We relaxed in this lovely house on a pond within walking distance of a beach. It's decorated with appropriate New England style furniture. It's great to have a large dining room table that easily seats eight. Everything is clean and crisp. We even had a brand
new grill and firepit. Jenny is a thoughtful host who is available to answer any questions.
This is a fine place to relax!

It went perfectly. It was very easy to get in touch with the owner for any questions we had. The precious cape cod was quiet and had a sun porch that was just beautiful! We would definitely stay there again. It was an overall wonderful experience! Now, headed back to the mountains of South Carolina!

We loved our stay at Jenny’s home!! It was the perfect house for our vacation needs! Very clean and had all of the amenities we needed. Great outdoor deck, the yard overlooked a beautiful pond. The yard has a fire pit that we used several times. Bikes, kayaks, beach chairs and a rolling cooler were all conveniently stored in the shed in the yard. The house had a lovely sunroom that we used a lot while we were there. It even has a gas stove that we used on a chilly night. The house was in a great location, 10 minute walk to Eugenia Fortes Beach where we spent every sunny day. The Kennedy Compound is on this beach which made it even more interesting. The house is also very close to the downtown area, grocery stores and the Hyline Ferries. Jenny was a great host, very communicative and accommodating. She answered all of our questions very promptly. Hope to book again next summer!!

Great fishing in the pond behind the house. Wear boots- it’s a muddy mess actually getting in and especially out of the pond. The beach was lovely but not as close as expected and became very expensive to enter beaches as the beach badge was not available. It is my understanding that it is not the home owners fault and it’s an issue in the area currently- I do however think a proof of purchase for the badge likely would have allowed us on most beaches saving the $25 or $30 per car each trip. Over all it is a beautiful home.

Peaceful cottage stay
We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful, peaceful cottage in Hyannis. The house was clean, organized, and had everything we needed for a truly wonderful weekend. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary cooking gadgets/supplies, and we especially enjoyed biking around Hyannis on the bikes provided by the host. We will certainly be back to this little oasis!

An adorable cottage that we thoroughly enjoyed for its cleanliness, amenities, proximity to beach and just over all coziness. We had a superb Winter Break at Jenny’s. She’s a gracious host. I personally enjoyed the pond that hosts swans, a fox, Canada geese, and lots of birds. The house is clean and comfortable, and lacked nothing.

A lovely stay
Our stay was great. Everything was very clean. There is a beautiful backyard area to hang out in including a nice tree to sit under and a deck to relax on while enjoying the view of various birds passing on the pond. All three rooms were equipped with AC’s. Overall a fantastic stay.

We had a great week at the house, perfect location (beach, food shopping, Main St, restaurants), deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks, kids had a great time in backyard, house easily accommodated 6 adults and 2 young children. We can wait to go back!

Wonderful weekend
My family and I stayed with another over the Memorial day weekend and we had a great time! Great house, great location, walking distance to the beach, short bike ride into town and the place is immaculate, beautifully put together by the owner. You can tell she put a lot of love into it. She is also very communicative and responsive as we were in contact with each other often. Perfect for a weekend getaway with your significant other, or a relaxing week with your family. Will definitely be back to create more memories! Thank you so much for the wonderful weekend!
