Very disappointed upon arrival. I was not told the property was isolated down a long dirt road full of potholes due to the wet weather. If I didn’t have a 4 wheel drive not sure if I could have got down there. En-suite was tiny with basin so narrow you couldn’t even brush teeth without the water dripping everywhere. No full length mirror to get ready. The house was very smelly and full of animal poop surrounding driveway, steps and verandas. There was a rat at doorstep. Very unpleasant stay and do not recommend.

The place was filthy. This is my second stay at the property. The first was lovely. This second has been most disappointing. It was my treat to a few friends for a weekend away. I was embarrassed. The sheets in the main bedroom were filthy. The kitchen was covered in ants. I won’t be returning to this property or another offered by kangaroo valley getaways
