The property was located in a good place and relatively quiet. There was air con and a fan.

The property was not unclean when we arrived and the lady had forgotten to bring the correct sheets for the bed, which she then provided. (I don’t think she believed me as had to check upstairs once we were already installed). The parking availability is horrific, and it took me 50 minutes to finally park the car. The property is a mezzanine, which means that it isn’t two rooms at all but open plan which isn’t really suitable if you are two couples. It was overpriced for the space available. I was disappointed that the rooms were not separated with an actual door.

Pillows were a bit high but this was just a personal preference.

It was very central. Very close to the port, the train station, bars and restaurants.

The location of the flat is 5 mns walk away from the old harbour, centre of the city with lots of restaurants to choose from. The facilities in the flat had everything we needed for our short stay, and the kitchen allows simple meals to be cooked

The late arrival fee that was notified to us only at the last minute

Very good location. Nita and Tristan were excellent and were very helpful. They even took us to the airport when we couldn’t get a taxi. Nothing was too much trouble!

Nice clean apartment.

Parking wasn’t super easy but we found a car park eventually and it wasn’t expensive
