Meredith Lodging has added the extra measure of a pre-check-in inspection to make sure all of our cleaning and disinfecting procedures are complete and to our standard before you arrive. Once it passes inspection, your home sits empty until you arrive for your contact-free check-in. Additionally, if your home features a private hot tub, rest assured it is disinfected, treated and cleaned thoroughly after each departure so that you and your guests can enjoy it with peace of mind during your stay.

We were lucky to have beautiful sunny February days during our stay here for my parents’ 70th birthdays. Clean house, easy checkin, comfy beds, the view couldn’t be beat. Well equipped kitchen, we usually cook in so this was so helpful! Would love to come back in the summer. The only thing that could be improved upon is the living room seating. Didn’t feel like enough for a house that can sleep so many, and the couch wasn’t comfy at all.
But overall, just a great stay!

We had a good stay here with three families with small kids. The rooms and bathrooms worked perfectly to give us all our own space, the view from the kitchen and living area was great - we saw whales a few times! Neither the outside table nor the inside table could comfortably seat all 12 of us, but we made it work and it was not a big problem. The kitchen was spacious to cook in for all of us. Not a big backyard and it is too bad not to be able to directly access the beach, but you can see the dune erosion and so creating other trails would just increase that process. Well located to visit different things on the coast - we hiked, visited the ghost beach forest and the acquarium and went on a whale watching trip. Kids enjoyed the hot tub and the laundry facilities were helpful since we had small kids and some were traveling internationally! Thanks it was a great time!

We came with whole family for thanksgiving..was a perfect place for big family .. hot tub lovely!! Lots of rooms & beds !!! Everything you need in the kitchen !! Best of all is the location!!! Right on beach perfect views !!! Hop skip and a jump to the beach

We very much enjoyed this house! It has been nicely updated and was so clean throughout. The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen of any property we’ve previously rented. The view was excellent! Watched surfers watching the sunset. So fun!

House is very accommodating and pleasant...biggest issue is that we found some trash in the yard and house when we first got there, but otherwise everything was absolutely perfect

The best thing about this house is the view and beach access. Furnishings are very tired. Also be aware that the vrbo service charge is not included in the posted rental fee. It is charged separately and was a surprise charge on my visa. This was not disclosed by the property manager

We loved the central location of the property and the beautiful views! The little yard overlooking the beach/ocean was a big hit for all of us—Being able to just sit, watch waves, kites, people on the beach, sunsets, etc.
We did think there was beach access but only with a rope and big drop. Probably improve your ratings if stairs were added…(had to walk 4-5 houses down to public access).
The kitchen was well stocked with quality dishes and cookware. Some also enjoyed the hot tub!

Our vacation was bitter sweet The property was amazing our trip got cut really short some of the family that was heading up with us was in a very bad car accident so we really didn't get to enjoy our stay we were at the hospital most of the night then we just returned home the next morning but again the house was amazing and we're definitely looking forward to staying there in the future

Perfect location for our family of 6 adults and 6 children! House was clean and spacious. Kitchen well stocked. Beautiful location right on the beach. Would highly recommend and will most definitely be returning.

Our family of 10 adults visited last week. The house worked out very well for us. Conveniently located close to Lincoln City shops and restaurants and an easy drive to many scenic spots, hiking trails and additional beaches if the one out your window is not to your liking. We really enjoyed Dory Cove's chowder, Mr. Bill's Smoked Salmon and Sturgeon and Whale Watching at the Devil's Punch Bowl. The house is slighted dated and has that lived in feel which was fine for our family.

An amazing property for the view, bedrooms, and direct beach access. The property needs work. Broken curtain rods, ripped curtains, scratches on the wall, broken shelves. All super easy and cheap fixes that would have made this a 5 star stay.

This is a lovely property and great management company as well. The house could use a little updating but the location more than makes up for it. The hot tub was a fun addition. Overall we had a great family trip and will definitely book again!

Two of the three bathrooms needed updating and all the fixtures functioning. If you are out and about and aren't in the house continuously then those rooms would pass the test. There were quite a few little things that and up and make the value for the money hard to connect. Overall we had a good time, and that's what matters.

Did not appreciate the cleaning lady showing up an hour early and then accusing my family of arriving early. They were early but sat outside until 5 talking amongst themselves. She made a very nice trip end on a contentious note.

Loved watching the surf from the big clean windows! Wish there was a way to get to the beach from the yard. There were a few things broken: sliding door, refrigerator handle, and a leaky bathroom vent when it rained. Otherwise, a nice spot!

Great vacation stay at Sea Escape
We had 7 adults and 5 kids, ages 9 to 3 yr old. It was a great house for us. The beach is a shirt hike down a trail out back if the house. Perfect!

Location great, house is not.
The location of this house is amazing. Right on the beach with great views. It was difficult for some of our folks to access the beach as there is a large drop off that you can't easily get back up. We were lucky enough to have nice neighbors that let us use their stairs. The house itself is older. Bathrooms were a bit moldy and really dated. The dishwasher didn't work. I know we probably could have called but only being there two days, we didn't want waste the time. The windows were all blurry and dirty so the amazing view wasn't clear. The kitchen was very stocked so that was nice. All in all, our weekend was great- because we were family and close to the beach. The house left a lot to be desired.

House is big and perfect for a large group! Beautiful view of the ocean as well! It was an overall good stay for a group of 10. The only concerning thing is that one of the rooms in the back had black dog hair all over the sheets so maybe the cleaning crew needs to pay a little more attention when doing laundry and putting on fresh sheets.

Beautiful setting, magnificient view. Beautiful décor, comfortable beds. Garage door either didn't open or was hard to open. Mildew in upstairs shower and in need of painting. Bathtub upstairs leaked so couldn't be used. Everything should be in working order and good repair for the prices you ask.

This I s about the fifth year in a row our whole family has vacationed at Sea Escape. We love being ocean front with the spectacular view. The house is comfortable and roomy with plenty of space for our growing grandchildren. Beach access is wonderful and the best part of this year was the gorgeous weather. The rental was not handicap friendly at all. The living room furniture did not accommodate 5 guests comfortably. Getting our luggage up that overly steep driveway was very difficult for five 65 and over women. There was no barbecue available. The hot tub was stone cold and no directions how to work it. I feel like this charge for the hot tub should be returned. The hot tub was not accessible or safe for your senior clients. I will say the view was beautiful.

It has plenty of space, but some of the pictures are misleading. You can't just walk onto the beach. The house is in need of repair. The fireplace didn't work. The doors in the upstairs bedroom closet kept coming off, it wasn't as clean, some drawers were dirty and someone left food behind in one of them. There were plumbing issues etc,
