The property was as listed. The property manager did not respond to our messages. The owner was fabulous. Very responsive to our needs. He had a new washer delivered within 24 hours when the one in condo broke

Our stay was amazing! The condo was perfect and convenient to everything. The beach and pool was very relaxing!! We ate some delicious food and had many drinks!!! We will always want to come back every year if possible!!!! Thanks for the memories!!!!

Beautiful condo, accessible for my aging parents. We had an amazing time.

The condo was in a perfect location. Ground floor with a yard that the kids can play in. The pool is steps away as well as the beach. Highly recommend and would book again.

We didn't have to do any type of check-in - we used the codes provided and got right in to the unit. The condo location couldn't be any more convenient - ground floor in the corner. It was great being so close to the pool and/or the beach. The beds were nice & comfortable. My grandchildren said the bunk beds were more comfy than their own beds! We had one issue while staying there, the AC line clogged and shut off the unit. We didn't realize this until water started pouring across the floor from the utility room. This is nothing that could have been foreseen. The owner answered my call right away and was very apologetic for the inconvenience. He got someone there ASAP to fix the problem and clean up the mess. We truly have NO complaints. We will stay here again if available next year!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is ideal. Of the hundreds of condos, there literally isn't a better situated one than this. It's the only unit with substantial grassy area for kids, or whatever else by it, besides being right by the pool with ground level walkout facing the beach. Everything inside was good and worked great so I'll just mention a few things that were lacking starting with the most significant. We felt like all the beds were underwhelming and could use some updating with more comfortable mattresses to provide more restful sleep. For the price and quality of everything else, the mattress quality on all the beds seemed out of place. The dryer wasn't working well, taking multiple cycles to dry clothes, but I was able to fix that by cleaning the outside exhaust vent, which was about 95% blocked. The screen door--though unnecessary because there weren't really any bugs on out stay--was not usable and falling off the rail. It was mostly a concern because it had clearly received damage at some point and I didn't want to be responsible for it. Thankfully we didn't need to use it because it would have been a real nuisance if we did. We just left the slider door open with no screen much of the time during our stay. I'm not sure if bugs are worse a different time of year but there weren't any so we just left the screen slider open and alone.

That said, we would still stay again. Nothing was a deal breaker for us and the stay was overall excellent ��.

The condo was AMAZING! Location was perfect as I'm a disabled Veteran and did not have to worry about steps or waiting on elevators! The only down fall was that our initial code didn't work as the prop manager had us down for a day shorter than we booked so the owner gave us a new code (which didn't work). Well, we used the original code and it worked; til the last day. Then come to find out, owner had typed in a digit wrong. :( We had to wait for a little while til one of us got him on the phone. In a previous email; owner got upset with me about not using the code he sent and I explained it did not work. (Later to be figured out he typed it worng).

We love Sea Oats! We loved the bottom floor beautiful condo easy access.

What a perfect time and place to share with our California family. If you have smaller children, the location is perfect for coming and going. The home is equipped to stay and live. Super helpful because I’m used to buying everything to stock some rental properties. The owner has taken every measure to make your stay one that is comfortable. We will be staying here again!
