Located 1/2 block from the beach on a quiet street with easy access to Dewey Beach businesses. Park your car in the provided parking space and leave it! Unit has updated kitchen with dishwasher and updated bathroom with oversized walk in shower (no tub), wifi, mini split A/C and heating units, wall A/C units plus ceiling fans. Lovely property with two shared BBQ grills available for tenant use, a sunny shared courtyard between the buildings, and outside hot/cold showers, bike rack, and clothesline out back. ***1King, 2Singles, Sleep Sofa* Saturday to Saturday Rental in Season/Mini weeks (3 night minimums available off season) NO PETS, NO SMOKING. Beds: 1 King, 2 twin beds, and Queen Sofa bed. Occupancy limit 6. CHECK IN 3PM/CHECK OUT 10AM

We love this location and if you have a small number in your group it is perfect. It is clean, has a good beachy feel, quiet, friendly neighbors and they provide linens and towels, huge plus. The location is close to the beach, restaurants and activities.
FYI - We had to call managers, linens were dropped off at wrong location but it was quickly fixed. We would rent this place again for sure.
