Laundry facilities: clean, plenty of washers & dryers, table for folding
Staff: professional, knowledgeable
Room: loved, loved, loved! Massive, kitchen area, living room couch area, patio with bbq, huge comfy bed. Lots of storage space. Palatial bathroom
Quiet, overlooking grassy area from patio. Like the option of sitting outside the room in the front on the provided chair & table (can you do something about the pesky bugs while sitting outside LOL)
the pesky bugs at night while sitting outside (none came in room thankfully. That is the only thing I didn't like but joking aside found nothing I didn't like about this property

The spa bath bath with a view of the outback was "SENSATIONAL" .. Cant get batter than that after 10 hours on the road .. What a wonderful "experience" .. loved it!!
dishes were all dirty in the cupboard .. We washed everything before using it .. hate that.

The rooms and outlook were lovely
Showers were very hard to get in and out of especially for someone older a safely bar would be a very good idea.
No breakfast was disappointing as we were travelling cobar way.
Bins were not emptied in our room.

We did not eat breakfast at the location as we don’t have breakfast! But we loved the location for quiet and beautiful surroundings.
What did we like?
Everything- the room, the facilities, the comfort, the extras and of course the friendly and helpful staff.
Nothing fits this category!

Second time we have stayed here and would stay again
Only issue, like most places, is inconsiderate guests

The concept of the property was good but not followed through. Not a Resort.
Great photographer as the rooms looked much larger in the pictures. Great patio area, shame we couldn’t use it because of the dirt and cobwebs. Spa control broken so couldn’t regulate the pressure of the jets. Sofa bed was a joke, so uncomfortable your better off sleeping on the floor. 1 knife for up to 4 people???????

Comfortable. The hotel accommodation provided a pleasant stay with its tidy ambiance, tasteful decor, and attentive staff that gave me good directions on how to access the room after hours. The comfortable bed, nice view, and contemporary amenities contributed to a good experience. Unfortunately, the presence of mosquitoes upon arrival detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.
The room was full of mosquitos when I arrived. Approximately 200 - 300 mozzies. Lucky I had a can of spray with me or I would have been in big trouble by the morning.

The views were amazing.
The water was brown so we could not shower, wash hands etc. We were booked in for two night and because of this we ended up getting refunded the second night to stay at a different holiday park.
The property wasn’t suitable for young children and didn’t have anything for the kids to play on such as a pool or a playground. It’s only had a very small inflatable water slide.
The kids were bored.
There was not kitchen. I wouldn’t really even call it a proper kitchenette.
Lots of mud and water everywhere

The property was situated outside of town and positioned along the Barrier Highway. The meals during our stay was limited being Christmas Eve but it was otherwise satisfactory (Pizzas were the order of the day & the beer was cold). The rooms were spacious but the views from the rooms and the surrounding area was fantastic. It was particularly windy during our stay so it got nice and cool in the evening.
The Stephen Creek lookout point near by was a let down. Personally not packing my telescope... (ㅠ﹏ㅠ)

Room was good. View was fantastic. Parking outside room.
Did not have breakfast at the Broken Hill resort. had burnt chicken at the restaurant for dinner one night. Chef told me it was the Paprika in the coating it wasn't. Second attempt came out cooked properly. Staff English conversation skills were lacking in restaurant and bar. Great having spa in the King Room but no notice given it was dirty tank water. Lemon Myrtle Calamari the second night was fine. Only went back to restaurant as Broken Hill had flash floods and I made dash back to the accommodation.

Great, quiet location out of town yet with a pub and bistro in the complex. Also, great facilities in room including a bbq to be able to enjoy a quiet night in. Perfect!

The motel rooms are a good size, comfortable and with the porch a great spot to relax overlooking the outback. Adequate facilities are provided for making a continental breakfast. The bathroom is generous in size, with the window overlooking the outback.
The restaurant where you have to eat as the Resort is too far to travel into Broken Hill for dinner was a disappointment. There was a problem with orders going from the order machine to the kitchen, but still 2 on our table received their meal after about half an hour, but our meal took another hour with mine burnt & why couldn't the garlic bread arrive in the meantime? No answers from staff.
Also, we were lucky to be sitting in front of the fire, whilst everyone else in the restaurant were cold & a visitor had to place wood on the fire as staff wouldn't. Lack of any management it appeared.

The overall high standard of facility particularly our accommodation. All staff very friendly and helpful.
Loved everything about the resort and experience

Great location, room was nice inside.
The pictures are very misleading - the room is in a kind of motel strip, not the building in the main photo.
The water in the tub and sink is dark yellow.
There was colourful mould growing on the bath.
