About this house rental
Nestled in Indian Wells, this attractive house for $549 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Business License 106013 Newly remodeled three bedroom, two bath home on double lot. Large swimming pool and spa, outdoor eating area, putting green. Stunning views of the mountains from inside ,pool and patio areas. Spacious kitchen with island, gas cooktop. Main room with 75 inch Samsung 4K TV, comfortable leather couch, love seat, and recliner as well as a gas fireplace. Large smart TVs in all bedrooms. Twin Room has two twin beds, TV, closet, nightstand and lamp. Queen bedroom includes TV, dresser, nightstand, lamp, and closet. Both have pool views. Full size Jack and Jill bathroom. Master suite includes king bed, dresser, two night stands, desk, closet, and full size bathroom with shower and double sinks. Master bed has a luxury mattress and box spring that sits at counter top height. A step stool is provided to aid with the bed if needed. The master bedroom has a French door for access to a very private patio with a glider bench and two bistro tables. The master also has a separate door and walkway to the extra lot and pool area. Our outdoor living area has a sunken patio with dining table for 8, granite top outdoor built in gas grill and sink, gas fire pit, and a large salt water pool with attached spa. There is a large hammock for lounging by the pool as well as 2 chaise lounges and numerous deck chairs. The outdoor area has a large putting and chipping area to hone your pre match golf skills. The double car garage is assessable with provided opener and provides security and easy access to our residence. There is a security system for your safety. WIFI provided. The LaQuinta Cove is at the heart of the area’s historical culture. The LaQuinta Inn established in the late 1920’s was the Coachella Valley’s original destination retreat and became a popular escape for many Hollywood stars. At that time the Cove where our property resides was a wilderness area tucked into this pocket of the Santa Rosa mountains. In 1932 a developer in conjunction with the LaQuinta Inn built 50 small vacation casitas which became know as the Desert Club. This club offered some of the first private home vacation rentals and the wilderness area became popular for hiking, horseback riding, as well many other outdoor pursuits. There have been many changes in our area since the early days but much of the original charm remains. The LaQuinta Inn was the inspiration for the name of our city when it became incorporated in 1982. Now with the LaQuinta Resort name it has retained the original buildings and architecture while becoming a world class resort. The LaQuinta Cove is now a quiet oasis neighborhood. Most all of the original casitas from the 1930’s remain populated amongst the newer dwellings. The cove has some of the best hiking and biking trails in the desert. We can reach out and touch the mountains and the panoramic Mountain View’s can not be matched anywhere else in the desert. When remodeling our home we strived to capture the heritage of this area with colors, tiles, beams, patios and landscaping which provide a proper desert reprieve as well as a timeless cultural experience. Our home has numerous books about the history of LaQuinta ,our Cove neighborhood, and how to explore the area. There is even an outstanding small museum just a few blocks away in Old Town with historic books, photos and exhibits. Most of out guests come to LaQuinta for golf, tennis, concerts, and warm sunshine. We suspect they leave with that experience and so much more.

Stayed in this lovely home to attend an event nearby. The home is well stocked and has a lot of extras- such as a magnifying make up mirror, corn hole, and a pool umbrella, etc. The home is decorated so cute. Everything is comfortable and laid out well. I would definitely stay here again.

I went with several author friends so we could focus on a book we’re co-writing. We got a ton done and had a great time. Very clean and perfectly designed for visitors. The owners were prompt communicators and very kind.

As always, this home made for a perfect vacation for me and my boys. This is our third time staying here and we loved it as much as ever. It was super hot, so we enjoyed relaxing inside during the day and then night swims each evening. Great location, we had a nice trip to Joshua Tree, the movies, great restaurants, etc. The house has everything you could ever need - and the owners are super thoughtful and responsive. I’ve stayed in other homes while traveling; however, none that are as comfortable while also feeling luxurious. We loved every moment- thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us once again!

We had such an amazing time staying at this beautiful property. It was very clean, well stocked, beautiful backyard with enough lounge chairs for everyone. The property has pool noodles, swim floats, towels, umbrellas, etc. They have really thought of everything. Communication was amazing. Would definitely recommend this property and we will be coming back for our annual teacher getaway.

Immediately felt right at home. Much better than anticipated, and everything as presented in overview. Jan was terrific and extremely responsive and helpful. Our first visit to your home, but hopefully not our last ... we hope to stay in the future on our at least annual visits. We have been visiting the area for over 50 years. Beautiful views from yard and comfortable outdoor furniture and facilities. Thank you so much.

Stayed 6 nights in this lovely resort-like home and want to go back soon! The home exceeded our expectations! We had 6 adults and we were more than comfortable! While we did leave to see some sights, we were perfectably happy at the home playing in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub, playing corn hole or putting on the putting green.
We are just a couple hours drive away so we brought lots of things we thought we would need. Next time we won't need to do that; they have the home nicely stocked with everything needed to cook, bake, grill. All utensils and tools needed.
Beds and bedrooms were all comfortable with plenty of storage and bathrooms had plenty of towels as well as plenty of pool towels. There are even some pool noodles and floats for the pool...really, everything.
Neighborhood location was close to all things La Quinta. It was quiet and safe with beautiful mountain backdrops. Jan and Mike were very responsive. They truly care about their home and guests.
We hope to be back soon!

This property is well appointed and so well located near the trails. The various retreat spots around the home were intimate and the backyard with pool, spa and putting green was so healing! Everything was exactly as it looked. The backyard is lovely, pool and spa were perfect. We loved the Ram! The home is beautiful. And the giant tv and soft leather couches were perfect after a long day in the pool! Would love to go back sometime!

Quality property
Stayed here for a weekend lacrosse tournament at Polo Fields (less than 15 min). Every amenity we could have asked for. Detailed instructions on how to do everything. Great stay!

Everything about this property was amazing. The home is so clean and organized. Everything you need is available. We had a few minor issues arise but the hosts addressed it immediately and they are so very kind. It was our first time in La Quinta and we definitely plan to come back and stay in this home again.

Perfect getaway
My family and I had a great, relaxing weekend. The house was clean, the owners communicated well, and have set things up perfectly for guests. All the amenities are great, and the pool/hot tub were immaculate. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great last minute trip
We booked a very last minute stay and the owners were so easy to work with and quick to respond. The house was exactly how it was advertised and very clean! The backyard was beautiful and we really enjoyed the pool and putting green. It was the perfect 2 night trip and we look forward to returning!

We visit different cities in Palm Springs every summer and book vacation homes this home the minute you pull up it’s so nice the whole house is just gorgeous every detail to this property just makes you not want to leave and you will definitely come back .The owner Jan was so helpful from questions I had before checking in and staying she was so nice and professional she made our stay so enjoyable.My family were all so happy I posted in social media and had many ask about the home but pictures don’t do justice being here does especially the Mountain View just so peaceful I can’t wait to come back ...Book this home you won’t be disappointed 😁�

Truly Impressive Property
It's all in the details and the owners have once again made our vacation a memorable one. I took my sons (age 18 and 9) on a mother/son trip to La Quinta. This is the second time I've taken my boys to this property and I think it was even better than the last time! Every square inch of this home is impeccably decorated. The beds are seriously the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The kitchen has every appliance, dish, utensil you could ever need. The scenery is breathtaking and there is nothing better then swimming while being surrounded by the most beautiful, stunning mountains. Even though it was scorching hot, the pool was comfortable and we were able to stay in it all day long. The air conditioning worked perfectly. I just cannot say enough, this home is one in a million and I can't imagine staying anywhere else when coming to the area. Thank you Jan for impressing us once again! As my 9 year old son said upon arrival "This house should be on tv" and he's right! Feels like it is right out of a Pottery Barn catalog!
