Beautiful property and Cabana. This was our 2nd time here. The Cabana is well kept and the hosts were always welcoming and available when we needed any additional amenities. Property is beautiful and really is steps from beautiful Isla Verde beach and the pool. I would love to come back to this Cabana again in the future. Thank you Yari and Victor🌞🌴🏖😊

The place was very clean and convinient. The manager texted and very helpful. Before my stay they told me that their parking lot was not available due to construction near by. Good communication on their part. Room was ready along with the futon for my family of 4

Perfect location, condo was very nice and had everything I needed, loved the extra towels. I felt very safe on the property and the beach access was perfect. I would rent again for sure.

We had a great stay, the area is very nice, the people were so friendly. Puerto Rico is a beautiful, friendly island. The air b&b was beautiful, clean, great location, I would definitely recommend staying there. The owners were very attentive, anything you ask them, they respond right away. I loved it all. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It is in a great location and the pool and beach were just steps away. My children had a wonderful time so, that’s a WIN in my book. If you’re looking for a great place to stay near San Juan, I would certainly recommend this corner unit condo. It’s safe, clean, close to restaurants and stores and. . . .the AC rocks !!!

The location was perfect. Right on the beach. The beach is soooo beautiful here. Floor level unit provides easy quick access. Don’t have to fuss with elevators etc. and no trouble with outside noise or foot traffic in front of unit. Very near the gate to both the pool and beach. Car rental, Walgreens, gas station and lots of eateries very close by. Grocery store a little bit further but still fairly close. Very close to the airport as well. We rented a car for one day to go to El Yunque forest and used Uber the rest of the time for various places around San Juan. We would definitely stay here again!!

Let me first state that the location of this property is really convenient to the airport like 5 minutes away. My wife and I have stayed in Puerto Rico before but not since before Hurricane Maria. We stayed this time shortly after Fiona had hit part of the island. We stayed an entire week in Puerto Rico. The first 4 days we stayed in a 3 bedroom condo in same building with 3 friends . The last 3 days we stayed in this cabana. When we checked out of the 3 bedroom we inquired about checking into the cabana a little earlier. The owner does not accommodate that. When we check in the property a little after 4:00 pm we realize that upon entering the condo that the lights do not come on. You guessed it power was out to the entire building. No a/c and temp was around 85 degrees outside. It came on after about 2 hours. Second day the power went out on a Sunday near 9:00 pm and didn't turn on again until 1:30pm on that Monday afternoon. Because of this we had to leave the sliding door open all night which did not make us feel safe. The Cabana itself looks like the pictures. When you check-in the owners give you a code to open a lock on the gate at the entrance to the property. You then go through a sliding patio door that you can not lock where you have to push blinds to the side to enter cabana. We contacted the owner to ask about the fact that the sliding door had no luck and they never responded. We still have not got a reply to our inquiry. The cabana had a limited supply of plates and items to cook with but wasn't big deal to us. The condos facilities like the pool and basketball court are as shown. The security guards on the premises were good. The cabana had a parking space near the entrance to the building which was convenient. As someone that stays in VRBO properties all over North America I would say the communication with the owner was the worst that we have experienced. There are plenty of other places that charge what they did that we probably should have gone with in retrospect.

Our stay was amazing! We couldn't have stayed at a more perfect location! So close to the beach we walked there everyday sometimes multiple times! We loved the pool and used it everyday too. It's great being so close to walgreens for little things. I felt very safe having the doorman and having entry points that only residents can go through. Our stay was amazing! We loved every moment!

We took our first trip with our 10 month old son and we could not have been any happier with this experience. The apartment was perfect. It had everything you need. Not only the apartment is feet away from the pool and a short 2 min walk to the beach. The owners stocked up the place with everything you need for the beach. They were also nice to provide us with a travel crib (pack and play) and a car seat. The bed was very comfortable and cozy. You do not need to pack toiletries or such items because you have a 24 hr Walgreens right across the street from the building.

Owners are super responsive! Less than 3 minute walk to the beach, a clean one with soft sand =) A Walmart right across. Plenty of restaurants along side of Walmart to choose from. One thing that could be improved about the rental place is probably the fridge. It was making somewhat loud humming noise. I'm a light sleeper, so it had to be unplugged during our stay. Other than this, I would say we had a terrific time =)

Property was neat and clean. Perfect for our short get away. Quick access to beach was convenient. We did rent a car to get around. Not necessary but we wanted to be able to go and come on our own time. Property owners were were accommodating to allow us a later checkout because of our late flight. Would rent this place again. We felt very safe on the property.

Our third stay in this cabana was as good as the first two. The location in Isla Verde (San Juan) can't be beat if you're looking for an urban beach stay. Just a few minutes from the airport, the cruise port, and Old San Juan.

The unit is bright and welcoming. Everything you need for a stay is provided. Literally steps from the pool, behind that is a safe park for the kiddos and then beyond that is a beautiful beach. Each area requires the key fob to enter so it's very safe. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance of the condo so all you need is on your doorstep. Less than 5 minutes to the airport and 10 minutes to Old San Juan by car. Just bring your suitcase and enjoy.
