Situated in Santanyí, this charming house for $178 per night is a great choice for your next trip. The terraced house consists of a ground floor with a patio and a first floor with the bedroom(s) and another bathroom. The house has been recently refurbished and it is in very good condition. Its walls being of dry stone make warm in winter and fresh in summer. One of the rooms is a very spacious room with an outward facing window and equipped with a double bed (150 x 190 cm2) . The other room, of smaller dimensions (3,1 x 2,6 m2) is equipped with two single beds (90 x 190 cm2) and is an interior room. All beds are new and the mattresses are of visco-elastic material. The patio measures 5,4 x 2,9 m2 and is equipped with exterior dining room furniture. This house is the ideal gateway for a couple, with or without children, who is looking to enjoy a quiet and comfortable stay.

This house is a real gem. Clean, well equipped and with great character. Lovely peaceful garden/terrace. Neighbours are renovating (which Gabriel had notified us about), but we hardly noticed it. Easy to find parking, close to shops, restaurants and some of Mallorca's best beaches. We will return. Thank you Gabriel and Alejandra.

The house was in a great location within walking distance to some very good restaurants and short driving distance to super beaches. Well equipped kitchen should you want to cook. Small bathroom upstairs but clean and adequate. Outside courtyard very private for eating outdoors. Good communication with host. Santanyi is a great place to holiday close to many beaches and restaurants within walking distance. The town has a very friendly atmosphere with good market Wednesday and Saturday.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa deliziosa proprietà e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è pulitissima e veramente accessoriata di tutto l'occorrente per trascorrere una vacanza serena in un'atmosfera molto rilassante. I proprietari, presenti ma non invasivi, ci hanno dato ottimi consigli sulle spiagge da visitare e sui ristorantini dove andare a mangiare. Consigliatissima!

Gut gelegenes Stadthaus in Santanyi

Der schlichte Einrichtungsstil und die ruhige und dennoch zentrale Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus und der Innenhof bieten genug Platz für 2 Erwachsene und 1 älteres Kind und sind mit allen notwendigen Gegenständen auf einem sehr guten Niveau ausgestattet. Alejandra und Gabriel sind sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber. Es hat uns gut gefallen; wir würden wieder dort buchen.

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal in Santanyi. Der Check-In war trotz später Stunde sehr herzlich, der Check-out übrigens auch :). Nach 2015 und jetzt 2019 gab es keinerlei Beanstandungen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Bequemes Bett, 2 Bäder, gut ausgestatte Küche (ein Geschirrspüler wäre super :). Der innen Hof lädt an lauen Abenden zum Verweilen ein. Wir werden bestimmt noch ein drittes mal wieder kommen.

Für uns war dieses kleine Haus ideal. Ruhige Lage, aber trotzdem dicht am Zentrum. Der Wochenmarkt ist fast vor der Haustür. Und hat es sehr gefallen und wir würden es wieder buchen.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, in einem schönen sauberen Haus . Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war vor und während der Reise sehr nett. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen mit liebe eingerichtet . Alles da was man so braucht. Die Lage ist ein super Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden! Wir waren schon oft auf Mallorca und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit liebe Familie Vidal ! Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen!

Schon im Voraus war der Kontakt sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Vor Ort hat trotz Ankunft nach 23 Uhr alles super geklappt. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit und das Haus ist mit Liebe eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super. Sehr zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hin fahren.

Auch in diesem Jahr hatten wir einen großartigen Urlaub auf unserer Lieblingsinsel. Das gemütliche Ferienhaus mitten in Santanyi hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles da für einen Ferienaufenthalt für zwei Personen. Inclusive Klimaanlage, welche auf Grund des traumhaften Wetters auch noch genutzt wurde. Besonders toll war der gemütliche Innenhof. Wir haben dort ausgiebig gefrühstückt und schöne Abende verbracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und aufmerksam. Santanyi ist immer wieder eine Reise wert und wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

We had expected a cosy house in a great little village and this place lived up to our expectations. The house itself is modern, clean and well-equipped. Surprisingly spacious with comfy beds. There is no AC but we had the windows open and slept well. The patio is great. Plenty of parking nearby, as well as quality restaurants, bakeries and shops. Convenient location. Cala Santanyi is just minutes away by car. A little gem. We really recommend this house.

The house is very comfortable for 2 or 3 people, with a nice courtyard and everything you might need for a holiday, very clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. The centre of the village, supermarket, bakery and restaurants are in walking distance, very convenient.

We spent New Year in this lovely apartment in Santanyi. It was decorated in a style that appealed to us and had everything one could possibly require. Unfortunately, there were heavy rains the week before which the wooden doors (front and back) soaked up the water and made them difficult to open/close. We can imagine in Summer sitting out the back with the doors open, enjoying the Mallorca sunshine but in winter this of course is not possible and we did find that the heating provided was not quite adequate to keep us and this 2-story apartment warm. The boiler was not quite big enough and hence did not manage to provide 2 people with 2 warm showers in the morning, in the rather small bathroom. This was a good value for money apartment very close to everything in the picturesque village of Santanyi and can see it being very comfortable in the warmer summer season.

We had such a lovely time here - the house is lovely, simply but tastefully furnished, well equipped and extremely clean. Santanyi is a lovely little town, with everything you need within a few minutes walk, and lots of nice restaurants and cafes. You're spoilt for choice for nice beaches too - but Es Trenc is especially recommended. The owners are friendly and helpful. We were very sorry to leave! Highly recommended.

A perfect place to stay offside the main tourist hotspots of Mallorca in the center of the beautiful town of Santanyi. Very cozy, house with beautiful terrace in a beautiful mediterranean style and a mixture of modern and traditional furniture including a first class kitchen. 6 out of 5 stars!

It was like coming home. Everything was clean and tidy again. As it was supposed to be very sunny and hot we asked from an umbrella for the patio. The next day a sunsail was hanging in the courtyard. Perfect customer service. Thanks again for a great stay. All the best

The house is lovely renovated with taste. The Patio is really great to enjoy breakfast and diner or to catch some sunrays. The location is in a quire street, parking in front of the house, 3 minutes walk to the cathedrale. The kitchen is well stocked even salt, sugar etc. are around. The hosts are very kind and helpful. We look forward to our next stay in May.

It is a lovely renovated Townhouse for 3 with a georgeous and sunny patio. You find everything you need. The upstairs bathroom is very tidy. For those in need of a bigger one the one at the patio is right. The house was very clean. It is close to anywhere in Santanyi. During these 9 nights we got in contact with the locals. Thanks for a great time. We will be back in 5 weeks.

It is a lovely restored townhouse for 3. The bathroom is very tiny but sufficient. If you need more space there is a big one downstairs - outside. The patio is very nice to spend your time.reading etc. The house was very clean. Everything in Santanyi is at your doorstep. The owners are very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our 9 nights a lot and will be back in 5 weeks.
