DREAMING OF HAWAII? We invite you to stay at our family-owned Maui Banyan condo in sunny, South Maui. This 1BR/2BA second floor condo (Building H, unit 203) is right across the street from Kamaole II Beach, considered to be among the best of the beaches on Maui. Arrive and be immediately taken in by the comfortable island décor of this lovely condo. Many of the framed photos hanging throughout the condo were taken by us, and show the incredible beauty that surrounds us on Maui. Go explore and find YOUR paradise! Because hard surfaces are easier to keep germ-free, we replaced the flooring throughout the condo with wood-look flooring (LVP) so you don't have to wonder if it's clean, you’ll KNOW it’s clean. You’ll find all the comforts of home for either short or extended stays: • Newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen—new cabinets, granite countertops, gorgeous backsplash, new stove/oven, new refrigerator with ice and water, dishwasher, microwave, small appliances (coffee maker, Keurig machine, toaster, blender, etc.), dishes, cookware, BBQ utensils. • Comfortable KING-SIZE bed • Brand new Italian-style Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. So comfy!! • Mini-split A/C with a head in the living room and the bedroom! Mini-splits are quiet and much more efficient at keeping the whole condo cool! • Lanai (deck) facing upcountry and down to the lower swimming pool (the pool area is not right off your lanai, it’s half a building away, so still quiet) • Private washer/dryer INSIDE the condo • Two flat screen TVs, one in LR, one in BR • FREE Wireless Internet • FREE off-street, assigned parking space just for your use! • Beach towels, beach chairs, beach mats, umbrellas, beach toys, cooler, etc • Portable crib for infants (crib sheets not provided) • All linens provided (except for crib) including sheets, blankets, bath towels, washcloths, etc. This condo is family-owned and is our home-away-from-home, so we have taken great efforts to make sure everything you need to enjoy your stay on Maui has been included. IMPORTANT NOTES BELOW: - This condo, it's attached lanai, AND the Maui Banyan common areas are strictly NON-SMOKING. While Maui Banyan does provide a smoking bench, no smoking OF ANY KIND is allowed anywhere on the property other than at the designated bench. - The person making the reservation must be one of the registered guests. No reservations can be made for other people. Minimum age of primary guest is 25. No more than 4 guests are allowed. Guest's identity and the number of guests will be verified at check-in. - Maui Banyan does have security cameras on property covering the parking garage and the grounds, including the pool areas. Cameras do not look onto any lanais or into any units. Maui Banyan also has 24/7 on-site security. - Please note that only one vehicle per reservation is allowed, as we only have one deeded parking space. The good news - you have an assigned parking space waiting just for you! No circling the parking lot looking for a place to park! We appreciate your awareness and observation of these requirements. Check in/out was seamless.. the property was clean and well stocked. AC splits in both bedroom and living area were a plus. Great location!

The unit was small and a bit dated, but clean and well stocked. The description was pretty spot on, but the unit seemed larger in the photos. Two of us fit fine and it was great to have two bathrooms. Best amenity was the short walk across the main street to the ocean - lots of room, soft sand, lifeguards and we felt very safe. The unit had lots of beach chairs, toys, coolers, life vests, etc that made it easy to spend time at the beach comfortably. We walked across the street in the morning to SUP (rental was steps away) and again at night to watch the sunset, I would go back, but if more than two of us, I’d look for a larger unit. Management was extremely responsive. It was a great getaway!

This property was great. Right next to a beautiful beach with sunsets every night. Also comes with all the equipment you need for a great day at the beach. Very friendly and helpful owners.

Our first time visit to Maui was wonderful for my husband and I. Condo was nice and clean. Had a nice tropical/beach vibe. The beach chairs, snorkel gear, umbrellas came in handy for beach days. All the kitchen items that you need was available. The surf boards to signs was a nice touch for visitors to sign and leave their mark in Maui.

We return to Marie’s condo year after year. It is comforting to come back to such a wonderful place with a gorgeous view of the plumeria trees and mountains from the lanai-perfect place to start your morning with that first cup of coffee. The best beaches right there too-so fun to walk from one to the other to swim and snorkel! The sweet little town of Kihei with its shopping and restaurants is an easy walk from the condo or the beach. The king size bed is amazingly comfortable!! And 2 bathrooms are a plus. Overall my experience was great. This condo had everything we needed and provided items for beach and pool. Love the decor, two bathrooms, washer and dryer, the AC and all amenities. Location was perfect and we had an amazing trip.
My only concern was we had ant problem in the kitchen. They got into food items in the cupboards and counter. However, I still recommend this condo.

I agonized whether to stay at a unit with partial ocean view or this unit’s garden view, made the right choice! The partial ocean view units were by a busy road while this unit was wonderfully quiet and balcony overlooked manicured gardens with 2 magnolia trees right up against the balcony. Loved the beach right across the street and the beach supplies in the unit. As far as food,, I wasn’t a fan of the food at Fred’s but farther up the road is Paia Fish Market which is not to miss. Also, I’m very fussy about sheets, the sheets on the bed are super comfy, sleeping was comfortable with ceiling fans and a cooling unit. Would definitely come back!

This place had everything we needed for a 2 week vacation on Maui. Had plenty of items to use for the beach. Many public beaches within walking distance with one right across the street. It’s clean, plenty of space for a family of 4, quiet despite being a part of a large complex. Has 2 pools/hot tubs! No complaints!

We didn’t use many of the facilities because we were there to relax and not be cooking or cleaning a lot of stuff but we were able to find places to eat that were close by and we could walk to a great ABC store with a fabulous deli that made fresh food that we could take in our in the cooler to the beach. The condo had everything we needed for the beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, and several sized coolers. We will definitely rent this condo again when we return to Maui.

Maui 2022 - Quick Kihei Getaway
We enjoyed a fabulous week in Kihei. This was our first time visiting the south side of Maui, and it was perfect. The condos location was absolutely perfect right across the street from an amazing beach. Everything was super clean and it was a bonus to have air conditioning in both the living and sleeping areas. We didn’t use many of the facilities because we were there to relax and not be cooking or cleaning a lot of stuff but we were able to find places to eat that were close by and we could walk to a great ABC store with a fabulous deli that made fresh food that we could take in our in the cooler to the beach. The condo had everything we needed for the beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, and several sized coolers. We will definitely rent this condo again when we return to Maui.

Convenient location
This was our second year at this property. We will be back again for sure! So convenient to shopping, restaurants and beautiful beaches for swimming, snorkeling and relaxing- Ulua beach-just a short drive had fabulous snorkeling. Having a washer and dryer right in the unit is a big plus. Air conditioning worked great and second bathroom is a bonus. Thanks again for everything Marie :)

This place is amazing! Great location, across the street from a great beach, walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping! This condo was absolutely perfect and clean. Parking situation was great. Cannot say enough about our stay. We had the best time and we cannot wait to come back! Thank you so much! Aloha!

Really Cute Condo!
Place was exactly as described, easy to use keypad for entry, and no issues getting a parking pass. Pros - clean, really spacious (perfect for a couple but can fit a family!), elevator access, walking distance to food and shops and beach across the street, and for a one bedroom there were TWO bathrooms!! Only cons were 1) the "play" closet needs a thorough cleaning, everything was covered in sand including the snorkel gear, and 2) the parking garage was a little annoying - it's right across from the building which was great, but there are small parking spots and you can only really park on the third floor so lots of stairs to walk up, not really a big deal though. Out of all the rentals we stayed in on 3 of the islands, this was definitely the nicest!!
