About this villa rental
Nestled in Yeroskipou, this lovely villa for $185 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Non complex detached villa (Sleeps 6) with own private pool, located in a quiet sought after location in Kato Paphos but within an easy 15 minute walk to bars, restaurants, beaches and a 20 minute walk to the Harbour or Old Town. It is a short walk to the supermarket and a 24 hour convenience store and fast food takeaway are just around the corner (3 minutes walk). Downstairs the property has a fully furnished lounge with 2 & 3 seat leather settee’s, a double sofa bed, TV, DVD player (English TV & Wi-Fi are included). Archway through to a fully fitted and equipped kitchen/dining room with table and seating for 6. There is also a downstairs WC. Upstairs there are two large en-suite twin bedrooms ( one with a small safe free for guests to use) both with bedside unit, dresser with mirror and fitted wardrobes. Each bedroom has its own large private balcony. The property is fully air-conditioned as well as having ceiling fans in the lounge, kitchen and bedrooms and fly screens throughout. Outside the property is fully enclosed. The front garden has a terrace with a small table and two chairs and a gated driveway. The rear garden is south facing and has lighting for evening use. It incorporates a good size private pool and outside shower. Adjacent the pool there is a large fully tiled terraced area with 4 sun beds, brick built BBQ, outside sink, draining board and dining area complete with dining table and chairs. To the side of the property and adjoining the rear garden is a large pergola with fully tiled roof, providing a shaded dining and sitting area complete with further dining table and chairs. There is a light in the pergola for evening use. The villa is a comfortably furnished and well equipped home from home. All bed linen, towels (hand, bath & beach) are included. Also available in the property are a safe, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, books, games and DVDs. The property is fully cleaned prior to your arrival. We can help with airport transfers, recommendations of places of interest to visit, restaurants, entertainment and activities. A fully up-to-date information folder is provided in the villa.

Great villa in a lovely quiet location. The villa was perfect and had all that we needed for a very comfortable stay. Yvonne was so helpful when we needed. Help with using the air-con. The hosts made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be booking again.

Comfortable and Convenient
Stayed for a month at the end of their winter. Much warmer than at home although Cyprus houses aren't very well insulated so need quite a bit of heating in the evenings. Well equipped with good UK TV service and loads of DVDs for entertainment. Only a 15 minute walk to the harbour for exercise and refreshment yet nice and quiet away from the noisy bars etc. Recommended.

2 Weeks of quiet bliss
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this villa. Basically everything we'd been advised was correct and informative. Only marked down slightly on the location as it was quite a distance from the main attractions and we chose to walk. Ordinarily not a problem but the heat was blistering so took it's toll.
Very quiet during our stay which was nice. Couple of handy little shops 5 mins walk away which was also good.
Informative folder for using the appliances etc and tips for eating out and places to visit. Excellent communications from Jill from start to finish.
We really liked the Pambis bar/restaurant which was 10 mins walk from the villa and paid a few visits there.
Eating out was good too. The places we visited didn't have proper air con and had fans which provided some relief from the heat. We couldn't believe the huge portion sizes for main meals wherever you eat.
All in all a very nice, quiet relaxing holiday in a great villa which has everything you need. Ceiling fans in all rooms and air con in the main living room area and both bedrooms which was really needed on several occasions. Would recommend a visit so check it out.

There was a light in the pool which had been pulled off the side of the pool wall by previous occupants which we reported immediately, its a shame people don't take care of a property when they rent it.
The property was a bit further out than we thought it would be and we spent almost 200 euros on taxis in and out of the town, taxis were 8 euros each way which mounts up over a week when also including 2 euro tip each way on top, so take this into consideration when planning your shopping trips and nights out into town I suppose it is walking distance if you like to walk but will take a good 25/30mins.
The villa itself is ideal for 2 couples and was immaculately clean everywhere. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone wanting to stay in Paphos, if we ever go back here we would definitely rebook this villa....but take more cash for taxi allowances!

Lovely Villa
The Villa is situated on a quiet area of Pathos, only 15 mins walk to the harbor and town center with a bus stop just at the bottom of the road and two local shops at reasonable prices - close enough to the town center yet away from the hustle & bustle, Jill & Steve along with Gerry & Margaret were available if needed, however the information provided was more than enough - the villa was clean & tidy with everything you could want for self catering needs, the private pool was cleaned twice a week and just what is needed in the hot weather. Jill gave us a good Taxi number for the firm that knows the address and was only 60 euros return from the airport. We will definitely be returning again next year, i cannot stress how nice this villa is and how accommodating the owners are.

Very nice villa with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday.
Villa is situated in residential area with local shops nearby and other larger shops approx. 20 minutes walk away. Villa was very clean and well equipped and we made full use of private pool and barbecue.The large pergola at the side of the villa was a bonus providing much needed shade from the daytime sun when needed. Would definitely recommend this villa.
