good and bad. We could walk to the town and beach (small) but one of us had a leg injury so we needed to use the car or get taxis to get to the restaurants. If you are not happy walking 15-20 minutes, it’s worth noting. The good part was, I suppose, more space and quiet.

Romslige fine leiligheter. Ingen frokost på stedet, den laget vi selv. Greit med bassengbaren der en kunne kjøpe mat og drikke om en ikke gikk til sentrum for å spise. Matbutikken lå i underetasjen i komplekset.
Beliggenheten var grei. Gangavstand på ca. 10-15 min til flere strender og restauranter. Kort vei til fjellturer.
Fint med 3 basseng og ett som kun var for voksne. God plass til alle om du velger solsenger. Badehåndkle kunne byttes ut hver dag og håndkleet kunne man også ta med seg til strendene. God temperatur i havet.
Ingen biler på området, kun hotellets el-arbeidsbil. Røyking kun tillatt utenfor hotellet, ikke inne eller på altaner/terrasser/ved basseng eller ved bassengbaren. Kjekt for oss ikke røykere, kanskje ikke like kjekt for røykere?
Rask hjelp fra ansatte dersom noe gikk i stykker.
Kunne vært skarpere kniver i kjøkkenskuffen.
Det sto at det skulle være badeartikler på badet. Her var kun to små poser med badegele, ikke Shampoo, balsam eller håndsåpe.

Super Ferienhausanlage mit toller, sehr gepflegter Anlage und einem großen Pool. Wohnungen sind gut ausgestattet und werden jeden Tag gereinigt. Den Mietwagen kann man in der Garage abstellen, alles ohne Mehrkosten. Zum nächsten Strand sind es 10 Min. zu Fuß und direkt am Eingang gibt es einen Supermarkt sowie ein Restaurant.
Das Essen im Restaurant könnte traditioneller und besser sein. Es ist mehr Fastfood im Angebot

Wenn man zu Fuß aus dem Hotel zur Bushaltestelle geht, muss man auf der Straße laufen.

La limpieza, los apartamentos son muy funcionales y con todo el equipamiento necesario, todo está muy limpio y nuevo. Ojalá los sigan manteniendo así.
-Que no dejen las mascotas en las zonas comunes, entiendo que no van a bañarse en la piscina, pero que estén tranquilas al lado del dueño, no debería ser un impedimento si son mascotas tranquilas y pequeñas.
-Que no tiene lavadora, no es un impedimento, pero con el gran equipamiento es lo único que me faltó.
-El salón tiene sillón cama y mi hermana se quedó en él, pero por la mañana la luz no dejaba dormir, propongo que pongan estores opacos en el salón para un mejor descanso.
Solo son propuestas, ya que estamos muy contentos con la estancia y con todo en general y, por supuesto, volveremos.

De nette appartementen, het park is mooi opgezet. Wel jammer dat het voetpad naar het centrum niet klaar is. Fijn zwembad, zeker het gedeelte voor volwassene. Al is het zo rustig dat je amper probeert te lachen. Dan is het in het gedeelte voor alle leeftijden weer wat levendiger. Heel fijn dat er geen handdoekjes gereserveerd mogen worden.
Hele fijne supermarkt en gezellig terasje om een lekker bakje koffie te drinken. Het eten van de zwembadbar is ook echt prima.
Miste wel een bar of een restaurantje in de avond. Of dat nu door Corona komt geen idee, maar even om 20uur een borrel pakken vlak bij je appartement of een pizzaatje op te pikken is altijd wel prettig. ook omdat het centrum wel 10 minuten lopen is en niet echt heel levendig is. Maar het is wel CORONAtijd dus wie weet heeft dat ermee te maken.
En mistte wel inventaris in het huisje, yochurt of chips kommetjes/schaaltjes en een schaar. Er stond dat er verzorgingsproducten aanwezig waren, maar dit waren 2 sampleltjes van douchecreme. Dus geen shampoo, bodycreme of douchkapje. Dus moet je wel echt reken mee houden om dit extra mee te nemen.

Excellent place to stay for family good distance to nice beaches, but you DO need a car.
It was lovely clean and modern my only criticism would be there is no washing machine in the property and the pool can get pretty crowded sun beds get taken pretty quickly. There needs to 1 more pool at least for families with and without children. There is an adult only pool which is great.

Lovely resort, all the balconies face in so sea view for everyone! Apartment was so clean and comfortable and excellent!
The Spar shop on site is so useful and does really cheap ice creams in cones!
The pool is too deep to watch your kids from the side. 1.37m everywhere, no shallow end. Our kids (6 and 8) can swim but they were out of their depth so we felt like we had to get sun loungers very close to the pool or be in the pool with them the whole time.
The pool was also very busy- too small for the number of people.
There is no restaurant on site but the pool bar serves ok pizzas and burgers.
The areas is a bit quiet. Not much to do or see in Arguineguin. We hired a car so could visit the dunes and Maspalomas, the dried up river bed and go up the mountains. Relying on walking distance only would have been dull.

Everything is as described. The apartment was massive and fully equipped. In terms of cleaning, we've been impressed, the apartment was cleaned on a daily basis, and bedding was replaced every 2 days. A lot of activities around and at decent prices.
We'll definitely use them again.
