First off, Jerry was a perfect host and made sure we had everything we needed. This place has everything you need and a bit more. As a side-note, there is a rollaway bed in the entryway that we didn’t know about and thought the couch pulled out to a bed. Great location and awesome little swimming pool! Great Stay!

Nice property. The owner was very helpful and nice. We had a problem getting the TV on And then stay on. The owner came by and helped us get it going, but had a problem with it again the next night. The shower didn't drain properly so I didn't get to shower the last morning there. I wouldn't stay there again unless I knew those things were fixed.

We loved our stay. My sister and i were visiting our boys who live nearby. We were able to grill and have pool days with them. A very peaceful and quiet area.

I arrived at my destination a few hours early so called the contact person (Jerry) asking if it would be ok to check in early. He said "of course ". Upon entering the guest house, I found it to be very cute and comfortable with a full kitchen and microwave. The bed was also comfortable with plenty of blankets stored nearby in case the ac got too cool. There were also plenty of fresh clean towels in the bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped with a toaster, blender, silverware, plates, cups, and even wine glasses. There was a big screen TV in the living room and a smaller one in the bedroom.
Jerry was very accommodating and even met me at my car door with a big umbrella one afternoon when I arrived back during a downpour!
I had a wonderful week at Jerry's guest house and highly recommend it.

The property and owner were nice, my only complaint is the bed , pillows and linens were very uncomfortable and the sofa was too. The location was great for our needs and we would stay again.

We were here for almost two weeks and had a nice stay in a great location. We used the pool every afternoon. Jerry , the owner, was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed And made us feel at home!!

This was a great place. Easy to access with no stairs or steps. Great parking. The living space was great for 2 of us. Full kitchen with full size refrigerator. Located off busy roads but easy to access. Jerry met us when we arrived which was great.

Lovely pool!
Cute pool house.. located outback of owners home, lady that lives in the trailer with her husband right behind the pool house was very friendly... never saw the owners. Was too cold and busy to enjoy the pool or the fire pit but sure wish I could have. Very clean, many windows for good sun, a little short on hot water and the mattress was a little rough for someone like myself with chronic back pain. But great little stay for a couple on vacation or layover.

We really loved our time here, this property is just like the pictures sooooo nice!!!! Bed is comfy pool is AWESOME & location is within walking distance to Wynn-Dixie and lots of stores...The Owner Jerry is very nice!! We would love to stay again.

Visiting our Grandkids
We could have not asked for a better experience. Jerry the property owner, is just the nicest guy you can meet. We were overly satisfied with renting Jerry’s pool house. Everything was nice and clean and plenty of room for us. The pool, the grill and the deck and little cabana all got good use. We couldn’t be happier with our stay at Jerry’s Poolhouse. Was a pleasure Jerry and thank you again for a wonderful stay, Leah & John

Cute place to stay - but zero privacy
Jerry's home is spotless and very well maintained. I knew I was renting the pool house on a shared property with the Owner, but I did not expect to see others so often. I'm a local who just wanted to rent a place with a pool for the holiday weekend, which I let him know when I booked the place.
The pool house is a super cute small one-bedroom with one bathroom. Jerry has thoughtfully provided spices, coffee, toiletries, pool floats, and a lot of genuinely nice touches. The unit was spotless and ready for an early check-in.
When I arrived, I was greeted to the sight of a very large RV. A couple and their dog live in the backyard in exchange for doing chores around the property. I didn't feel comfortable using the patio or fire pit, since it was right next to them. Jerry himself did a lot of outdoor chores like watering the grass and doing yard work while I was out by the pool. At one point, I found his neighbor and the neighbor's son in the pool. The neighbor said they come over to use the pool sometimes, and he would leave when my friends arrived. I wasn't comfortable using the pool I rented while he was there, and I wasn't able to fully relax since I kept seeing Jerry and his RV friends.
It may be my fault for assuming that he would give more privacy and disclose that others were on property, but I thought that he and others would remain in the main house and away from the backyard area. If you don't mind sharing privacy, then this really is a nice place to stay. Again, Jerry himself was very nice and everything was really well-maintained. I will make sure to spend a little extra to guarantee privacy in the future.

Loved this quaint little pool house.
This is a small pool house that was just right for my husband and me. Everything was clean as a whistle and the house was completely stocked with everything you would need - shampoo, tolitries, coffee, and so much more. Even thought it is a one befroom there is room for more. Our grandson who was in a baseball tournament along with his friend stayed with us two nights so it will accommodate four people. Also, a big bonus of course, is the pool. The kids and myself had a great time in the pool. Jerry, the owner was great and was right there if anything was needed. We would definetely stay again.

First of all, the owner is all about making sure that you are well taking care of. He’s really nice. The place is really clean, has a really nice screen tv in the living room, the kitchen has everything that you would have your home, the pool area and all is resort style. You also are not far from multiple expressways and is within 3 miles from any store and restaurant you need to get to. I was well-pleased with my stay. I highly recommend this place.

AWESOME
This property is amazing. The owner of the home lives on the property but it's very peaceful and he is amazingly helpful. There is a backyard fenced area for kids to play that is opposite of where the pool is with a screened 0atio. The pool along with a deck and several sitting areas right there for your use privately. This is a very nice reasonable place to stay as a cp up Las getaway or a small family. Everything you could need is supplied at this house minus the food the kitchen is very well equipped and very close to several places to shop eat and Orlando. There is a fire pit to use and Terry even went and got wood for us to enjoy Smores and had the fire pit ready when we returned from store. Very clean we had no issues with pests or bugs in the unit but remember it is Florida and if the doors are left open all day and night you may get some bugs inside. Thank you very much for the most relaxing time and was great to meet you.

Great Place to Stay!
I came to Altamonte Springs to visit with my son and his family for Christmas and New Years. This property was a perfect place to stay as it was only about 3.5 miles from where they lived. The property is exactly as listed. I really enjoyed my stay here...the pool house was comfortable and well-furnished. Everything that I needed for my stay was provided for plus a few extras that I didn't expect. The owner, Jerry, was very kind and accommodating as well. If there was something I needed there was no hesitation on his part. The property was close to just about everything...Winn Dixie just at the end of the street! Very convenient for a quick shopping trip for food. My son's family came over for one evening for dinner and roasting marshmallows outside at the fire pit. My six year old granddaughter especially loved that! While I was here we visited several area restaurants and attractions...the Altamonte Mall was only about 5-10 minutes drive down Altamonte Drive. We also took a day and drove to Disney Springs...about 45 minutes drive on I-4. I highly recommend this property to friends and relatives looking to visit the Orlando area. I would definitely stay again at this property on my next visit!

Once we arrived the house we met Jerry and he was friendly. We got in the house and it was clean and well prepared. Unfortunately, in the first morning we found pests in the kitchen. I immediately contacted Jerry, and he was nice and said he'll take care of it. However, they day after that we found pests, and I said "that's it we have to leave the house." I met Jerry the next morning and I told him that we were leaving because I have a baby who crawls and it's dangerous for her. He apologized and told me that he never had a problem such that before. I booked a hotel, but the check in won't be before 4:00 PM. So, my family and I had to spend that day outside even that we hadn't had good sleep the last night. Actually, we stopped at the hotel and tried to check in early, but they said that the room wasn't available, so we had a nap in the car in front of the hotel. Jerry offered refunding a one-night rate for the bad experience. I told Kevin "Customer Experience Manager" that it's not what I want. I asked for a full refund because we shouldn't pay to see pests. Also, it cost me $550 for the two-nights left in a hotel.
