Unique beachfront apartment with a dazzling terrace located just in the heart of the city and in front of La Concha beach. Set on the 8th floor of an elegant building with elevator, the apartment is a perfect combination. Guests can enjoy matchless 180-degree views of San Sebastian and the afamed La Concha bay. The apartment has a living room with a dining area and an open concept kitchen. Both the dining area and the kitchen face the large terrace. From the terrace guests can enjoy an unparalleled panoramic view of San Sebastian and La Concha beach. The bedroom is very spacious: It has a double bed and a large wardrobe. A tranquil sofa bed that serves as a second bedding area is available for the guests. Because of its own wardrobe and an independent access to the corridor, the second bedding area is lovely. There is a fully equipped bathroom with shower in the apartment.

The apartment was great. As always thank you for the good service.
My only tip - suggest to leave some small units of cleaning materials such as toilet cleaner, etc. for those staying 1-2 weeks, similar to the small size of dish washing liquid.
Otherwise everything was perfect. We have no complaints and we will book again next year.

the location and Costa unit are the very best
thank you so much for being flexible during COVID as we had to change the dates at least twice from when we booked several years ago. You were very kind in doing so and never made it a hassle. As for the apartment, check in/out was very easy, the location and Costa unit are the very best. Everything was fantastic. Thank you for everything and we shall return down the road

The Costa apartment was in a great location and an easy walk to the Old Town. The terrace is good sized and overlooks the beach. San Sebastian is a beautiful city and well worth a visit.

Gauzatxo bat. Hay hormigas en la cocina y en la terraza, lo cual puede ser un inconveniente para sucesivos huéspedes. Jakin dezazuen.

El servicio de reserva, información y recogida de llaves ha sido rápido, sencillo y muy operativo. Detalles como el descuento de 30 minutos en el parking de la Kontxa marcan la diferencia y del apartamento solo se puede decir que es una maravilla: la ubicación, la decoración, los espacios y sin duda, la terraza. Una estancia de 10.
Quizá retrasaría la hora de salida, ya que es un poco temprana.

pero todo el apartamento es fascinante.
Ya lo he recomendado a hermanos y amigos y lo haré igualmente con todo el que me pregunte. Me voy (nos vamos) con una estupenda sensación y con la
intención de volver en cuanto sea posible.

Muy cerca de donde se alojan los mejores sueños...
Todo, amplitud, limpieza, estilo no exento de práctico... todo lo que hay tiene su utilidad y te ayuda a disfrutar de la estancia. Las vistas... Donostia en la mirada y siempre la banda sonora del cantabrico en la terraza.
Uhmmm... alguna percha más en los armarios. Se escapa a sus posibilidades supongo atenuar el sonido del ascensor. Pero tampoco es muy molesto, de verdad.

Highly recommend this place! Just note that there is no cooking seasoningsoils and such, like at other Airbnb’s but large grocery store is near by. Dreaming of return visit!

Perfekte Lage
Uns hat vorallem die Aussicht auf das Meer gefallen. Das Appartement ist perfekt ausgestattet und wir genossen unsere Ferien total.
Das eine Fenster war etwas undicht. Allerdings hat es auch kräftig geregnet!
