The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, electric oven, stove, fridge and freezer. For your convenience there is a laundry with washing machine and dryer. Free WiFi is provided along with a Smart TV. With open plan living flowing onto the front deck, you will relish being able to relax watching the sun set on another ideal day. The rear deck has a BBQ and overlooks the back yard. In winter, you can fire up the combustion heater. Just a 2 minute walk down to the lakes edge, the perfect location for swimming, kayaking and fishing, or take a short stroll to the popular Frothy Coffee Boatshed. Forster is a 25 min drive away where you can join a dolphin or whale watching cruise or maybe take a and short drive to Wallis or Myall Lakes. The property is close to local shops which includes a butcher, bakery, bottle shop, take away shop and general store. The local clubs have courtesy buses that will pick you up and drop you back to your home away from home. The house is also very well equipped for those days when you don't feel like venturing out.
