So generous staff members, nice area, restaurant and location
Bathroom, the shower hasn't any shelves for a shampoo etc. No curtains and rail for a towels,
The sink in the main room I stead of bathroom.
No additional light with mirror. Couldn't wear a make up.

The Wifi didn't work so I was unable to complete my work that evening. The carpets on the approach to the hotel were matted and filthy which is a really poor impression. The bath towels were placed on the bathroom windowsill and there was all sorts of dirt had blown all over them from the window which had been left ajar.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The location was great. We didn't go to the pub, but we met some of the patrons and everyone was extremely nice!
The rooms were small and the stairs narrow, so it was a bit difficult getting the luggage up and down.

Professional staff, nice atmosphere in bar and food was good and tasty. Very comfortable bed.

Nothing. No food and dirty. Photo’s sent. False advertising
Everything. Dirty. No food. Really poor. Pics have been sent in a previous e mail. No overnight caretaker. Young girl left at 10pm.

The hotel was what we needed for our one night stay. Room was nice and we ate dinner in the bar, which was good. Staff were great too.
The room door was difficult to lock/unlock from the outside.
Wifi did not work in our room

the location was great for exploring the area of outer Glasgow. it was very dog friendly and room was spacious and clean. staff were lovely, super friendly and accommodating. the breakfast was hearty and freshly prepared.
the room we were in had a shower area that had no screen which meant that the whole bathroom got wet. it was too small for a wet room so would benefit from a screen to separate toilet from shower

Staff were friendly, and approachable. Room was nice, clean and comfortable enough.
Tea and coffee facilities were a little basic, but that is just because I enjoy a filtered coffee in the morning. And that is me digging deep to suggest a positive change suggestion.

we were situated right next to a room with some sort of band playing with an audience. pretty ridiculous in a hotel where people are trying to relax. was the night after my dads funeral so was a struggle!

I've stayed here a few times over the year's whilst visiting family. Recently refurbished and looking fabulous. Very welcoming and fantastic food.

The staff went above and beyond during my stay. From the welcome on arrival to the catering and bar staff during my stay everyone I met had a smile and went out of their way to check I was bei g attended to. Refreshing to have that level of service on a busy weekend.
