very spacious, comfy beds quiet area, easy walking distance to the beach and into town at night lots of choices for eating out would have been nice to have 4 sun beds not just the 2! very quiet around the pool lots os space

I do feel that it should state when you book this apartment that you need to be told to wear swim hats in the pool which was no problem but I only found this out when reading it’s reviews! also a kettle would be very handy and some wine glasses ( to sample the nice Sardinian wine)! would be nice to have some sun beds around the pool area as it’s very large

Light airy apartment. Good location in a nice town. 12 minute walk to beaches and town Nice pool

Very poorly prepared When we arrived Clorinda showed us around and everything looked good. However when we returned from a swim we discovered that we had no hot water, there was no gas supply to the hob and the washing machine wasn’t working. After several phone calls and 2 maintenance team visits these issues were resolved. Then we couldn’t get the dishwasher to work and after hunting around discovered the water hadn’t been turned on. All week we kept finding black bits on the floor which made everything dirty. Eventually we realised it was from the doormat which had perished. The patio was full of leaves and hadn’t been swept. The outside table was filthy and obviously hadn’t been cleaned before we came. The apartment is not equipped with any basics- no washing up cloth to wipe services, no washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets so you had to go out and buy everything even for just a few days. For the price I expected more attention to detail.

did not advertise need for pool swimming hats. no no pool loungers. only two loungers for apartment and we were a group of four. canopies did not retract

Stylish and modern apartment, equipped with everything for a relaxed holiday, up to the very tiniest things like dishwasher fluid :) Quiet area only 10 mins walk from the port a with lots of restaurants in the vicinity. The fact that it is at the ground floor is an extra bonus as it is cool in hit summer days, even without the AC on. I enjoyed a lot the patio with the sun beds as well as the amazing pool right behind the apartment. Big thank you to Milena as well. She was extremely prompt in her replies, helpful and even allowed us to check in a couple of hours earlier.

Quite new development. Nice, modern and spacious apartment with comfortable beds. Big swimming pool right in front of the terrace. Supermarket nearby (5min walk).

Very bad communication with the hosts, no response on any questions right after handing over the keys. No instruction on how to use the AC, there was no remote control. No WiFi password provided, although there is WiFi available. Swimming pool is crying for repairs, but this goes to the development overall, not the hosts.
