Our 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Oceanwalk Condominium has a large 1480 sqft floor plan, and is located across the street from the no cars allowed south beach area of New Smyrna Beach Florida. Our second floor unit features contemporary styling, oversized rooms with flat screen TV's, and fast free WiFi. COVID19 note - In order to comply with CDC cleaning guidelines, all beds now have white duvets that are laundered/bleached between guests. Bedding may be different than what is pictured. You will find a roomy master bedroom with King Bed and luxurious master bath with Jacuzzi tub. Big guest bedroom with Queen Bed and new twin bed and convenient bathroom for the kids. Additional pullout sleeper sofa in our living room sleeps 2 more. Tile floors throughout the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and more. We have a fully equipped kitchen to support all your cooking needs. Plenty of towels and all bed linens are provided. We even have a beach wagon, chairs, and beach towels for your use. Oceanwalk resort like amenities include gated entrances, as well as covered parking in a secured gated garage. Also onsite is an exercise room, saunas, two seasonally heated pools with hot tubs, a poolside dry spa, bocce court, two tennis courts with lighting, two shuffleboard courts, a basketball hoop, BBQ gas grills by the pool area and free use of two beautiful clubhouses. You can also sit out and enjoy secluded views of the Indian River Estuary from our expansive balcony or go for a long walk on the nature preserve. Oceanwalk is located close to Central Florida's world-famous attractions. Walt Disney World, Epcot, Sea World, and Universal Studios are just over 1 hour's drive away. Daytona is only a 20 minute drive north, with its exciting International Speedway, and popular Bike Week activities.
