This charming 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is nestled in the heart of Tucson in a private gated community. It is close to Banner Medical and the U of A and a short walk to restaurants and shopping. Some of the amenities in the complex include 2 sparkling pools, spa, BBQ area, tennis, and a coin operated laundry. Parking is available inside the gate, one covered and one . Free cable and Wi-Fi is provided and the kitchen is fully equipped. Enjoy a glass of wine or your morning coffee on the cozy balcony overlooking the pool. Owners are local and available 24/7 to meet all your needs. The unit is on the second floor (no elevator) and will comfortably accommodate 4. Nicely decorated and clean and lots of amenities provided to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The master bedroom includes a queen size bed (brand new mattress) and a large walk-in closet. There is also a comfy sofa sleeper (upgraded mattress) in the living room that sleeps 2. Up to 2 small doggies welcome (NO CATS-SORRY), with some restrictions and a minimal cleaning fee to remove pet hair from furniture and sanitize. Contact owner for details. Great location, middle of Tucson, for visiting all attractions and restaurants. Apt is securely lite and doors are secure. Owners are local and available and Very Nice. You are provided with more than you need of towels, sheets, blankets, kitchen items, etc. Apt looks just like their ad, and is so comfortable for two persons. Everything is clean, no bugs, no noise, every things worked so really wonderful. We are planning on coming here again. Thank you Roger and Dana for a great vacation.

Clean, well equipped and a very convenient location with many restaurants nearby. Rodger and Dana are easy to reach and responsive hosts. We enjoyed our month long stay here.

This location is central to most everything and the condo is clean and well stocked with all the essentials. Dana and Rodger were very accommodating when I locked myself out.

Wonderful experience
The location of this property is perfect and the owners are amazing. The condo oozes with charm and is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a long or short stay. We found two great restaurants within a block of the condo.
Dana is very welcoming and helpful. She is just a call or text away from whatever you might want or need.
We will definitely stay here again when in the Tucson area.

Looking for R&R, we did not find it here. This condo has very thin walls…we could hear the neighbors’ conversations and their alarm clock, as well as the 6 barking dogs across the portico. The mattress was creaky and uncomfortable. The owner states there is a “minimum 2-day vacancy between guest stays” which certainly appealed to us during a pandemic; however, we were told after our arrival she had only 4 hours to get the place ready between guests. And when leaving, she told us to check out on time (10am) because she had the next guests arriving at 4pm that afternoon. What was described as “repairs are being done…and sometimes it gets a little noisy” turned out to be a full-on construction zone. Workers started at 7am and ran air compressors, mixed concrete, hammered, cut steel, used bobcats, and worked on cranes right next to our balcony. I was brought to tears at the end of one particularly long day. There were discrepancies with information we were given, so I asked for clarification several times which was not well-received. We did not bother the owner with the weekly linen service (we stayed 12 nights), and we left the place very clean and orderly. But this was not at all a restful getaway, nor was it conducive to the work and online school my family needed to do. We loved Tucson — such a beautiful city with lots to do. We will just seek out different accommodations on our next visit.

We had a fabulous two/week stay here. Dana was warm and welcoming. The condo was immaculate, nicely decorated and fully-equipped. There were so many thoughtful touches, including high-quality bed linens, toiletries, and even fresh fruit and Easter candy ! The condo complex is very quiet, and the location was fabulous. We easily walked to restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, etc. Highly recommend!

Perfect month-long stay.
Condo is in a great location. Residents of the complex are quiet and courteous - you will feel safe and welcomed, here. Everything about the condo was in good order and it was very clean.
Rodger and Dana are wonderful hosts and are very responsive.
We travel to Tucson twice a year and this will be our favored lodging on future visits.

Nice Little Condo
This nice little condo had everything I needed for my stay. The condo owners left telephone numbers to be in direct contact in the event I needed anything, although I didn't, but it was nice to have this option. There was a nice swimming pool(s) and a workout room which is always an added bonus.

Dana & Rodger are awesome! Communication was wonderful. Driving from out of state took longer than planned, so great to see cold water bottles in fridge & a Snack basket on table & a toiletry basket waiting for us. Meant we didn't need to unpack car until morning. We stayed the last 2 weeks in July (Temps avg 104-108) made evening swims very refreshing & Condo wonderfully cool with the air conditioning. We took full advantage of the kitchen cooking meals instead of dining out & we grilled & dine by the pool a couple of nights. (Bring a few grilling tools & charcoal since it is a shared public grill). Laundry room takes quarters ($1.50 washers & $1.25 dryers) OR forget saving your quarters & use the card machine on wall. Sleeping was so comfortably in the bedroom and The sofa sleeper! Extra thick mattress made sleeping very easy! This was a wonderful surprise for someone with bone & joint issues! This Vrbo is a Great find!

Home away from Home
I rented this cute condo for six weeks May-June 2019. What a great find! It has everything you could possibly need and more. It’s decorated so homey, and very clean. The neighborhood has so many great restaurants nearby, and the neighbors were all very kind. Rodger and Dana were very attentive and sweet. I mention this is a second floor unit, in case you don’t use stairs. I was very pleased with this Vrbo!

A great two weeks
We were staying at Rodger and Dana’s condo for two weeks while getting settled with a work relocation. The condo was exactly as described. Brand new furnishings and the community pool were two big highlights. Rodger and Dana were easy to deal with and great hosts. 10/10 would recommend staying in their condo. Great location too; several great restaurants within one blocks walking distance. Also a quick drive to downtown Tucson for more restaurants and nightlife.
