Nestled in Edithburgh, this attractive house for $214 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. THE WHITE HOUSE is a modern 2 storey 4 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 10 guests with great sea views from the balcony. Upstairs - Open plan kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, lounge area with TV, DVD, CD, double doors open on to balcony, outdoor setting. Please note - large coffee machine shown in pictures is no longer available. Main bedroom has an ensuite with vanity, walk in shower and w/c. Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning. Child safety gate for stairs. Downstairs - Living area with TV, DVD, Wii (BYO games), arcade game machine, 3 bedrooms. Main bathroom with vanity, walk in shower and full size bath, separate w/c. Laundry with front loading washing machine, dryer. Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning. Child safety gate for stairs. Gas BBQ, above ground swimming pool (only available between October and end of February) fish cleaning facility, plenty of room for boat and parking. Bed configuration - main bedroom - king, bed 2 - king, bed 3 - queen, bed 4 - 2 x bunks. Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to take your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. ** If you have no king bed sheets (top/bottom) they can be hired for $35 per bed - you will still need to take your pillow cases and towels- please advise office staff if you would like to hire them ** Unlimited free Wi-Fi . Edithburgh has an excellent boat ramp, jetty, tidal swimming pool, playground, golf course, deli, fuel, cafe, take away, 2 hotels. Only a minute short drive to the beautiful Sultana Point Beach. No smoking inside Dog friendly - if you would like to bring your dog please put a note in the booking or contact office staff, a $100 refundable pet bond will be required and will be added on to the existing refundable bond manually. **OFF PEAK SPECIAL** excludes long weekends and school holidays 15% discount on off peak nightly tariff for bookings 4 nights or more Nightly tariffs - cleaning, booking and refundable bond fees apply Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay $310 per night High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay $265 per night Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay $180 per night Refundable bond is increased during peak seasons

This is a great house for a vacation in Edithburgh. Fabulous for the dogs with a fully enclosed back yard. Lots of room and close to the ctre and a beautiful walk to sultana point. I would highly recommend. My only complaint is that for the money I would have expected essentials provided such as cooking oil. Salt and pepper. Dishwasher tablets. Bin bags. Toilet roll. These are things you don’t generally travel with and easily forgotten. The carpet is also very badly stained. However it was very comfortable and clean.

This was a great location just far enough to have nice walks. We happened upon a very wet stormy period and were housebound for almost 3 days. We also had a blackout on one of those nights. This made the things that were lacking in the property more obvious. Firstly coat hangers, only a couple per room was not enough. Cereal bowls 1 was not enough, candles and matches ( in case of blackout), an iron. The Arcade machine was not working, with only one control working. DVD options were not great. I would suggest bringing something to stream TV. On our last day the sun came out and we thought we might try the pool. But there was some debris and there was no net to clean it, so we decided against it. These were all just little things that may not have been as notable any other time but it would have made the stay nicer. The rest was perfectly good.

We stay here everytime we visit Edithburgh. We are probably over-accommodated, being only 2 or 3 adults & no children. But everyone gets their own space at this home. Great location. And most importantly we wouldn't use any property management service other than Accommodation on Yorkes - they are the best!

The White House is easy to find, thanks to clear directions. Although there was only 2 of us, this residence will comfortably suit family/s... split level living rooms, pool. Close enough to the stores and Jetty at Edithburgh, close enough to Yorketown for other necessities. We felt that the main windows could do with a clean, (we bought Windex). No point in having a view if you can't see through the glass.

We enjoyed our stay. Bedrooms, bathrooms/toilets and kitchen were clean but carpet looks spotty and dirty (a bit off-putting) and some walls patched and not yet painted. One blind in a downstairs bedroom was broken. There was one cracked mug and 2 chipped plates. Cutlery was inadequate, and dinner plates and bowls too small. I would have some reservations recommending this property to a friend.
