One of the very few properties in Victor Harbor that has its own beach on the fantastic Encounter Lakes. With water that is perfect for swimming, kayaking and fishing, the kids will be occupied the whole time! FEATURES Lovely cottage decor with access to your own private beach, canoes available for your use, as well as some sporting equipment and toys for the young ones. Garage has been converted into a rumpus room with a spare fridge. Bedroom linen and towels are provided BEDROOMS Bedroom 1 = queen Bedroom 2 = 1 single and a trundle Bedroom 3 = 2 Singles **All linen is included in the price for this property KITCHEN Self-contained kitchen with microwave, electric cooktop and oven, large fridge / freezer and stocked with tea and coffee LIVING AREA Medium size flat screen TV, DVD player, reverse cycle air-conditioner with stunning lake views WET AREAS Full size bath, shower, single vanity and separate toilet Laundry with 4.5kg top loading washing machine and laundry products provided OUTDOOR All weather outdoor dining setting for 8-12 people, enclosed with cafe blinds and views across the lawn, gardens, beach and lake, Electric Weber BBQ, a canoe and life jackets, beach equipment and toys. With off street parking for 1 car OTHER ***All Towels and Bedroom linen is provided in the price * A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions * Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure * Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure * Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa * We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's * We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes * Please respect neighbours & keep the peaceful atmosphere of this residential location * NO PETS unless stated otherwise * Payment is acceptance of our Terms and Conditions so please ensure you have read and understood them, and any cancellation refunds will have the credit card fee deducted

We fully enjoyed the few days we spent at this charming home. Everything we needed was there. Having the beach right outside your back door was something you don't find everyday. We had a great time and we will be back.

We loved the beach in the backyard, and the lake allowed my 9 year old to have his first go of solo paddling in a safer environment. It was pretty windy the first couple of days, so wait for the wind speed to get below 20kph, particularly for beginners. The boys played hours of soccer in the backyard. Lovely house, and a very enjoyable stay. I greatly appreciated having towels and linens included, and the check out cleaning list wasn't too onerous.

We had an enjoyable stay in this small villa. The private beach on the lake with access to kayaks, was a delight. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless. Sadly, there was no dishwasher. We had difficulty opening the key safe and needed to contact the agent.

The house was in an excellent position, very close to the beach, close to shops etc.
Very well equipped, but especially with the canoes and life jackets etc.
Had a great time and loved the house.

Perfect for a family holiday
Second time we have stayed here and we love it. Great to have the beachfront for the kids to play on and for watersports. Welcome gift provided by the owner is a really nice touch. House is immaculate and comfy as well. We want to come back again!

Wish we could have stayed longer!!
This place was awesome!! The private beach was so cool, we made use of the canoes and it was so much fun!! I hadn't been in a canoe for about 15 years... Lots of laughs. I wanted to go again but the weather got the better of us :-/ The house was spacious and well equipped, I really wish we could have stayed longer.
To top it off, there was a lovely surprise awaiting us when we arrived, I won't spoil the surprise for others but it was very unexpected and lovely :-)

Best Value Family Holiday
We use holiday let's regularly and this is the only one we have ever returned a second time as we usually prefer to try something different. However there is no reason to go anywhere else in the Fleurieu area this is a great base with everything you need thought of before you have even thought of yourself! The pride taken in this holiday let shows and makes for a wonderful, relaxing family stay. Thank you again.

Perfect Spot
We spent Easter weekend and had the best Easter we can remember. The house is clean and full of great games and activities for the kids. Bedrooms and amenities all well set out and very well stocked. Kitchen, dining and outdoor patio were fantastic and again well stocked with every convenience. Access to the beach a highlight as we enjoyed canoeing every day.

The dream
The location is amazing - so quiet and relaxing. The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need for our weekend and more. It was beautifully decorated and had a very beachy feel to it. Incredibly happy with our stay. We will be back!
