About this house rental
Situated in Port Royal, this attractive house for $423 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Beautiful home, newly remodeled ready for your family. Perfect location (less than a mile from Parris Island) and centralized to all military bases, shops, restaurants and local beaches. Savannah International Airport is about 45 minutes away and Charleston Airport is about 90 minutes away. The home is pet friendly ($120 per pet fee) and we ask that you keep the pet crated while not at home. No cats are allowed, as I am highly allergic. 1 dog/animal max. No cats, birds, rodent, reptile. No animal on furniture! Any stains will require an additional fee paid by guests as a damaged fee. I live nearby as well so I am always just a phone call away. Late check-out fee: $50 per 30 minutes unless prior arrangements were made. No parking on grass! Blocking or disconnecting cameras or sensors is grounds for immediate removal without refund.

Had a great time at your place. Convenient location to anywhere in Beaufort.

Great location, close to a majority of shops and restaurants. We loved being able to use the porch on the breezy evenings while utlizing the grill. People in the neighborhood were friendly and helped when our dog dashed out the front door. The property manager was great to work with and answered any questions we had. I will recommend to others I know that visit the area to stay here.

We loved renting this home. It was just what we needed for our short stay. Clarissa was very helpful whenever we needed her. The only thing the home needs is a TV in the 2 guest bedrooms. Other than that we will definitely be staying again ❤️

Perfect location for Graduation. Being from the dry climate all the green growing on everything was different for us.

A great place for Marine families
This property is only about 15-20 min from Parris Island, making it perfect for families who are coming to see their Marines graduate from boot camp! It’s very close to major stores. It’s equipped with all the kitchen amenities you need as well as an outdoor grill and fire pit if the weather is nice. Two spacious bedrooms for two couples and a room with two twin beds for the kids. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Family time
This property is perfect for family. We travel down from New Jersey a lot as our daughter lives locally. The property is a great location and very spacious. Clarissa was very prompt in responding and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The house was just what we needed. We were a party of 8, ranging in age from 65 to 13. There was plenty room for everyone. Books, games and puzzles were available for our use.A wonderful time was had by all. Communications with our host was exceptional. Thanks for everything.

The house was nice and newly remodeled, the backyard was nice and larger than expected. I have to agree with another reviewer that the house was not as clean as I’d hoped. A little sandy, counter tops not wiped down. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I’d recommend to others.

Absolutely perfect; just what we were looking for!
The house was amazing! Our family was visiting the Island for our 3rd son’s graduation, not only was the house/amenities absolutely wonderful, communicating with Clarissa was almost like speaking with a long-time friend. She always made herself available & immediately replied to any message I may have sent.
The location of her home was extremely convention, only being a few miles from base. There will be another USMC graduation in our future and I WILL be reaching out for Clarissa’s property again!

Great for dogs
If you are having trouble finding a place that welcomes your furry friends this is a great one. My dog loved the yard and there were food/water dishes already out. There were towels available too to clean off my pups paws before letting her back inside.

Very clean, spacious and updated home. Very close to Parris Island and local restaurants. No issues and we plan to rent the home again when we go back to the Island. March 2018.
