The cottage was lovely, the upside down set up was great, the kitchen was really well equipped. The cottage benefited from a rear decking area that had lovely furniture and a BBQ. Nicky was really helpful and always responded to messages very quickly. The facilities at St Mellions Golf Resort were brilliant, just a short 6 minute drive from the cottage or a 20-25 minute walk through the golf course.

The sofa's were a little uncomfortable.

A beautiful place, with everything you need. It was warm and welcoming, comfortable and cosy for a winter break. So peaceful. Perfect for a couple, we had a bathroom each! Its a good base for exploring the area. We've had a lovely week!

We loved the open plan layout and how well equipped it was! Also a big relief when we saw the stair gate!

the duvets and pillows could do with replacing. the property is rather remote, being down a narrow country lane. access is up several flights of steps.

The property was set in a really peaceful and beautiful location. All the ‘homely’ facilities you could need, very clean, great Wifi and parking. Addition of Nespresso machine and basics such as dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid just makes life easy, which is what you want on holiday. Clear instructions to find and access the property.

No loo roll holder, no soap container in shower, petty but annoying, otherwise extremely good.

Everything was perfect 🤩, comfortable with balcony views of the woodlands, listening to the birds song, so peaceful and calm. Loved it 😍

The large comfortable bedrooms and beautiful bathrooms and the modern kitchen and living room. Two good outside seating areas.

Fair distance to any amenities and living room floor creaked if someone walked on it whilst someone else was in bed below

It was really clean and quiet. It had everything we needed to make us comfortable.

It was raining and very dark when we got there and missed our turn. Maybe put something reflective by the wall? Other than that we have no complaints.

The place was beautiful definitely worth the getaway 😊really spacious and met our needs bonus we had access to the country club.
