Nestled in Three Rivers, this charming house for $747 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. ***We now have SkyLink Wifi through Elon Musk - which allows for streaming and video calls.*** Hope's Vista has been a popular location for family gatherings since the 80's, and now they are sharing the space with you! Come find out why its been a family favorite for so many years!....... ***There is a maximum of three cars allowed on the property at ALL times. There is no street parking allowed in this area.*** This house is located at the edge of Three Rivers on top of a knoll that provides great views and a perfect space for multiple family members traveling together. The house is approximately 15 minutes from the entrance to Sequoia National Park. We are driving distance from all businesses in town, although it is a nice walk down the driveway and into the local neighborhood. Just be prepared to go back UP the long steep driveway! 2 Master Bedrooms make this an ideal space for two families traveling together. The third bedroom offers 3 beds for all of the children, and the 4th bedroom gives grandma and grandpa their own privacy also! Both Master bedrooms have a private bathroom, king size bed, additional seating areas, and great view from either location. One master bedroom is located downstairs and the other master bedroom is located upstairs. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds and a queen bed with closet space for suitcases. The 4th bedroom has a full size bed with a large closet. Both of these bedrooms are located upstairs. Living room, kitchen, laundry room, master bedroom, and 2 bathrooms are all located on lower level. Upper level offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The deck is expansive stretching along the backside of the house with entry and exit locations in the living room and master bedroom. There is outdoor seating, propane BBQ, and a SEASONAL fire pit. Seasonal restrictions do apply for fire pit and you must supply your own firewood. Please be aware that there is a maximum of 3 cars at this location at all times. We are a "Shared" driveway. We do not want them to feel like their is a freeway next to them. Please also be aware the the driveway is paved but it is steep, curvy, and narrow. Best part of it all?.........Your best family friend is allowed because we are pet friendly! There is plenty of room to roam but please be mindful of property boundaries, do not trespass! Thank you!

We had a wonderful time staying at Hope’s vista. The house had such wonderful energy. Rooms spacey, bathroom (walk-in shower) was perfect, mobility around the house great for my handicapped husband. We would definitely recommend this property for a quiet, peaceful vacation spot.

The house is large and perfect for our group of six adults. We had two small issues that we noticed when we arrived and contacted the property management and it was corrected almost immediately. To say they were great is an understatement - they were awesome. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/etc. We all said we would stay there again.

The stay was fantastic! The house had a vintage cabin feel, and it was really comfortable. The outside deck is where we spent most of our time, enjoying nature and relaxing. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. Also, the hosts were great. We had trouble figuring out the AC in one room (user error), and we eventually figured it out right as our hosts were coming to check on the issue. 5/5 stars for sure on hospitality, cleanliness, location, and ambiance!

This property is better than we have expected. It is spacious, offers very good floor plan, and provides everything that we need. We have enjoyed our stay. The only drawback is that internet is too slow.

Better than expected! The property is a gorgeous big house located on a hill. I will say the picture did not do a justice for the property, it looks much better in person. As a part-time location photographer, I will say there's great room for improvement. Let's talk about the property. The Good: * Big rooms with good setup. Including living room, kitchen, patio deck. * Independent location, no distraction from others. * Good scenery, views. * Close to local attraction and business in three river. e.g. about 3min to Slide Rock recreation area. * 30min to Sequoia National Park. The bad (or some fact) * The property is though well maintained, is definitely aged. Furnitures, appliance are not new. Some of the furnitures, including one of the bed are a little shaky. * The network reception is not good, including the Wifi on-site. (We tried ATT is okay, Verizon is okay, Tmobile is no go, Wifi, probably ADSL? the speed is less than 1M) * Sequoia and King Canyon are large park, if one plan to stay here and goto King Canyon, a single trip will take 2 hours, will probably better stay at cabin inside the park if plan to go further.

Gorgeous cabin with beautiful views. Just needs a little love in the inside; otherwise beautiful! We really enjoyed our stayed. We had no issues at all. The cabin had everything we needed. They even had complementary monsters and Pedialyte beverages on the fridge. The cabin was very clean from top to bottom and was very spacious. One family member proposed on the back yard and it was perfect for the occasion. We also could not ask for a better location since there were gas stations and places to eat within a mile away. I wish I could submit pictures of the set up when my family member proposed so everyone can see. We look forward to stay at this cabin again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this very cozy home. The house was beautiful and we loved that it was only 20 minutes away from Sequoia! We enjoyed eating breakfast while looking out at the calming view of Three Rivers and the fall foliage. We also loved the great collection of books, games and classical records that were provided. We were quite busy exploring the park and would love to book this stay again and spend more time enjoying the home!

The property and house was nice. All the rooms were nice and looked like the picture advertised. It was nice getting away with my friends and spending time outdoors instead all day in the house, it was quiet and you got to enjoy the nice fresh air. The only problem was that the internet was slow when we try to get on and couldn’t watch anything on the television. But overall it was a good stay and good couple days.

Sure it was 108 degrees every day, but right across the street was Slick Rock river where the kids had a ball cooling off in the water. The house was huge and immaculate, great A/C for the heat wave, kitchen was well supplied. No complaints.

Interesting and challenging driveway, that lead to great views/scenery. Lots of hummingbirds - tons of room - overall a great stay. Very close to the South entrance of Sequoia NP. Quiet/tranquil location. Really enjoyed cocktails and dinner out on the deck.

Great house and location but poorly maintained! No hot water in bathrooms absolutely, toilets clogging, and AC is very inconsistent. The kitchen is equipped with utensils and dinnerware but not with basic condiments such as salt and sugar. Be prepared for this and it is good find.

My family and I had the best experience at this property! The pictures do NOT give this home justice. It is incredibly clean and the home was very spacious, so for a family of 8 it was just right. Everything about the property exceeded my expectations and more! You will not be disappointed in booking this home for your sequoia adventure. Plus it's only 15 min away from the actual park. It was an overall great experience and we look forward to booking again soon!

Great property on the edge of the lake, about 15 minutes from the park entrance. This sits right on the edge of cellphone coverage. Kitchen is one of the best stocked for a rental I’ve had. Multiple temperature controls through the house and first floor can almost completely open up with screen doors that help let the breeze and sun in. Great porch to sit on and a fire pit. Grab firewood from the local grocery five minutes away. Solid grocery option but maybe stock up in Bakersfield the with your main stuff. Driveway is steep but we got both sedans and suvs up it. This was a wonderful stay and place to crash at the end of the day exploring and hiking. Easily accommodated the 8 of us.

Huge spacious house with generously stocked kitchen. Loved the record player, fire pit and BBQ grill. Beautiful views of the river and mountains. Perfect season for wildflowers.
