Nestled in Sunriver, this lovely condo for $261 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. WILDFLOWER 46 Spacious, three-story condo in the heart of Sunriver overlooks the golf course and a grassy lawn for soaking in the summer sun! A tranquil primary bedroom on the first-floor level features a fireplace and private walk out deck with outdoor furniture and golf course views. The second bedroom on this level combines a queen bed and set of knotty pine bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Halfway up the stairs to the kitchen you’ll find a sunlit sitting area. The kitchen on the main level (second floor) connects to a dining room that seats eight. The open floor plan also connects the kitchen to the bright living room where you can warm up by the big stone fireplace and watch Netflix or Amazon Prime. The connected walk-out deck on this level also faces the golf course and features a BBQ grill and outdoor furniture for cook-outs under the starlit sky. Sunriver Village is just down the street, it's home to over 10 restaurants, cafes, and specialty services such as tandem, recumbent, and adult tricycle bike rentals, kayak, paddle board, floatation tube and canoe rentals, and spa and beauty services, to name just a few. Five minutes down the road you’ll find the SHARC Aquatic Center, tennis courts, and the Woodland golf course. **PLEASE NOTE HOME DOES NOT HAVE CABLE** It does include WI-FI and have Netflix, Amazon Prime and Starz. We had an emergency back home and had to leave the property 2 hours after check in. We didn't expect not to pay for the stay but we did inquire about the possibility of a reduced cleaning fee since we had not slept in any beds or used the kitchen. We never got a response regarding this request - it was simply ignored. I recognize this was an exceptional situation, but in my view, it does illustrate their approach to customer service - or lack thereof.

This unit is wonderful! Great location and plenty of space for our family of 5 and doggo! Super clean and comfortable beds. No worries about no AC, it was hot outside and the home stayed plenty cool (keep windows closed during the day) We would definitely stay here again.

The property is really neat. Everything was very comfortable. We loved that the kitchen had everything you’d need to make meals and drinks. We only stayed overnight, but it was much nicer than an hotel.

It was a great VRBO for our stay. The only thing I would suggest for winter use of this house is don’t show the upstairs in pictures. It was blocked off when we got there, no access, so that was a bit shocking, as all the pictures showed an upper level otherwise everything lived up to expectations and more. We will definitely use this property management in the future.

We rented this place for two specific reasons. Super close to mall. Just a short walk to eat and shop. But mostly we love the old fashion fireplaces. We had cozy fires every day and every night. Makes for good social hour and board games & cards with the kids!

The house was nice but not as clean as I first thought.....
Coffee maker has some parts missing...
Could leave a broom out..too help clean up...after a few days of rain, the sand and mud find their way in...
Same with a vacuum cleaner...

I've stayed in several places in Sunriver over the years and this was my favorite. The location is perfect being close to the village, Sharc and the nature center / stables. We enjoyed having fires in the fireplace and watching movies in the evening.

Great Family Stay in Sunriver
Beautiful, relaxing spot in SunRiver. This location is fantastic - scenic views overlooking the golf course and super convenient proximity to grocery store, restaurants, and SHARC rec facilities. The house itself was very pretty and comfortable and it was well stocked with kitchen essentials and other thoughtful details (games, beach towels , etc). The only negative was the floors, stairs, and doors were very creaky.

Wildflower condo was a great location walking distance to SHARC and Village. Really cool setup with bedrooms downstairs which kept them cool in the summer. Wish it had AC but other than that the place was perfect for our family.

Condo was clean, bathrooms were updated, beds and bedding were comfy/warm, sofa was so soft and comfy while watching tv, playing games, or just watching the fire. Would recommend visitors to bring an axe to chop firewood into smaller pieces if staying during the winter. Meredith Lodging was great to work with. No complaints and would definitely stay here again!

This was a cozy townhouse. Loved the two fireplaces. Nice location in sun river. Liked all the pottery and art. It’s dated, but all functional. Definitely needs new couches in living room. Great price, we would stay here again. Good for our dogs.

The location is great-- a ten minute walk from the village. A bike path outside the door. The space was excellent-- a kitchen with plenty of pans and silverware. Loved the three levels-- two decks and the top level a private porch. One glitch-- we couldn't get the thermostat to a comfortable level. If it were winter, it would have been a problem, as the house never warmed above 60 degrees.

Wonderful location and just as described. My Garmin had difficulty locating the property but the management company talked us through the directions. We felt like we were in a log cabin, but a super comfortable log cabin with every amenity. We went to the Oregon Observatory on Wednesday evening, it is literally just down the road, and looked through a dozen telescopes with the aid of observatory volunteers. Great experience

We had so much fun but did want to say that we took the bikes out on a ride and broke down. The pedal fell off in the middle of our bike ride so that was a complete bummer. We had to get help getting it back to the house.

I would add information to your check in procedures that the lock box is in the little wooden box because that is not obvious. The couch and loveseat are old and not very comfortable. Somehow we missed the fact that we were staying in a condo when we made our reservations. Upon discovery, we were deeply disappointed to know we would be sharing walls. We did not want to keep our children at a hush for our entire vacation, and we didn't want to hear others either. We rarely heard our neighbors at all, and had no complaints that they heard us. In addition, the home was well equipped and had plenty of space for us.

Pros: Although showing its age, the condo was clean, well stocked and close to the Village. Cons: The deck furniture consisted of a few plastic chairs; no tables. The TV in the living room is an antique and needs to be updated; sound quality was poor for watching movies we rented. The bikes were a huge disappointment as I was looking forward to riding the bike trails every day of our stay. One of the adult bikes was broken and unusable. The other one had such a hard seat that after a ride on the first day, my buns were so sore I couldn't ride again. The unit needs to get a couple adult cruisers for comfortable riding. If this is typical for the Wildflower condos, we won't be staying there again.
