About this condo rental
Nestled in Redington Beach, this attractive condo for $210 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. You’ll love this WATERFRONT condo directly across the street from the BEACH! You’ll be surrounded by sea air and the luxury this gated property at Madeira Beach Yacht Club gives you with plenty of amenities to spoil you. You can even bring your BOAT, but you don’t need one to enjoy this place! The location is right where you want to be to enjoy Madeira Beach and all that sunny Florida has in store for YOU! This is a GROUNDFLOOR unit, with 1 bedroom/1 bathroom that sleeps 4. I would say it is best for two! This is a long complex of condos and only 1 side faces the water. This unit is on the water and on the west end, closer to the beach. Many of these units face the parking lot or another unit and can be much further from the beach than this unit. It’s newly decorated and comfortably furnished with lots of light. It also has a washer/dryer unit for your convenience. You’ll be entertained by the 2 flat panel TVs—the living room has a 50” LED HD with cable and surround sound —and complimentary Wifi. A 40" TV in the Master with a great soundbar system. You’ll drift off to sleep on a : king-sized - Firmness adjustable Sleep Number, memory foam mattress with luxury linens. Have you had a bed that was too soft or too hard - Not any long and ONLY here! The living room features a new queen-sized pullout sleeper sofa. We provide you with plenty of bath and beach towels. The windows and doors in the unit are double-paned hurricane-proof, so they keep the unit peaceful and quiet. The A/C unit was recently replaced; it’s quiet and keeps the place cool and comfortable! The kitchen has been completely updated with a side-by-side fridge, with ice maker and dishwasher, granite countertops, Italian marble tile backsplash, under-mount sink, microwave, coffee maker, George Foreman Grill, blender, and toaster. It has everything you need! You can dine alfresco at the dining table on the patio or there’s a folding table for 4 inside. There’s also a grilling area by the water, that’s 20 feet from the unit, with an umbrella-covered table and chairs. There are a number of sitting areas along the dock. A Small Charcol Grill & Charcol is provided. The BEACH is waiting for you one block away, across Gulf Blvd. You can often spot dolphins/manatees from the dock, but if you like to fish, there are 4 lighted fishing piers with a table and water to clean your catch. The yacht club property is a gated resort. As my guest, you have access to ALL of the resort amenities, like 2 heated swimming pools, a clubhouse, a fitness center, 2 pool tables, his and hers Dry Sana's room, shower/dressing room, and hot tub. This is a fairly quiet community with many retired guests staying or living here. Most Guests in this community are 50+ You can enjoy this resort area with or without a car. Parking is very secure on the property and included with your stay. John’s Pass is only 2 miles away that features a very popular boardwalk, where you can dine, relax, shop, go deep-sea fishing, cruise up the Intracoastal Waterway on a boat tour, sail, or jet ski. Take a dinner cruise if you’d like. The nightlife is great close by. You can drive, Uber, or take the trolley that’s 1 block away. It runs 6 a.m. – 10 p.m. (midnight on Fridays & Saturdays). You’re really going to love staying in our condo, and we’d love to have you! We quickly respond to your inquiries and want your stay to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. As avid travelers, we try to provide a comfortable place with all the extras that we enjoy when we travel. If you’re visiting for the 4th of July week festivities, you’ll have a lot of fun. There will be fireworks and live music on the beach. The Madeira Beach City Hall has fireworks directly next to the yacht club, right on the bay. These are better than the beach fireworks, and you can see them right outside the condo. Pull up a chair and enjoy the holiday week without the stress of driving and parking! Veterans! One of the Largest American Legions - is directly across the intercoastal waterway. With a very large outdoor area and on-the-water seating. Freedom Boat Club Members! Many locations in the area. The closest is just across the cove and another at Johns Pass, 2 miles to the south. If you are not a member and are interested, please contact them or me for additional info. I have really enjoyed being a member. Very easy and enjoyable to use and it is great when you get back, to just walk away and hit the bar! Just a note to consider- Travel Insurance! This is completely up to you, of course, Please note, however, I am not the insurance of last resort. ( I travel oughten and the only time I get travel insurance is during Hurricane Season when staying on the Southeastern U.S Coast) All of the other times - I do not get it, and I understand the risks!! I have already booked this rental for 3 more future visits. The unit has everything you need to relax (or work remotely if needed). John’s communications, instructions and availability are the model that all owners should follow including the numerous labels throughout on cabinets , remotes etc.
Location Location Location. Couples could actually go without renting a car. Early bird? Sit on the lanai with your coffee and watch the sunrise, or grab a sunset from the rooftop bar at the Cambria.
The property is welcoming. Met many of the other owners at the pool and they treated renters equally which you do not see everywhere.

This condo has everything described in Johns listing. It was so nice to not have to purchase a lot that has been left for guests to use. Spices, water, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, spices for cooking, laundry essentials.
Other items for use was beach towels, beach wagon, umbrella, even coolers!
There’s a small hibachi propane style grill that was used a few times to cut down on dining costs.
We frequented Winn Dixie across the street almost every day and saved $$$$…thanks to JOHN! There’s a CVS on the corner.
Condo is located perfectly for an “off the ocean” stay…which was fine to us!
Everything is walkable.
John is a super host! Very responsive to any texts. We even extended our stay by 3 days because of the availability and we loved it so much. John was so gracious to allow us to stay longer than check out time because our flight was early evening.

Where to start on this one! We had a fantastic stay in this couples retreat - it was exactly that, perfect for a couple. It was immaculate clean, cozy, homely, it had everything you’d need. The host was great to correspond with, not that we needed to, there were no complaints but John was very attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed - a fabulous host and outstanding holiday home, a perfect little happy place that’d we stay at again. stayed in this lovely condo for a week. We had everything we could posssibly need and the location was excellent! Very short walk to the beach and there was a grocery store and CVS convieniently located right across the street! Also was within walking distance to many restaurants. John was an excellent host and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed.

Everything about renting this condo was fantastic from the starting process to checkout. John kept in constant contact the whole time. This condo has pretty much everything you need and is an awesome location close to beach,stores and entertainment all within walking distance. We saved hundreds of dollars using Lyft and Uber instead of renting a car. We love this area of Florida and have stayed many times. We used the pool and the gym at the yacht club as well. If you’re looking for an affordable vacation with a great location put this at the top of your list!

We spent a week at this rental, it had everything we needed. Full kitchen, supplies in the bathroom and plenty towels. Walking distance to CVS, beach, grocery store, and several restaurants. The owner was very friendly and made sure there were no issues.

The location was great, close to the beach, restaurants and shops ( Win Dixie & CVS), although the complex is very quiet. The condo has a lovely view of the inter coastal waterway and if you are lucky, like we were, you can see dolphins and lots of different birds. The condo was very well equipped and communication regarding check in was easy. The bed was comfortable as was the sofa. The lounge furniture is modern and attractive. The shower head looked new and there was good water pressure.
The apartment was clean when we arrived, although there were some areas that needed a more through clean, eg the inside of the bathroom door (dust), the ceiling fan in the kitchen (grease), the floor of the bedroom wardrobe, including the door runner.
I do think the condo needs some updating, particularly the bathroom and kitchen cabinets.
This condo and complex had everything we needed for our three week stay and was good value for money.

This condo is located in a wonderfully maintained small and quiet condo complex. Within walking distance there are bars and lots of places to dine. The neighbourhood has personality and our entire family of all ages enjoyed what the area had to offer. This included nearby sports courts and a recreational facility. The unit has a very comfortable king sized bed and a lovely updated bathroom. The property owner has included lots of nice touches at the condo with such things as a beach items/cart, tennis racquet and volleyball. Although we didn’t make much use of the kitchen, it was very well equipped. John was a wonderful host who checked in on a regular basis to see if things were going well. We fully recommend this property.

We have stayed in Madeira Beach several times so knew the area well. The condo was perfect, it literally had EVERYTHING we could possibly need. It was such a pleasure to walk in and find everything we needed, Thank you John for that. We had a bit of excitement when Hurricane Ian was looking like it was going to hit Madeira Beach, we had to evacuate to a hotel in St Petes. That was an experience never to be forgotten! We returned once the hurricane had changed direction and were relieved to find the condo in one piece! Thank you John for always replying to my messages and for our late checkout. Would highly recommend John's condo in fabulous Madeira Beach.

We had a wonderful time at this cozy and well equipped condo. The owner had everything clearly labeled and left his CP # in case you had any questions.. The screen porch overlooking the marina was fantastic and the distance to stores and the beach was a bonus. We look forward to staying here again and will recommend it to others.

I would give this property and owner 100 stars if I could! The property was immaculate, beautiful and convenient to everything! There are a few bars and restaurants within walking distance but it was very quiet and peaceful at the condo. I was impressed with the amount of extra amenities and organization of them! I also appreciated the signs which explained the appliances, wifi, etc. It is the perfect spot for a couple's getaway! I especially enjoyed sitting outside in the morning to ha ey breakfast. Check in and communication with John was very smooth! I can't wait to stay here again!

First let me say the property owner couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. The condo was older but very clean and super stocked with items you don't expect with rentals. The location was great only a short walk to the beach and you pass a CVS on your way if you need any beach items. The only negative is we had to leave to come home. We both would highly recommend this condo.

John was an amazing host. There was absolutely everything we needed at the property for going to the beach (chairs, umbrella, cart). The condo was the perfect size for a couple. He provided beyond our expectations. It’s a great location, with easy access to the beach. He even left us a nice bottle of wine and was available for any recommendations we needed. John communicates clearly and makes sure everything was going smooth. You can catch the beach trolley and get almost anywhere from Clearwater to St. Petersburg. Pretty convenient besides when the bus is running late but there is a free promotion through august. Awesome view of the harbor right outside the window.
