The main living area has a wood fire to create a cosy winter atmosphere. The back deck has beautiful sea breezes in summer, and you can sit out the back and never tire looking at the ocean and cliff views. Only a few minutes walk to the beach, and a two minute drive to the boat ramp in either direction of the home.There is access down onto the rocks and beach below just a short walk from the home and tracks will be found everywhere. This property is ideal for a couple of families with a special kids bedroom downstairs there is plenty of room. It is in a very quiet street, so you'll only be disturbed by the gentle lapping of the waves and bird song. Beaches, are all nearby and only a short walk to the Mosquito Bay Cafe where you can get a fresh coffee and light meals. This is an original property, but well maintained. Layout: Downstairs has a reading room that looks out across the bay and is a great place to relax and read a book. There is also another bedroom and a laundry. Upstairs houses another 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and the living/dining area. There's a good sized television to enjoy a lazy movie or two and a huge amount of room on the back deck. As mentioned previously, there is a huge entertaining deck with a generous outdoor setting where you can sit and enjoy the views, There is plenty of parking in the driveway and carport or on the quiet street out the front.
