Located in Portarlington, this attractive house for $280 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Peters beach house is a brand new 3 bedroom double storie house with some bay views and the shops pub parks and beach just a short stroll. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and a sofa bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds 3rd bedroom has double bed. lounge room up stairs also has a double sofa bed.note there is no door on this room. Bed 1 has a large en suite which has a shower two vanities and toilet and walk in wardrobe ,Main bathroom upstairs has a bath shower and twin vanities also a separate toilet upstairs free wifi internet The kitchen is a modern lovely bright and neat kitchen with all requirements including a microwave oven. seating for 6 plus 6 stools Down stairs their is also separate shower and separate toilet Games room consisting of soccer table and air hockey table Large lounge now have free wifi with ceiling fans and reverse cycle air-conditioning /heating On the balcony there is an outdoor setting for 6 down the side of the house there is room to lock up your boats jet ski etc The backyard has a BBQ and outdoor setting for 8 making a great relaxing area. BBQ needs to be cleaned after use. There is room to lock up your jet ski or boat in the back yard please note .the garage is not available pets are welcome to come. pets ok inside the house .prefer if they stay outside.no pets on the beds and sofas.exra charges apply if the linen needs cleaning more than once and damage caused by your pet. we provide mattress protectors pillows and protectors donas and provide sheets pillow cases linen and towels check in is at 1pm and check out is 10 you would like a late check out please contact us before making a booking and we will try to accommodate. plenty to do in portarlington Portarlington is on the Bellarine Peninsula with great day trips to the different towns and picnic spots. Geelong is only approximately 20 minutes away. You can relax, read a book, enjoy the views, walk along the foreshore in Portarlington. Seaside activites include swimming, fishing and snorkelling around the pier and the wreck of the "Ozone". You can also visit the nearby historical township of Queenscliff where you can catch a ferry to Sorrento for a day trip or book to swim with the dolphins Visit the Portarlington Miniature Railway, the Portarlington Historic Mill or take a ride on the Bellarine Peninsula Railway across 16 kms across Victoria's beautiful Bellaring Peninsula. Oh and don't forget the many wineries which offer wine tastings around Portarlington.

We had a lovely stay in Port Arlington in you beautiful beach house, very well appointed and comfortable with everything you could ask for for a family with adult children, and so close to shops, cafes, restaurants the beautiful historic hotel and the waterfront. Magic views from the second floor balcony too.

Myself and friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peter and Suzie's house. We had a group of friends staying so having a range of bed options and 3 bathrooms was a real plus. We were staying for the celtic festival so we appreciated the 5 minute walk into town as well. Peter was great to deal with, very helpful and responsive. The house is maintained well and was very clean. No complaints.

The location was great to attend a wedding at The Grand Hotel Portarlington. Walking distance. All bedrooms are upstairs. Peter was great with communication.

Lovely place. Very beach house vibe. The rooms are large so there was plenty of space for the family to relax during our downtime on our holiday. We found it much easier than staying at a hotel and loved the space!

We all had a wonderful time at Peter and Suzie’s beach house. We stayed for a wedding we were attending in nearby Drysdale. The house was large and had plenty of space for everyone. The location is fantastic - easy to find and only short walking distance from the shops and beach. Peter was great at communicating with us to ensure very smooth check in and check out process. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house is absolutely immaculate throughout. Fantastic kitchen, very modern bathrooms, a game room with air hockey and foosball, sofa beds in the upstairs lounge, and the master bedroom which was perfect for our large family. It is also within walking distance to shops/cafes, the beautiful beach/pier, and the playground. The owners are really excellent to deal with. This has got to be on the top of the list for Portarlington and we would definitely stay there again!

This house was exactly as listed online. We spent two nights and really enjoyed ourselves. Great backyard (make sure you wear shoes though, the concrete is rocky), the bathrooms were really nice (although no consumables, bring your own soap/shampoo/conditioner etc). The little games room was very well used! Great location to town and local venues

Thank you for a lovely stay. The house was comfortable and we enjoyed our weekend in Portarlington. The house was the perfect walking distance to the beach and local shops. Peter was very easy to deal with and we appreciated him letting us know that we could check in earlier as the cleaning had been completed. Thanks again.

We loved the property which had plenty of space and it was so close to the beach as well. Peter was very responsive in comms during checkin. The house had everything we needed. Highly recommended. Only minor issue was the road, which was all muddy and closed when we arrived due to being slippery and hazardous to drive. We had to drive the car through the nature strip from side road drive way. Overall, a very nice place to relax, close to the beach.
