heerlijk ontbijt wat ruim voldoende was. Goede ligging van de B&B tov het centrum. Was binnen loopafstand wat erg fijn was met het winterweer wat we hadden.

De kamer was 2 hoog wat ons tegenviel. Trappenlopen wordt moeilijker op onze leeftijd.

We had an excellent stay! The Project is conveniently located, creatively decorated and our room really had everything we needed. At the same time we had a really warm and personal welcome, the breakfasts were outstanding, and we really encountered no issues during the whole stay.

Clean and spacious room. Comfortable beds, excellent shower, very friendly owners. Excellent breakfast. We could not find any faults. A great contender for a return trip.

L’ accueil, la place de parking sécurisée, la décoration de la chambre atypique. Le petit déjeuner est servi à table mais très complet ( œufs, charcuteries, fromages....)

Wij sliepen in een appartement naast de B&B met terras en zitje. Erg comfortabel en privé. Alles was heel netjes en schoon. Het is heel leuk ingericht met stoere elementen. De eigenaren zijn heel aardig en behulpzaam en zorgen voor een heerlijk ontbijt. Wij komen hier zeker terug!!

De B&B is met smaak en liefde ingericht door Marco en Hennie, die ons gastvrij ontvingen. De omgeving is rustig en toch op loopafstand van het centrum. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf en het heerlijke en uitgebreide ontbijt!

We kregen een uitgebreid ontbijt met alles er op en er aan. De locatie ligt op loopafstand van het het centrum en het station. Maastricht, Valkenburg en Aken etc is prima te bereiken met de trein.

De kamer was perfect, airco werkte goed voor de warme dag. Het ontbijt was erg gezellig en alles was er naar behoefte.

De wifi was op de tweede verdieping niet sterk genoeg om mee te werken.

Die Inhaber sind Mega nett und zuvorkommend. Das B&B ist richtig stylisch und mit viel Liebe hergerichtet. Einfach wunderbar.

The owner is very very friendly and personally prepares your breakfast and takes special wishes. The room is very modern, cozy and clean. I deffenitely recommend this B&B. The best one I've had in a long time. 😊

Nicely decorated B&B near station Heerlen, run by a very sweet couple. The property has a cool urban feel with loads of street art and books. Beds are really comfy, and overall room is cozy and neat.

Loved the look and feel of this B&B. Our room was warm and spacious with high ceilings and underfloor heating. The breakfast was exceptional, our request for non dairy and gluten free did not phase our jovial host and we were spoilt rotten. The breakfast room itself was a very homely and relaxing space... It was a short walk from Heerlen City Centre and the beautiful Moon Quarter

No complaints from us. Can't wait for our next visit, as this won't be the last!

Very good value.

Great room and facilities, very unique and full of character. It also has a nice patio area to sit outside and there is secure off road parking. The town centre is approx 10 - 15 minutes walk away. The breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed it very much. The host made us feel very welcome and I would not hesitate to return and recommend it. 😊
