With 3 bedrooms, plus a large living area there is plenty of space for the family to move around or for 3 couples to each have their own area for privacy. Two bathrooms also mean that you wont be on top of each other. With an outdoor fire pit - please bring your own wood or collect fallen timber from the property, plus outdoor table setting there are plenty of options for eating and enjoying the view. With the main bathroom having a fold out window with an amazing view day or night, no matter where you are within this house you will overwhelmed by the scenery. With a log fire inside - firewood provided from May to September - you will stay nice and warm in winter, and the specialised glass means you wont over heat in summer. The property has a fully equipped kitchen, full laundry facilities, plus a TV with DVD player as well as some books, games etc. And all linen is supplied all you have to bring is yourself (and anyone you want to share this amazing property with) and your food, although there are plenty of local places in the village to eat at. Located only 5 minutes from the village of Kangaroo Valley, you are close enough when you need to be but far enough away that you will forget there is even anyone else in the world.
