Additional charges will be made against the bond should the home require more than a basic clean. The BBQ must be cleaned by guests prior to departure. WOOD is provided free for guests. It has become very expensive! We respectfully ask that guests to not use our supply for the outdoor fire in the childrens playground (only to be used from May to October). You can source plenty of wood from the forest. Money will be deducted from you bond if you are seen to have not abided by this rule. CANCELLATION POLICY : For cancellation or postponement we require at least 30 days notice in order to refund your payment. An administration fee of $50 per booking applies to any approved refund. If less notice than this is provided, we are unable to return your deposit and the $50 booking fee still applies. If less than 7 days notice is given, you will lose 50% of your total tariff. Over our Peak Periods, no refund is given if less than 7 days notice is given unless we are able to secure another booking for the same dates.
