Bit run down, unclean, property required 1000$ bond on rental which is rather steep, great location but just not the best condition or cleanliness.

Great convenient location . Furniture in urgent need of updating as very grubby & worn . Owner needs to replace badly stained carpet everywhere & clean up certain areas in the house . All stored blankets need to be thrown out ! Balcony needs deep washing .Just needs some tender loving care , then it will be fantastic

6 of us have stayed at this unit probably 6 times over last 10 years. Great location to everything needed in Terrigal for a weekend getaway. Comfortable apartment with good balcony space as well. Great for our needs.

Perfect location for short walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants. Town house had lots of space for 5 adults and very clean facilities. Would recommend for families or friends weekends away.

The Townhouse is spacious, comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. The location is very close to the Beach and the town, with it's many restaurants, bars and shops. Yet the street is quiet so you will not be disturbed. The only let-downs were that only one of the entertainment remotes worked. Foxtel was not connected, both bedroom TV's did not have reception. There was no gas for the BBQ, and there was a 9AM checkout instead of the standard 10AM.

This house had all the essentials already there (toilet paper, towels, bedding, toaster etc.) but there was also extras which were really appreciated (airconditioning - saved my life, foxtel, DVD player in every room + amazing balcony!). Was amazed at the level of hygiene of the place and the location was perfect as everything is walking distance away. Would definitely recommend this and will certainly look into booking this space again!
