Everything was fine in our stay. A couple of things could be better: 1. Beds were a bit dusty in our arrival, but is understandable, place is located close to a dirt road in a windy location. 2. Bathroom curtain is transparent when you turn the lights on, that could annoy someone.

If you are in a budget, this place is cheap in a great location. Also, surrounded by nature. Everything was clean, internet connection is good and all the appliances in the kitchen worked as expected. Take in count you have to travel in a dirt road, accesible for all kind of cars, but in sedans or bikes you have to be careful.

Rural and "natural" setting . Very friendly owners . Quiet location . Close to town so you can buy food .

it’s original location, away from it all. the patio, including hammock were really nice. there is a shared kitchen with all the basics there.

during our stay there was another couple (with baby) staying there. at moments you can hear everything that happening in the other room. nothing bad about the couple, but the house is just noisy. the roof isn’t secured yet, so a bit scary when your child wonders of and calls you from up there.

I loved the fact that there was a kitchen available. It's perfect for the frugal traveler who is trying to save money on meals. The property was beautiful and the location was great.

The location is very far from the beach

it’s very good value for the price. This place has different options , private chalet type, private and semi private basic rooms with outside bathroom/shower ( like cabin /camping ) . 25 min walking distance from playa Negra. 10 min walking distance from restaurant or market . The owner is very friendly and helpful. Very peaceful place to stay .

Ital-Tico is a very nice and quiet place, with lot of animals around (cows, horses, monkeys). I stayed longer than expected. You will need a car or a bike (it is possible to rent bikes if you ask the owners) to go to the nearest shop or to the beach. Nearest ATM in Santa Cruz.
