Wonderful view of the bay! Some updating/fixing dressers needed, otherwise very enjoyable

The condo was nice and pretty clean. Bed was comfy. The beach was perfect and the walk to our chairs was super easy. Property manager was very friendly. An extra roll of TP for each bath would be ideal. Only complaint is the hot tub timer has a very loud high pitched constant ringing sound when running. We could hear it on the 6th floor balcony. It was very annoying and took away from the peaceful sound of the ocean. Overall, we loved it! Will stay here again.

Overall we had a wonderful vacation, but we’ve had better experiences renting condominiums in Gulf Shores. The condo was very spacious and did a great job of accommodating our six people but definitely needed some attention. Attention was needed to cleanliness (mainly the floors and sliding glass doors), it needed some maintenance (there were a few broken items and items missing), and it could use some updating.

The unit had some updates completed, but there are several pieces of furniture that are broken and/or stained. The pots and pans and spatulas need to be replaced badly. Small master bathroom that reeked of urine. The beds were comfy and that was a plus. The unit as a whole is old but served its purpose for our vacation. The grounds were clean and security is always present. Bender offered great customer service!

Reviewer Comments: I want happy with my experience!The minute I walked in I had to call BR, bc it wasnt cleaned good, ( chocolate milk on the wall, table dirty, fridge door/handle foid on it, blk hair in bathroom floor. The cough had sand in it and look very worn out. The internet never worked I called on it everyday. The patio plastic table and chairs were old & rough, plus missing a chair. The dryer took 2 hours for 5 towels. The pool was cloudy 4 days out of 6, which I called about. The non looking professional pool guy was very rude, him & I had words which I called BR who passed me on to talk to someone else who passed me along to someone else! The nice thing about my stay was the view was beautiful, I enjoy hearing the ocean from my patio door!

Reviewer Comments: Bender Realty was very easy to work with and made an exception to their 7 day rental policy to accommodate us for the length of my son's World Series Baseball tournament - they were also very helpful when there were numerous problems with Seacrest 601 -upon checking in there was a note the tv in the Master BR wasn't working and a new one would be brought in the next day - but the tv's in the den and the 2nd bedroom weren't working properly either - may have been a cable problem, the internet wasn't working and didn't start working until day 3 - the air filter was filthy and every bed in the condo had sand in the sheets at the foot - Bender had cleaning put new sheets on, but it really did not help. The condo could be super nice with a few updates, like a paint refresh - and deep cleaning- needs a better master bed it was uncomfortable and creaked with every turn - also need darker curtains in Master the sunlight bursts through every morning at 5:00am want to sleep a little longer while on vacation - better patio furniture and more of it

The street light shines through the master suite making sleep impossible. The one pan in the condo is awful and no can opener. The guest bedroom had water running in the wall at all times. I recommend major updates for Seacrest 601. We will not use this condo again.

This made me very upset!!Overall For the money the unit was priced to high. I have been going to Gulf Shores for many years and this was definitely the most disappointing stay I have ever experienced.

Couldn't walk around barefoot b/c your feet would turn black. Sandy too, but hey that's to be expected when you're at the beach. I would come back to this condo, but no joke I would bring my own mop.

The rental company did send repairmen as needed.The balcony furniture was very uncomfortable. When this was explained to the rental company, they replaced it with exactly the same furniture. I realize that they could only supply what the owners would allow, but this makes me think that the owners have never seen the condo. I would not recommend this unit, unless the rental price were greatly reduced.

The den was small compared to what we have stayed in over the past years. The end table was too big for the den. The round main table to eat on was too big for the den. The den needs a small rectangle eat on table and a small end table for the lamp. It could also use a loveseat in the den to seat more than 3 people in the den. The master bedroom had a sliding glass door overlooking the street with very sheer curtains. Every morning the sun shines thru the curtains and wakes you up at 5am. It needs heavy dark curtains for late sleepers. The den was similar with a sliding glass door with a medium white curtain. It too could use a heavy dark curtain. The master commode/tub was close together in a small area, making it hard to close the door to it. We had a washer water pump go out and a dryer vent come loose, but the realty company responded quickly and got them fixed very quickly. We were overall disappointed in this condo and won't come back. The realty company, Bender, was a champion and we will use them again.

Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our stay at Seacrest the only complaint we had was the sliding glass doors did not lock and with a two a two year old the railing were a little far apart and she could fit through so we put a rod at both doors to keep them locked at all times. Otherwise everything was great.

The only thing I did not like was that the tennants in 701 were very loud the whole time I was there and the tv in the living area was not working. Over all I would not personally stay there again unless there is some changes made to make it more comfortable. I would highly recommend Bender Realty for my next stay, they were very professional and quickly helped me with my booking,check in and check out.

Although it had a lovely view from the balcony it was poorly furnished . It was very clean and Bender reality was wonderful to work with . The underground parking closed and now we have to park in the overflow parking. Cannot use outside grill in construction area. A new decent set of glasses with various sizes could be purchased for not much at Walmart or Target. Only two wine glasses. No small glasses. Also a decent set of silverware for either 8 or 12 again could be purchased for not much so we are not always running out of spoons and knives, Way too many coffee cups left in cupboard. The kitchen has no decent storage but I realize that was a construction issues. It just has not been a relaxing month with all the noise. I would suggest some door stops to prevent damage to the walls. Support bars in master bath would be good as it is a safety issue. Our linen package came with king sheets for a queen bed so difficult to make a nice bed. We do love the location and the beach here. Hot tub is perfect. Also difficult to get a hot shower in master bath. Water will seem okay from tub facet but then when you turn shower on it is not.
