About this house rental
This house screams quintessential Vermont. It's in a quiet but woodsy private community close to many amenities including golf, skiing, biking, snowmobiling, ice skating, kayaking, hiking, fishing, shopping, taverns, and much more! This 4 bedroom 2 full baths and 1/2 bathroom house is clean and has 3 queen beds, 2 twin beds. Living room with gas fireplace. Large mudroom and laundry room with washer & dryer. Full size Pool table in walkout basement. Deck off of living room. Backyard with large fire pit. All linens included. No pets permitted. We take pride in our home and would love to extend it to those who wish to share the beauty and relaxation that Vermont has to offer. It's perfect for the outdoorsy type or those who just want to cozy up to the fire. Please only Couples and Families. Thank you for considering our home for your stay. You won't be disappointed.

We had a fantastic time here in VT. The home was immaculately clean and better than we expected. Home was well-stocked with all the essentials, close to Mount Snow, and adorably decorated. Would definitely recommend!

Had a great 3 night stay in Wilmington. House was very clean and comfortable for our group of 2 families. Everything was well appointed. Tucked into a quiet neighborhood, and a very easy drive to Mt. Snow and the Hermitage Club.

The property was absolutely in excellent condition . The layout of the family room with fireplace and the kitchen was very comfortable for my family to hang together. The bedrooms were very comfortable and clean . The pool table was a great addition. The one criticism was that in the property description states a Hot Tub . There is no Hot Tub . I specifically searched for properties with a Hot Tub and was disappointed to find out it did not actually have one . The property description should be changed .

We have been going to the Mt Snow/Wilmington area for many years and have stayed in many beautiful homes. This is my favorite yet. The open floor plan, beautiful decor and cleanliness of the house were wonderful. It was -46 degrees with the wind chill outside, but we were warm inside. I highly recommend this home for any season!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this property! Clean, spacious, warm has everything you need. We had a ski weekend at Mt Snow short easy trip up and back. The house is close to Wilmington restaurants. We loved it ❤️

The house and location are amazing. It is close to the town of Wilmington and about a 15 minute drive to Mount Snow. We absolutely loved the house. It was big enough for 2 families with kids, and the pool table was an added bonus.
We will definitely stay here again the next time we plan a trip to Mount Snow.

Cozy house that is immaculately maintained. Anthony (owner) is proactive with communications and very attentive. If you're planning on renting during the VT snow season, .9 mi of road to the property is a bit rugged and may be difficult to navigate without an all wheel drive vehicle. Would definitely rent again.

A mountain gem
Beautiful scenery, gorgeous home, and outstanding owners. The fire pit is A++ along with all the extras this home provides. The kitchen, common areas, pool table, a basement to enjoy family and friends. Highly recommended.

Fun Fall Weekend
We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean and a great layout for multiple couples to enjoy a weekend get together. The tastefully decorated rooms makes everything feel welcoming. The kitchen is well stocked for making stay in meals. But the proximity to the restaurants in Wilmington is ideal. The fire pit was a great place to end the day! Thanks!

Great stay for a group ski trip!
The house was lovely. Modern, clean and cozy. The 1st floor had a nice well-appointed kitchen with all the basics and more. The living room area had seating comfortable for about 6-8 people. Great gas fireplace. Pretty view. Everyone thought the beds were comfy. The showers were nice. It is a loft style home so you will hear happenings on the first floor if you're in upstairs. The layout lent itself well for two families with the 4th bedroom, full bath, and second living room area on the lower level. It had plenty of parking for us and was plowed out for our arrival. Close to Mt Snow, maybe a 10-15 minute drive.

We will be back!
We had a blast! The house was exactly what we were looking for and has a great layout for small-medium sized groups. The kitchen is well-equipped and allowed us to make many meals at the house. We could have spent our entire weekend indoors and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but Beer Naked Brewing, Anchor Restaurant for dinner, and Dots for breakfast were all great stops!

I very much recommend this rental. House was clean and a great layout.
I would/will stay here again. The house was perfect for 8 adults. Very different people so having a space upstairs and then the pool table/TV area downstairs worked out great for us. Also, enjoyed hiking trails within walking distance, the golf course to snow shoe through, and how close we were to Mt. Snow and even pretty close to Stratton Mt.
The owners were quick to respond to any question/issue that arose and that was very much appreciated.
I would definitely suggest a 4 wheel drive vehicle in the winter. Ours was not up for the trip so we took our car and there is one hill (we've now dubbed heartbreak hill because of my 12 attempts to reach the top) and others that are just more suited for 4 wheels drive.

Beautiful Vacation Getaway
The property was beautifully decorated and spotless. There was ample room for eating, gathering and just hanging out for 8 people.
Kitchen was very well stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, et al.
Very close to Wilmington center, skiing and restaurants!
Hosts were very helpful and gracious. We highly recommend this home and look forward to returning!

Great girl’s winter getaway
The house is beautiful and the area is so cute. We had a great time and couldn’t believe how adorable and clean the house was. It was accommodating to all our needs, especially in the kitchen while cooking. We really had the best time!

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home! Such a great layout and in immaculate condition. Fantastic location too... only minuets to Mt. Snow and downtown Wilmington. We also loved that the gourmet kitchen opened to the living room. The photos really do not do it justice! It is even better in person. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!!

Perfect Mountain Home!
If you're looking for a relaxing weekend in VT, this is the perfect home. The home comes with everything you may need for a large group to stay comfortably. Jen was extremely responsive and helped to answer any of our questions and accommodate our needs. The home is in perfect condition and the pictures do not do it justice. We loved it! We look forward to renting again in the future. Only 15 minutes from Mount Snow and 5 minutes to the downtown area of Wilmington.

Extremely well appointed home with everything you could possibly need. Very clean. Well decorated as well. The owner called a few days in advance to see if I had any questions and even recommended a few restaurants. This property truly is a Home Away From Home.

Great spot. Exactly what we were looking for.
The 5 br 3 ba and plenty of spaces hangout meant everyone had their space to hang with the group or chill as needed. The home is beautiful and very well looked after. Every commented on how much they enjoyed staying and all the character the home has. We looked long and hard to find a place that was neither hotellish or over rustic. This place nailed it. You leave wishing you owned it. Good times. Thanks for those. Cheers.

Relaxing Time
Beautifully decorated home in a serene wooded area. We spent a lot of time in the house watching movies, playing cards and just enjoying the peaceful setting with the beautiful gas fireplace. Location is very close to the village area and centrally located to other VT areas. Owners were very quick to respond to questions that I had. Free wifi and having a washing machine and dryer were a bonus. There are remotes for the ceiling fans, dvd player, tv and the fireplace so my suggestion would be that simple directions be provided for using all but the fan remotes. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Wonderful vacation home!
Great stay for a ski weekend. We had our extended family including 2 grandchildren. Lots of room to spread out with three full levels. Wonderful gourmet kitchen open to the living room. Beautifully decorated with many fun touches and absolutely immaculate. It is even better than the photos. Easy access to the town of Wilmington, and to Mount Snow. Highly recommend this property. Would love to rent again!

Beautiful, Big, Clean, Home
Great location, wonderful home, amazing owner, and want to come back again. Jenifer has beautifully decorated her home and is gracious hostess. The home is better than it's pictures and the pictures are great. The kitchen is well stocked and amazing for cooking and serving. Beds are firm and very comfortable. Laundry room is roomy and first class. Can't say enough positive things about this home. This home is about 10 to 15 minutes from Mount Snow Ski Resort. We are already making plans to come back next year. Thank you Jenifer for a wonderful time in Vermont.
