The 1 bedroom apartment is located on the 8th floor of the popular Benal Beach complex, located directly on the beach. From the apartment and terrace there is a magnificent view of the Mediterranean. The apartment is fully refurbished and includes a bedroom with king size double bed, living room with dining area and double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a huge private terrace of 150 square meters overlooking the sea and mountains. On the terrace, dining table, lounge sofa, sunbeds, large awning and outdoor kitchen. The apartment has sleeping accommodation for 4 people. The apartment has also: • Free WI-FI . Air conditioning • Dishwasher • Washing machine • Oven • Hobs . Have recently returned from a 10-day stay at this apartment and we absolutely loved everything about it. The balcony is exceptional, as is the garden furniture that adorns it. A different place to sit, lie, eat and generally take in stunning views.
The apartment is very well appointed with everything you would need for a stay.
We will be booking this apartment again for next year. Can't give it any better recommendation.

The apartment is perfectly located for the beach, excellent choice of restaurants & bus stop if wishing to explore neighbouring seaside areas. Lovely walk to the marina area along the promenade.
The communication with the host & his local agent was smooth & helpful.
Ideal for couple & our teenage son.
The apartment was pleasant, clean and had a lovely new sofa. The outdoor terrace was the the best I have ever experienced. Ideal if you enjoy sitting all day in the sun with lots of opportunity if seeking shade.

Just came back from a week stay at this apartment, the apartment was clean and fresh and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The terrace is amazing, you could really just lay there all day. In a good location for bars and restaurants, bus stops and shops. Check in was easy and communication with the owners in the run up to the stay to answer any questions was extremely helpful, really couldn’t fault this apartment and hope to stay again.

Overall it was a beautiful apartment, Great big patio with beautiful furniture. Great for entertainment outside. Concerning the apartment it was a good size, for 2 people. One thing that I would like to suggest to the owner is that the sofa should be changed, its old and not confortable at all to sit. Everything else was good.

Rental and communication was excellent. The apartment is well furnished and has all the appliances required for self catering. The pictures off the terrace undersell it as its about 20mX10m and gets the sun from early morning until late evening with excellent views.

Super bra boende
Otroligt fin lägenhet med en underbar terass och ett kanon läge nära havet.
Även ett stort plus till det fina pool området. Vi kommer väldigt gärna tillbaka snart igen.

Great Spot
Lovely apartment - was spotless. Terrace is huge and gets the sun all day with great views of the beach, sea and mountains. Very convenient location. Only negative I can even think of is that the shelves in kitchen are very high and I couldn't reach anything on the top. Maybe a step ladder (might be one there already but didn't see it). I'll definitely try to stay here again if I'm ever back in Benalmadena. It's ideal for 2 adults.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au benalbeach nous étions déjà venu dans cette établissement. Le logement était super la terrasse magnifique ceci à rendû notre séjour d 'autant plus agréable. Merci aux propriétaires de leur réactivité. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Zeer mooie vakantiewoning voor 2 personen
Zeer mooi appartement met immens dakterras.
Het appartement zelf is zeer licht en zonnig, uitstekend onderhouden en werkelijk prima geëquipeerd.
Het zonneterras is immens en zeer comfortabel met een buitenkeuken , een grote tafel voor 6 personen, een grote loungegroep en ligzetels voor 4 personen. De lage tussenmuurtjes naar de terrassen van de buren bieden echter weinig privacy. Er is ook een wanverhouding tussen het immense terras en het eerder kleine appartement. De eettafel meet slechts 80 x 80 cm waardoor er geen 4 personen kunnen aan eten. De enige zitgelegenheid naast de 4 keukenstoelen is een zéééér ongemakkelijke ligzetel die tevens dienst kan doen als uitklapbed. Zowel in de leefkamer als in de badkamer ontbreekt elke mogelijkheid om klein materiaal ( zoals bvb een toiletzak ) te plaatsen. Een klein kastje of een legplank zou hier zeer wenselijk zijn.
Kortom : Een uitstekend appartement voor 2 personen.

Short break
The apartment was lovely and the large balcony was a great bonus as only staying for 4 days it was ideal to relax and chill there the views are fantastic.We were a little concerned having read a recent review but our concerns were quickly dispelled the complex is a mixture of residential and tourist properties but as for dogs barking etc we heard none.Any noise from other apartments ,corridors etc was minimal and to be expected in such a large complex.The staff we had contact with were very friendly and helpful

Truly perfect in every way.
The apartment is truly perfect in every way, it is well stocked with everything you need for a relaxed and trouble free holiday. The terrace gets sun from 8.15 am in the morning until the sun sets behind the mountains at 8.30 pm. The terrace embraces terrific views of the sea, beach and the mountains. The apartment itself is so comfortable, there is a supermarket in the basement of the building and on the 3rd floor a bar, swimming pools and restaurant all of which are outstanding. Anker was wonderful and answered all of our questions before our stay immediately. If you need a relaxing holiday with the sea, bars, swimming pools shops and supermarkets close by then this sincerely hits the spot. Thank you for a beautiful holiday and we hope to be back so soon.

Super lejlighed med gigantisk terrase
Lejligheden er perfekt til et vellykket ferieophold. Lejligheden er udstyret med alt, for at gøre din ferie let og ukompliceret. Der mangler intet i køkkenudstyr og hvidevarer.
Men den store terrasse på 150 m2 er virkelig en guldklump.
Terrassen er med andre ord fantastisk. Man kan sidde og nyde morgenmaden med udsigt ud over Middelhavet i den ene hjørne, kravle under soltaget ved middagstid for at få skygge og læ (hvis man da ikke er solentusiast), aftensmaden kan tilberedes på grillen, aftenen kan bruges i sofaen med en go' bog og kigge på byens lys.
Lige i nærheden ligger stranden med en hyggelig strandpromenade, med en del små
spisesteder indenfor gåafstand. For enden af promenaden ligger Puerto Marina med resturanter og shopping. Udenfor hoveddøren ligger en stor og hyggelig park. Absolut et besøg værd. Der ligger et lille supermarked i Benal Beach, som har det mest nødvendige.
Vi er nødt til at vende tilbage næste år. :-)

Sono stati 3 giorni stupendi! La casa è meravigliosa e con tutti gli utensili e confort necessari! Il terrazzo e la vista sono impagabili! L'unico piccolo difetto sono le tapparelle delle porte a finestra che sono difettose per il resto è tutto da lode! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Lejligheden i Benalmadena er skøn og fantastisk. Er netop hjemvendt fra en uges ferie der, men har været i lejligheden før. Udsigten er vidunderlig, at sidde og nyde morgenkaffen, mens man kigger på solopgangen er i mine øjne bare en nydelse.
Der mangler ikke noget i lejligheden, den er fuldt udstyret og funktionel. Kan sagntes anbefales - vi giver den 5 stjerner.

Anker and Helle's apartment was a very acceptable ten minute taxi journey from the airport.
On arrival we were met by Sharon and key handover was quick and efficient.
The apartment was very well equipped with everything you might need and the terrace area was perfect, absolutely loads of space with fantastic sea views. The sofa was large and comfy and there was a nice big dining table for when we ate at the apartment - which wasn't very often! There is a magnificent selection of bars and restaurants at the bottom of the road. Use the exit gate on floor '0' by the rubbish drop off point for a short-cut.
The pool area is one of the best that we have been to, the children loved the flume and water slides. Only downside was 4 euros for sun loungers, but they had lovely thick mattresses - and you would pay the same on the beach.
If I had to be critical (which would be very hard) it would be good if the apartment had wifi (for the kids of course!) and the apartment could do with some good quality pillows.
All in all, a wonderful stay in a wonderful apartment, magnificent views and right in the heart of everything.

The apartment is very clean, light and bright and modern. The views from the terrace are quite breath taking. Sunrise, sunset and everything inbetween. Great location with the beach in front and a wonderful park behind. The apartment is part of a big holiday complex with several pools set in lush gardens. When I visited the pool areas were very busy, but in the surrounding gardens there was always a quiet spot to sit. Despite it being high season and busy, there was no noise at night. Facilities were excellent - highly recommended

Fantastisk
Vi nød virkelig vores ferie i jeres skønne ferielejlighed. Særligt nød vi livet på den kæmpe terrasse med den fantastiske udsigt og det overdækkede område med den store loungesofa, hvor komforten var i højsædet. Vi nød også muligheden for at grille på den elektriske grill, som fungerer super godt.
Pool området og haven var også en rigtig godt.
I nærområdet prøvede vi flere super lækre restauranter til rimelige priser, og der er ikke langt til hverken bus eller tog. Om aftenen nød vi at gå tur langs vandet på strandpromenaden eller en tur i den store Paloma Park.
Vi vil helt sikkert vende tilbage.

Great appartment
The appartment was in a great location had everything you could possibly want.The outside space was amazing views of the sea and mountains.The only downside for us was the unpredictable weather which is very unusual for March.We would definitely return again.

Tout simplement parfait en tout point
L’emplacement de cet appartement en fait un très bon choix, mais cela ne s’arrête pas là. Tout comme sur les photos, la terrasse est à couper le souffle. L’appartement est coquet et fort confortable. Il était très propre à notre arrivé.
La cuisine est bien équipée avec des articles de qualité (bons couteaux et chaudrons). Le lit est assez confortable, nous n’avons pas essayer le divan lit au salon donc je ne peux pas commenter.
On a pensé à tout pour rendre l’expérience inoubliable.
Les communications avec les propriétaires sont rapides et chaleureuses. L’accueil et le départ sont très simples et efficaces.
Bref un appartement que je recommande sans aucune hésitation, j’en ai loué plus de 15 un peu partout et celui-ci est dans le haut de ma liste. Nous y reviendrons c’est certain.

smaller shops and some restaurants do not take card payments, and whilst Gibraltar is British, Scottish notes are not accepted.

Flot bolig, med en fantastisk fin beliggenhed.
Vi havde en rigtig fin uge i Anker- og Helle Lund Vinding`s feriebolig i Benal Beach. Den ny istand satte boligen er lyst og venlig, med en fantastisk udsigt. Alt det nødvendige er i boligen, og med et vel udstyret køkken. Ca. 5 minutters gang til en flot og ren strand, ca. 10 minutters gang til et lokalt supermarked, som har alt det nødvendige, og ca. 15 - 20 minutters gang til tog stationen med direkte forbindelse til Malaga Lufthavn. Så alt i alt en super vellykket ferie, som jeg kun kan anbefale andre at prøve. For vores vedkommen vil vi reservere boligen igen til næste år.

Apartment was modern and clean with a magnificent terrace and views. Pool area was a little too busy for our liking though. Short distance to the beach. A bit of a longer walk to the marina but well worth it. One of the prettiest marinas I have seen. A good selection of restaurants available to suit your budget.

EXCELLENT!
Fantastic apartment with exellent views and accomodation. It is definitely fully equiped and very clean. Benal Beach are a great place to be with family or friends. Amazing swimming pools. Anker was great with everything!!! I'll definitely be back!
