"Lazy Loon Cottage" is situated on the scenic east side of KEUKA LAKE in the heart of the FINGER LAKES, a large private lot with a LEVEL LAKEFRONT beach. Once you see the view you will understand why we fell in love with this cottage. This cozy getaway is perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine while enjoying amazing sunrises and the best sunsets you could imagine while taking in Keuka Lake's Bluff Point view with views spanning almost the entire lake in both directions. Located in a private beach community you will quickly understand why they call it Crystal Beach when you see the crystal blue water and amazing lake front beach just steps from the cottage! Our cottage has just been beautifully remodeled inside and out! The property is level with only a couple steps from the cottage to the beach. The lake is warm and shallow and is perfect for children. There is plenty of yard space in the front and back for children to play. You are also welcome to use our two Kayaks and Canoe. Lazy Loon Cottage is conveniently located just down the street within walking distance of two great wineries and a short drive to other wineries and breweries in the area. Also located close by to great restaurants that you can drive or boat to! This cottage is great for vacationing during all four seasons. Central heating/ AC system for the entire cottage will keep you warm during your fall and winter stays and cool during the summer. Come spend the Fall at our cottage and enjoy the colorful fall leaves while wine tasting at all the local wineries, sipping your favorite micro brew at the many area breweries, or just relaxing. The Lazy Loon Cottage is the perfect fall or summer retreat! *We had a very successful listing with a previous cottage on a nearby lake and decided that Keuka Lake was where we ultimately wanted to be. We are excited to share our brand newly remodeled cottage looking over the best part of the lake! Our goal is to make sure your vacation is an amazing experience! Please contact owner ahead of time to discuss docking a boat at our dock. *Linens are not provided (Towels, bed sheets , & pillow cases). Quilts and pillows provided for all beds.

We have stayed at a number of VRBO rentals and this was certainly one of the nicest. View was fabulous. Rental amenities were excellent. Very tastefully decorated. Nearby dining and wineries presented many opportunities. Verns Bakery is a must. This is beautiful area of NYS and shouldn't be overlooked.

This is our third family trip staying at the Lazy Loon on Keuka Lake. We had a fantastic time! It is perfect for our family. The convenient parking right in front of the house and the easy access to the lake were a big plus. The provided kayaks and paddleboard added to our enjoyment, and the sunsets over the lake were breathtaking. Making s'mores fireside is always a hit with the kids. The lake depth was ideal for our younger ones, and the nearby restaurants, like The Switz and Timber Stone Grill were excellent. Be sure to visit Seneca Farms in Penn Yann for amazing ice cream! Adam, our host, was responsive and attentive. We always enjoy our family time at the Lazy Loon.

My husband, our dog ZZ and I thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay at Lazy Loon Cottage. Everything was just as described and Adam was a wonderful and responsive host! We heard the loons, enjoyed sunsets every evening, loved the lake when calm or even not so calm, and it was the perfect pivot spot to visit the many wineries in the area…including a couple within walking distance. We cooked dinners in a few nights and just enjoyed the firepit, lake, sunset, and streaming our fave shows on TV. We will definitely return!

Lazy Loon cottage is beautiful! Inside it was spotless and lovely. The outside deck that overlooks the lake is a delight morning, noon, and night. Spent a girls week end and it was a perfect retreat! Many thanks to owner Adam for his attention to every detail in this lovely home!

You drive up to a cottage and wonder if it’s right place, then you open the door and THAT VIEW!!! The cottage was great. Recently remolded and super clean. We were so surprised to realize we could see both sunrises and sunsets from one spot (a nice level spot right on the water). Adam was great. We had one issue at the house and he was so responsive. We texted, he responded immediately and he was at the house and had it fixed within an hour! We tried all his recommendations for food beer and wine were amazing. And you can walk to wineries - just half a mile away! You are close to neighbors as with most places in this area, but when we were there we only saw them a few times. Definitely recommend.

This is such a great property! It's very clean and Crystal Beach Road is the best! We love the décor - it's so clean- and fresh-looking. And the windows! My heavens - such light! And even on cloudy/rainy days which we had. The host was quite helpful with a few questions upon arrival, and he replied in a most timely manner. I'm ready to come back.

I had planned this trip last year in hopes of celebrating my dear friend being cancer free. She received the news she was cancer free last Wednesday & we left the next day for our planned trip to your beautiful home. There were four of us in total & we all were pinching ourselves when we walked in. Clean, inviting, stunning views & comfortable accommodations made our weekend even more perfect. I highly recommend a stay here!

My friends and I stayed at the lazy loon for a girls trip. The house was very clean, location was absolutely perfect seated right on the water and Adam was very responsive and easily reachable if needed. Would definitely recommend and would definitely rent this house again

This property is beautifully renovated, very clean and in the best location! Walkable to 2 wineries and a distillery. The views are breathtaking and there are so many thoughtful little touches. The host was very responsive and no issues getting into the property at all. Can’t wait to be back!!

We were in the region for the Wineglass race weekend and stayed at this cottage - really nice place, just renovated, super clean, literally just a few steps to the lake. Perfect for our group of 4 adults and the owner replied quickly to emailed questions and made some good recommendations for restaurants, wineries etc in the area.

Our stay at the Lazy Loon cottage was absolutely fabulous. The cottage itself was immaculate and well appointed. The location directly on Keuka Lake is perfect - easy access to wineries, restaurants and state parks/hiking trails on Keuka, Senaca and Cayuga. Lots to do in the area and then return to the Lazy Loon and relax in comfort. Definitely worth every penny!

I said I’m never leaving the moment I walked in the door. This place was lovely! It had everything you could need and we just had the absolute best time! We chose to stay at the house and order pizza v going out one night because we just we all wanted more time at the house. I highly recommend and would love to visit again!

The Donevan’s cottage was wonderful! Exceptionally clean and comfortable with ample space so no one was tripping over each other when all inside. The use of water toys, kayak, paddle board was greatly appreciated. Like most of the lake, the cottages are packed pretty close together and with the cottage on one side being a 3b/2b rental - odds are there will be another family enjoying the shore along side you. However the deck provided both privacy & breathtaking views. We had an awesome vacation and hope to return. We thank the Donevans for sharing their lovely home with us.

Another success!
Second time renting with family and it was a great time as expected! Had fun fishing, swimming, kayaking and taking walks in the friendly neighborhood. The cottage is clean, comfortable, spacious and gorgeous inside and out. The level ground, shallow water and easy parking for the older generation is perfect.

As soon as we arrived at the front door we could see the amazing view! Once inside, the house was beyond perfect! Beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. When you look out the windows it’s like looking at a picture, such a tranquil view of the lake. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again when the weather is warmer so we can enjoy the deck and backyard. Absolutely recommend staying at this house! This is a great little house right on Keuka lake. The interior has been well designed and is immaculate. We woke up in the morning to viewa across the lake. In the winter, it was peaceful - just us and the variety of bird on the lake. This would be an amazing place in the summer!
