About this condo rental
Situated in Bucerias, this lovely condo for $458 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Gaze out at the ocean, listening to the surf, while lounging on the large patio of our 4th floor oceanfront condo. With a coffee in hand in the morning or margarita at sunset, you will surely appreciate the spectacular view north of the sunset over Punta Mita and south towards Puerto Vallarta, framing the five mile stretch of tranquil beach. The most beautiful infinity pools in Bucerias awaits just below you. There are views from most places in this unit; the open and spacious dining area, gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, master bedroom and bathroom as well as a look straight through the open door of the guest room. Other comfortable amenities include two sets of motorized UV protecting blackout blinds and see through blinds if you want the view but a bit less heat. The patio stretches the full length of the condo, from Master Bedroom on the left to the living room on the right. There is a separate laundry room. The immaculate and well kept building has a gym with machines, free weights, exercise balls, treadmills and stationary bikes on the first floor with glass on three sides for views out to the pool and ocean. It's a lovely place to get a bit of exercise after a walk or run on the beach! The feel of the condo building and grounds is intimate, classy and usually pretty quiet (other than the ocean). There is 24 hour security and the grounds are and well kept. Location, location, location…The condo is a short walk to restaurants, cafes and local shops to the right up Lázaro Cárdenas and a very short walk left to downtown Bucerias where you’ll find the traditional square with taco and churro stands, bands and Huichol Indians selling their wares. A slew of restaurants, bars and other attractions are walkable to the north or south. If you plan to explore the Riviera Nayarit or south to Puerto Vallarta and have a rental car, we have a secure dedicated parking spot. ***IDEAL RENTERS*** This building is part residential with long time owners who spend much of the year in Bucerias and part owners who visit but also rent to others. Ideal renters will treat our unit and this building as if it was someone's home - as it is for many. Being a good neighbor is important to us and there are HOA rules that must be followed. You will be expected to read these rules and sign that you understand them. Violations may result in deposit being withheld. Our unit is great for couples, families or friend groups (4 people max) who are seeking a relaxed, tranquil atmosphere and understand the importance of maintaining this during their stay. It sleeps up to four adults comfortably (one King and one Queen). There are two single inflatable beds with a pump (ideal for kids) in the guest bedroom closet, if kids prefer not to share a bed. ***BUCERIAS AND COVID UPDATE 3/21*** The state of Nayarit has recently relaxed it's COVID restrictions due to improvement in numbers meaning beaches, restaurants, shops, gallaries and the like are open. Masks are required inside all businesses and many locals wear them in the streets. I was here in early March (Lisa) and so found Bucerias to feel safe with mindful behaviors as you would anywhere to prevent the spread of COVID (masks, distancing and frequent hand washing). The condo itself has COVID protocols in place which will be sent to you should you plan to rent our unit. You are expected to follow these protocols as our guests out of respect for the health and safety of you and others around you. In between guests, the unit is cleaned with a high quality disinfecting agent used in healthcare settings called Virex II 256.

The condo is new, well appointed, and on an excellent stretch of beach in Bucerias. The building is well maintained, with a terrific pool and access, through a locked gate, to the beach. It’s location is within walking distance of my favorite spots in Bucerias. The only downside to our stay was construction noise from a building going up next door, and two days of jackhammering on the pool deck just below and to the left of the condo. The ocean sounds served to minimize the noise of the construction next door, but the jackhammering was a bit annoying. But, that did not undermine the quality of our nine day stay to the extent I’d give anything other than 5 stars across the board.

The condo was wonderful and as advertised. It was close to everything and were able to walk everywhere. The tenants at the complex were very nice and willing help us out with any inquires we had. The locals were so friendly and helpful too. This was our first time to Bucerias and first time back to Mexico in 8 years. We will certainly be returning. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Great spot just off the Kissing Bridge in Bucerias. It was our second visit back to this complex in a year, because we like it so much. The pool is fantastic. The neighbors in the complex were wonderful and fun and as always we had a great time.

This is a wonderful property located right on the beach. Walking distance to great restaurants and galleries. Our host is very accommodating and the property manager handled an issue with our refrigerator in the unit within 2 hours of our phone call. Highly recommend!

This apartment was awesome the views are amazing,there is everything you need in the apartment ,the location is perfect close enough to everything but not to close ,great restuarants in walking distance ,a fab beach on your doorstep.
Management on hand when you need them , the owners keep in touch to make sure everything was ok ..

On a bad note not anybodys fault but ours I wouldn’t go again in October the weather was nice but the Humidity was awful for us anyway ,for others it may not be a problem ,and to be fair the pool solved a lot of that problem.
All in all a great vacation and great place to stay ..

Overall we had a pleasant stay. Check-in should have been smoother. First, no one was at lobby desk but after some time waiting, we were finally let inside after someone saw my car.
We were there precisely at 4:00 pm at check-in time.
And the apt.’is on the Left exiting the elevator. Not the right as instructions say.
Most importantly, much stress and concern could have been eliminated had we been informed of the description of the car remote control as it was not what we expected or looked for. I suggest leaving it marked in a manila envelope for your guests with second set keys included there also. Or ZipLock bag but bag Marked!!
We could not find the second set of keys either. They were not on counter as told. They had been put inside a vase over on a side table and there were multiple sets of keys there inside. ?We did not think to take lid off vases to look inside as we thought they were supposed to be on counter. Fortunately we were not leaving condo until next morning.
Also the AC was not working well in one bedroom. Teresa was very quick to respond to my call and come personally next day and send maintenance.
But It would be better if someone would check those things BEFORE a guest arrival. It is very hot right now and to be with ailing AC makes for sleepless night. It was most unfortunate. And it resulted

The automatic door seems to have issues. Does not work sometimes. And no one hears the bell.
Once we were trying to get in when it was raining. It did not work. Got super wet trying to ring bell. No one came. Finally we got in!
If door is not working well then someone should be at lobby desk at all times. There are many reasons why one doesn’t want to sit outside in a car hoping for someone to appear to open the door.
The condo itself is very well equipped and the location great for convenience for nearby services.
The only appliance we were surprised not to find was a microwave. We searched every nook and did not find one . I would suggest adding that as a basic.
A magnificent view and balcony is the greatest plus of the condo. And it is very well cleaned.
Bucerías is a fantastic beach town with great restaurants and beaches. I recommend Armando’s and Quinta di Francesco. Both superb!!

Great location in Bucerias
The location of this property cannot be beat. You are able to walk to all of the restaurants and shops. The unit itself is very much as it appears in the pictures. Can use some updating but overall it was great. The view is incredible. Our stay was in early June so we pretty much had the entire building to ourselves. Overall it was definitely a great find in Bucerias and we will definitely be back.

Beautiful Condo with Stunning Views
Cecil and Lisa's condo has everything you need for a perfect stay. A fully equipped kitchen (including filtered water), incredibly comfortable bedrooms, ideal location and a view like no other. They make your getaway easy and relaxing, like a vacation should be. They were easy to communicate with and quick to respond with any questions before and during our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo, the closeness to the beach, the infinity pool, the sunsets, the gym, the short walk to the restaurants and the bazaar. We definitely are coming back, with the only variable being the availability of the condo. Would recommend this condo for those looking for a peaceful stay with good eating within a few minutes.

Great Girlfriends Getaway!
This was our third return to this beautiful condo building and our first to this fourth floor condo. Absolutely stunning views from the balcony of this well equipped and decorated condo! We enjoyed leisurely breakfast and happy hour on the balcony. Explored the little shops and ate seafood to our hearts content from the near by restaurants. Safe area and well cared for pool and beach area. A great time in lovely Bucerias!

We are a family of 4 with two kids under 3. We had an amazing time at this condo. The pool area was perfect for us, with the pool being heated. Very friendly renters/owners in the complex. We enjoyed the beautiful beach as well. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook nice meals. We had more than enough space to hang out for the day and bbq in the evenings. Cecil was quick to respond to any questions we had- check in and check out were quick and easy. The view is breath taking!

Bucerias is my favorite town in Mexico and this condo is absolutely perfect. Beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. The location is great...walking distance to wonderful restaurants, shops and galleries. Right on the beach with a lovely pool too. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Our paradise go to!
This was our second stay at Punta Arena, unit 5B and it did not disappoint. Our friends joined us , it was their first trip to Mexico and they loved it. Punta Arena is close to so many great restaurants. The condo manager, Teresa, was extremely responsive. The a/c wasn’t quite working and Teresa had a technician come to the condo within minutes. The condo is perfection with a view to match. Love this place.

Perfect Location & Condo in Bucerias
We visit Puerto Vallarta often but we've never ventured beyond PV. This trip we decided to be adventurous and stay in Bucerias which is about 30 minutes north of the city. The town is charming with great food and shopping - the condo itself was exceptional. We even rented a car and drove out to Sayulita and San Pancho, both of which are beautiful.
The condo complex is gorgeous. The unit itself is beautiful with expansive views, quality furniture, comfortable beds and a great kitchen. We loved watching the kiteboarders in the afternoons.
If you like fish tacos, be sure to check out a little hole-in-the-wall joint called El Rincón de Ensenada. It's just a few blocks from the condo. Best tacos and empanadas we've had and at $25 pesos each, an incredible bargain.

FYI, 2 pages of rules you should go over and remember before going to the beach or poolside given on check in!! One loves to sit a read rules on destination arrival. Example.. no low music at poolside or moving umbrellas and don’t let others in r out of beach gate 😩�!we were very sternly corrected by fellow resident on the 1st hour their! My front gate code was incorrect, changed since emailed, luckily someone let us in and we were given the correct one! We actually went to the bar /restaurant and rented chairs there so we could relax and not feel judged and corrected for breaking 1 of the many rules the entire time. Positive...The condo was lovely, the cleaning personnel was friendly as well as the night guard and women at the front desk on arrival!Resident next door was also kind. Great location.

Loved our Condo!
This was the first time we've stayed in Bucerias. We are extremely pleased with the condo. It was the perfect size. My favorite thing was being right on the ocean. I fell asleep each night to the sound of the waves. The pool area was clean and had plenty of room for all the guests. It was very quiet and relaxing. We had a small issue with the internet but was quickly resolved. Teresa-the property manager was very attentive and nice. Cecil-the owner was excellent to work with. His response time to my emails was no longer than 30 minutes. I was so impressed by that. The condo is located by all types of restaurants, coffee bars, and OXXO. There's also a gelato stand that we took advantage of in the evening. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We will definitely try to book again with you

Awesome - best vacation rental in Bucerias
This condo is awesome and we loved everything about it during our 7 night stay. The floor plan is well designed and the unit is attractively decorated, the kitchen was fully equipped and modern (water filter on sink, full size fridge with ice maker/filtered water, stone counters and quality cabinets), the master bedroom was gorgeous and the living room was super comfy (which is usually not the case in a Mexican rental). The deck space was stunning - we opened the large floor to ceiling sliders off both the master and living room and let the outside in - the proximity to the sea is 2nd to none (no bugs). The building is well located for all you will need with restaurants and amenities 2 minutes in either direction when you step out the gates. The pool was enjoyable, never packed and no loungers saved with towels which was a nice. The guests/owners in the complex as well as the people working there were all friendly. The ocean breeze, sunsets and sunrises were perfect. Thank you Cecil, we will be back!

Great Stay
We loved our visit to Bucerias and our stay at this condo. We had our 2 sons with us this time and had a great time walking through town, using the pool, surfing, walking the beach and relaxing. The condo has everything and you simply can’t beat the view. Perfect spot for coffee in the morning and wine at night!

Didn’t want to leave
Beautiful condo with stunning views. The photos online didn’t do it justice. We watch gorgeous sunsets every night from the balcony. Great location in Bucerías close to all restaurants and the market. The whole building, grounds, gym and swimming pool are well kept. We definitely want to plan a return visit.
