Location, location, location. Prefect property location. As many have said quiet area just north of the bridge. A very short walk or golf cart ride into town, if headed north or south of the island a perfect starting point. Brittany, Mike or Kimberly can help with every concern from answering any accommodation question, to the EASE of flights from Belize City to San Pedro and return, to the many great restaurant recommendations, to any activities you might like to do, many of which you can be picked up at your own private dock. Oh and the pictures of the property and condo are spot on. WE WILL BE BACK!

The Bermuda Beach condo was great - it was clean, comfortable, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos. Brittany & Mike were great - we were picked up from the airport and driven to the condo and Mike brought our luggage up to the condo on the 3rd floor. The beer and water we ordered through Brittany (at a great price) was already chilling in the fridge. Brittany explained everything about the condo and shared a binder which detailed lots of info about San Pedro including restaurants, activities/excursions, grocery stores, etc. Brittany gave us a cell phone to use while in San Pedro which helped when making dinner reservations or calling local businesses. Brittany also booked our flights on Tropic Air which made things easier for us. We went scuba diving through Elite Adventures (about 500 metres along the beach (or up the road) from the condo and they were fantastic (Leslie, Henry, Esme, Big Joe, Flash, Brendell) made all of our dives safe, smooth and fun. At the end of our week, Brittany co-ordinated the check-out process and Mike drove us to the airport (in a drenching rainstorm) and got our tickets for the Tropic Air flight back to Belize City. We had a great week and would definitely stay at the Bermuda Beach condo again. Brittany & Mike were amazing hosts - very kind and organized.

My husband and I stayed at The Landings in San Pedro in a two bedroom condo. The beach was nice and private, not crowded, could always find a beach chair. Easy access right over the bridge to San Pedro and lots of options for food & drink. The property managers were amazing! Taking such good care of our excursion requests and restocking water and other essentials. Great place to stay!

Everything was great nice quite area with nice pool.only thing that might have been nice is to have TV in bedrooms. Huge thanks to Britney and Mike for making our stay enjoyable very knowledgeable about the area we will be coming back again soon. Thank you.

Our host met us at the airport, walked us through everything, got us settled in, more then what we could’ve asked for… they were literally one ring away, answered the phone and texted back immediately. Gave us all the recommendations! We loved where the property was located, good distance to be close to town but also far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle. This place was close to all the cool places and only 25 min away from Secret Beach!!! Definitely will be staying here again

The location which is just north of the bridge was peaceful and quiet yet only minutes away on foot from food to snorkeling tours. The Condo was super clean and the hosts were very accommodating .

When I booked Kimberly and Chads place because of all the great reviews I did t realize they basically provide concierge service! They booked all our excursions, helped with arrival and departure and renting the golf cart. The location is perfect. Just out of the city but close enough to everything you want. Our condo was stunning! Can’t wait to come back!

My wife and I are so happy with this property. The owners were very helpful. They helped with the booking of our flight and golf cart rental. They provided great recommendations for places to eat. We were always able to get in touch with them as needed. The location felt very safe. The actual condo was very comfortable. Everything was clean. The air conditioning worked great when we needed it. We couldn't be happier with our decision to stay at this condo.

We had the privilege of staying here for 6 weeks.
Kimberly and Chad were amazing! Very responsive and took care of us above and beyond.
They took care of our TropicAir connections which were seamless.
They made recommendations for things on the island ie. restaurants, dive shops, etc. All were excellent. They are clearly well connected to San Pedro.
The property is well maintained and clean. The location is perfect. A short walk took us to everything we needed. The property is just north of the bridge and is very quiet and peaceful.
We got beautiful sunrise views over the ocean every morning. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony with the warm wind.
Being directly on the ocean we were able to read sitting at the pool or on the beach many afternoons when we weren’t out checking out the island.
The bottom line……Amazing!

We really enjoyed our 5 nights at Bermuda Beach! Chad and Kimberly were very helpful and accommodated all of our needs. The reason for 1 4-star on the Location is that the driveway is under construction which made entering/exiting messy during/after rainstorms (our August visit was during rainy season) but that seems to be temporary until the construction finishes. Any concern we had was quickly and appropriately addressed. Their helper staff was friendly. Pool was great and SHADY which was perfect after we got sunburned while snorkeling. BBQ gas grill was fabulous - we made a whole spatchcocked chicken that was delicious. Wonderful vacation - we made lots of great memories.

Apt was exactly as it appears in the photos - the master bedroom is huge! Kimberleigh and Chad were very responsive and helpful. The location just out of town is the best of both worlds - quieter, with easy access to both San Pedro and the restaurants to the north.

Truth in advertising
The property was as advertised. My experience has been that pictures turns out to be not what the property really looks like. I was extremely pleased with condition of property and amenities like coffee filters, trash bags, etc. the little things you don’t normally think about. Our hosts were extremely helpful. Thank you Kimberly and Chad! We had a wonderful stay

Quiet and Peaceful!
This property was perfect for our visit! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We had asked for a couple of extra items and they were in the condo when we arrived. We had also asked for our fridge to be stocked with a few items upon our arrival and that was very helpful. The condo is a short block or so North after coming off the bridge. THe condo is very close to the Village supermarket and close to San Pedro town. Cocos Loco is a small bar located on the property within walking distance and has great food and drink specials too! The sargassum was pretty heavy during our visit and was quite smelly but it did not have an effect on our vacation. Chad was very attentive to a minor mechanical incident we had with the AC unit a few days into our trip. The grounds keepers are very helpful and friendly! We did not have an issue with sand fleas or sand flies as it stayed fairly windy during our visit which deters them. This location is about a 30 minute golf cart ride to Secret Beach. The Farmhouse is North of the condo and they had great coffee, food and grocery items. I would highly recommend this property and we would definitely stay there again!

Belize it!
Location, location, location! We stayed on the top floor, C3. Beautiful condo, beautifully furnished and comfortable. A full length mirror would be a great addition. Great view of the ocean, reef. One of our tours even picked us up at the dock out front. Small bar next door, grocery store in front of that!
So nice that they picked us up, reserved a golf cart for us, reserved all the tours we went on AND dropped us off on going home day. Carried the luggage up and down. They even gave us a prepaid phone to use. Site was clean and serviceable, nothing was broken. Golf cart and bridge pass were indispensable as we went out for dinner every night... so many great places to eat. We ate breakfast in though, lazily. Stove, fridge, utensils all good. Would certainly go back!!

Perfect Condo!
Myself, my husband and our two girls loved this property. It was just enough outside of San Pedro to be quiet and relaxing while being close enough to easily get into town. Chad and Kimberly were amazing property managers. They sent a very thorough email several months before our trip outlining transportation to and from the condo, golf cart rental, restaurant/reservation recommendations, pre-ordering of drinks and other helpful hints. They picked us up at the water taxi drop point even though we were earlier than anticipated. Upon arrival at the condo, they walked us around the condo grounds and explained how the TV and A/C units worked and gave us a map of Ambergris Caye with recommended restaurants and other attractions highlighted.
The condo had everything we needed - our pre-ordered drinks, beach towels, washer /dryer and a cute little patio with a view of the ocean. It was exactly as advertised.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in San Pedro and can’t wait to come back! I would gladly rent a unit in this complex again!!

Great stay at The Landing
I prefer to stay north of the Bridge, ...quiet yet close enough to town for meals etc. More and more restaurants in this ‘hood as well. Very accommodating hosts and clean, comfy condo. Will stay here again.
