Located in Kalaoa, this lovely house for $360 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This vacation home is your destination if you desire privacy, have a family or want a laid-back vacation. This luxury home is ideal for large family gatherings. The house is located on a secluded one-acre, tropically landscaped lot in a quiet, quality Hawaii neighborhood with a panoramic view of the Kona coast and amazing sunsets. This house is a fully furnished, one-story home containing approximately 2100 square feet of living area, including the lanai. The home has a large salt water solar heated swimming pool that overlooks the orchard and the Kona coast. Privacy around the pool is ensured by the design of the house; surrounded by tropical trees, shrubs and flowers for complete seclusion. House has a primary and two guest bedrooms. The primary bedroom is furnished with a California king-size bed and has a full bath, while the guest bedrooms feature queen-size beds; one with a full bath and the other a one-half bath. The couch also makes into a queen-size bed. The kitchen is large and fully equipped for gourmet cooking. There's an outdoor BBQ for grilling pool side while watching the beautiful sunset. A large dining area accompanies the kitchen and there is a lanai that is perfect for pool side dining. Mornings in Hawaii are a thing of beauty. Enjoy that first cup of coffee and fresh fruit from the orchard on the lanai that overlooks the beautiful Kona coast. Our home is professionally cleaned after your stay so you can enjoy your last moments of vacation. Should you require housekeeping during your stay arrangements can be made with our cleaning service to check up on you. KITCHEN - Fully appointed, with Jenn Aire range, kitchen wares, and appliances. OUTDOOR BARBECUE - For guests who like to barbecue. LARGE SCREENED LANAI DINING ROOM - With a wonderful coastal view FLAT SCREEN TV'S - Large flat screen smart TV's in the living room and master bedroom. The following are available without additional cost to you, unless you special order select movies. Most movies are available without an extra cost to you. Hulu TV - Live and On Demand TV from 60+ top channels including sports and news. Plus stream full seasons of Hulu exclusive series, hit movies, current TV episodes, premium Hulu originals and more. Wow! We LOVED this rental! Somehow, the pictures and descriptions don't do the house/property justice! The kitchen had all the cooking/eating utensils we needed, more than enough towels, pillows, blankets, garbage bags, cleaning supplies.... The pool? It is large (32x16 we measured it) and has a deep end! We were in the pool Every. Single. Day. even when we went to the beach. The temp of the pool ranged from, "this is almost too warm" down to "this is how a pool should feel". The view is absolutely beautiful, and we watched the sun set every night but one. We sat out at night and watched the stars too. When booking the home, we were a little worried about being close to the airport, but we were surprised by how quiet it was. Tony is great! My husband walked with him every Monday and learned a lot about the garden fruits and the islands. If we go back to the Big Island, this home will be our first choice!

This property is amazing! The house was perfect for our family. Over the course of a month, we were able to see different areas of the island, enjoy the local area around Kona, and spend time enjoying the pool at the house. The lanai, pool, and views are exceptional. The sunsets are breathtaking and our time at the property was healing and the best therapy for the souls. Tony is a gem and we all had fun learning about the orchard. With deepest regards, Mahalo.

This place was lovely, A peaceful private home with a wide-open feeling, overlooking the Kona coast from the hills, with its own delicious orchard of tropical fruits. It was clean and well-stocked and Debbie the administrator was available and responsive for any problem. Tony tends to the orchard and is generous in showing off and sharing its bounty. Booked for next year.

We stayed for a month and enjoyed every minute! The house was so comfortable for our friends and family who visited for one week stays. The house was well stocked with everything needed: kitchen, towels for beach and pool, coolers, snorkel, etc. Debbie always quickly responded to anything needed. We looked forward to seeing Tony every Monday, who brought us a bounty of fruits and flowers from the garden. We will return again in the future!

This place is positioned on the hill with a beautiful view of the ocean about 15 minutes from downtown Kona. It feels very private, has a modest but very clean saltwater pool and the rooms and amenities are exactly as described in the listing. it is not air-conditioned, but the nights are cooler as this is slightly higher up, and with fans and blinds to keep out the sun it is comfortable. The property manager was extremely helpful and very responsive. there isn't much grocery shopping nearby but there is a small market about a 5 minute drive away that has most basic necessities. we bought fresh food and cooked most meals in, and the facilities were perfectly adequate for seven people. the outdoor grill is conveniently large but it does use charcoal so you will need to stock up.

I’ve been going to Kona for years, I’ve also traveled extensively. That being said, I haven’t ever rented a home like this one! Owner is very easy to work with as well! This home is quite amazing! I traveled with my two adult daughters and we had more room than we needed! We all had our own rooms and bathrooms! House was immaculate and provided all that we needed! Take a look before You go grocery shopping! Tony the gardener was great! More fruit than we could ever eat and we shared with family that lives in the neighborhood! We had perfect weather and the trade winds keep this beautiful home at a perfect temperature. The pool and pool deck are amazing! Solar heated pool, covered lanai, and screens the owners have thought of everything! Loved the BBQ and outdoor shower as well! Beds are extremely comfortable and Smart TVs were great, although I preferred to start my Day with a cup of coffee and a beautiful view every morning! The grounds are well maintained and the flowers and natural privacy make You feel like You are miles away, yet just a short trip to town! I have found my forever home away from home to rent until I retire! Perfect in every way!

Lovely home, perfect setting/view and a wonderful orchard of fruits (loved the Mangoes and Papayas) and flowers were the perfect environment to relax and enjoy. And the late night star watching beside the pool was absolutely magical. Thank you so much!
