Nestled in Hillsboro Beach, this lovely house for $617 per night is a great option for your next trip. Welcome to Villa Monte Carlo, a freshly updated home in beautiful Deerfield Beach, Florida. Impeccably decorated in soothing tones of gray and blue, our newest luxury vacation villa is the epitome of refined indoor/outdoor living. Within easy access to South Florida’s top attractions, including the pristine beaches of the Atlantic Ocean and Spanish River Park and only minutes away from renowned restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. At Villa Monte Carlo, part of the Villas at Boca collection of vacation homes, we promise to create the perfect custom experience just for you. BEDROOMS (Comfortably SLEEPS 4 GUESTS, with a game room that can accommodate 2 additional guests) One bedroom has a king size bed, one a queen size bed and one has a queen size hide-a-bed. All three bedrooms have their own bathrooms. All bedrooms have spa slippers, spa robes, and towels. KITCHEN The newly updated full kitchen includes all major appliances, as well as a toaster, blender, Nespresso machine and more. Also provided are the usual condiments such as salt, pepper, mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise, oil, and vinegar. Other amenities include a waste food disposal unit, crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. SCREENED IN POOL/PATIO The fan-cooled screened in pool and covered patio dining and entertaining area, with a pass-through from the kitchen, create the perfect outdoor room. A Weber BBQ grill, lounge chairs, and an umbrella welcome all sun lovers! Beach towels are provided. TELEVISION/WI-FI/MEDIA A 65” HDTV is in the living room and a standard size TV is in the third bedroom equipped with a PS-4 Play Station. Netflix, Spotify, and 150 cable channels are provided. Available pay-per-view and movies-on-demand. Free high-speed internet access and long-distance phone calls within North America. OPTIONAL SERVICES Optional services, such as housekeeping, babysitting, dry cleaning, bicycle rentals, and pet sitting are nearby and are available for additional fees. Firewood and fire starter are included with your booking. Additional charges will be applied for replacement of supplies. LAUNDRY ROOM Laundry facilities are on premises and include a brand-new top-loading washing machine and a front-loading dryer. An iron and ironing board are also provided. SAFE ON PREMISES

It was a really lovely home that was perfect for our family of 5. The outdoor area was great and the kids enjoyed the pool the most! The house manager was very responsive and helpful. We would certainly stay again.

Number one priority for me when searching for a rental/hotel is cleanness. This house is second to none in terms of cleanness!! So organized, has everything you need and they left us water bottles in each room, a box of Godiva and a bottle of champagne in the fridge! Management answer to our requests were immediate and always very kind! The bath towels and robes are better than in my house!! They also provide slippers for each guest (and robe). Really, they thought of it all! The only thing I wasn’t super happy about was the location, it wasn’t bad, but wasn’t great either, but definitely NOT a deal breaker for all the goods this house has to offer! Even Netflix was already set up for kids and for adults! We got there it was about 46F and my 7yo son wanted to use the pool when it was about 60F outside but the pool was nicely warm! The pool guy came everyday! I could go on and on about how pleased we were with everything! There’s grocery store, pharmacy and gas station very near by! Great rental!

This villa is immaculate, very well equipped with high quality interiors, fixtures and fittings. It offers many extras to make your stay that little bit extra special. The owner and his team were very responsive and ensured every detail was taken care off from the moment we made our booking. We desperately needed a holiday to just relax and take things easy along with a few adventures and this beautiful villa delivered exactly that.

The property was as listed. We felt so good staying at this home! The property manager was in communication with us before we arrived asking if there was anything we needed that they could help with. During our stay they checked in with us to see if all was as expected. They were absolutely wonderful and we appreciated to courtesy and care they showed us. I highly recommend the property. Excellent location close to beach, stores, restaurants! <3
